September 2019. I liked everything at the hotel! Both the Service and the rooms. We didn't take breakfast, but we saw that the assortment was good. We were pleasantly surprised, fresh coffee at breakfast was not included in the receipt. But the location of the hotel is in an unfavorable quarter. "Red zone" (homeless people, smells, dirt)

It's a very nice place. The marina is 15 minutes away. However, it's a long way to the beach, about 30 minutes on foot. Everything is clean and well maintained. Very good breakfasts. And the prices are quite humane. Recommend.
