Ordered chakhokhbili was in anticipation... and I got a chakhokhbili not fully warmed up in the microwave. It upset me so much to heat it up in the microwave and bring it to me, and by the way it was not spicy as stated in the menu. I wanted a dish cooked in a brazier in the oven but not in the microwave.
The setting, a beautiful place like a photo zone is there and live music was great 👍

Terrible waiters. Some kind of show-off from the waiter in a conversation with a customer....kapets... And he forgot to record the dish... I poured the wine at the wrong time...I constantly had to call and wait...He took the glasses somewhere to top up the wine, there were 4 of us and we were worried that he would mix up our glasses....And so it was...Isn't it possible to put a jug on the table, especially since everyone was at the table with "unlimited wine"? In general, it's a complete TRASH.
This time, even perfectly cooked mushroom caps did not save the evening.
I do NOT advise you to come to this branch because of the waiters and the administrator, who does NOT care about the guests.

I was on bokeikhan, I didn't like that the time frame was set "you have to leave before 8 pm", the waiter mixed up the salad, said that the oil had gone bad😁 the wife found a long black hair in the hodgepodge. I put 3 points only for delicious khinkali and tea with raspberries, from the whole network I can recommend only on mangilik. In the rest, the kitchen sucks, then here is such a service as on bokeikhan.

We were with friends several times. I recommend it for family gatherings. The food is not exactly like in Georgia, but it is satisfying and delicious. Red homemade wine perfectly complements the food. There is a children's corner for children, for this 100,500 to the rating. Nimble waiters, fast service, attentive. Background music during the day, you can chat quietly. There's still live music, but I've never caught it.

For example, in a royal salad from the chef, instead of hunting sausages, there are ordinary toasted sausages. The prices for the cafe are specifically overpriced. The service is about nothing, below the baseboard. I will not recommend it to anyone.

We booked a table, came, and the waiters were sitting at our table and said wait, people will finish eating, then you are sitting. Although there were free tables, but they gave away our food: They took 4 types of khinkali that were not tasty at all. Service for 1 out of 5. one dish was forgotten then, as we were leaving after 1 hour 50 minutes, we began to leave and asked where the dish was?! They replied that they were still preparing🤦♂️ there were no napkins on the table, the salad was warm and delicious. And khachapuri was cool. I left 24 thousand tenge and won't come back. I do not recommend it. I don't mind the money, it's a pity that we ate it.
