The cafe is amazing, we visited a lot, but we didn't find it tastier! Everything is fresh, delicious, the portions are large, inexpensive, the staff is super! We are a company of 10 people and children, everyone is happy! Special thanks to Oksana and Aynar, the service is at the highest level! I advise everyone! Guests from Altai! I never liked khachapuri until I tried it here! Incredibly delicious dough, just melts in your mouth!
We discovered this cafe by chance and now we eat only here! We have tried all the dishes and I will tell you that even in Moscow it is difficult to find such delicious homemade food! All dishes are made from fresh products, it is immediately felt and of course everything is done with love!

We fell in love with the Grotto from the first visit) and then came every day!
EVERYTHING was super tasty!
I tasted amazing Ajapsandal, khachapuri boat full of cheese, the most delicate thick mushroom cream soup, hominy with beans in Abkhazian and eggplant with nuts.
I already want to return to Gagra again to try what I didn't have time to do))

A great cafe, the food is very tasty + there is no stripping like in other cafes (if you order a fish with vegetables, then the weight is considered as a fish only, in others the weight is considered together with vegetables and the amount comes out wow). And khachapur is delicious and pasta, be sure to try it. I am very glad that I found this cafe, I often came for lunch and dinner, I always left happy and well-fed (even the children went with pleasure and ate there). Special thanks to the owner Timur, for his positive attitude, fast work, comfort (human attitude, believe me, it is not everywhere like this). I am very pleased with this cafe, I recommend it. Timur, you will have further prosperity! In the evenings, do not hesitate to turn on the music louder so that people can hear you a mile away)))

We arrived in Gagra at midnight, we were very hungry, came to the Grotto cafe, asked very much to feed us - they did not refuse us, they accepted us as relatives and served us the most delicious pizza we have ever tasted in our lives! We also tried solyanka, after which you will "lick your fingers", delicious Greek salad (tomatoes are very memorable, you do not eat plastic, as in Tatarstan, but a really delicious vegetable), fried shrimp, julienne - in general, a variety of dishes (portions of which are not small), after which it is really possible to conclude that in in this institution, the chef has simply golden hands, preparing amazing dishes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we will definitely visit you again, the service is always timely and fast, thank you thank you!🫶🏻😊

Absolutely did not like it. We came with our girlfriends in the morning to have a hearty breakfast before a long journey and did not enter this place anymore, and that's why:
1. We were very coldly greeted. The unhappy face of the waitress and the long serving of the menu are not at all an indicator of friendly service.
2. At the beginning, we asked if we would have time to eat in 40 minutes, we were assured that yes. As a result, the wait for the first courses was about 35 minutes, and we simply did not wait for the second, we refused.
3. Dirty tables, dirty appliances, although the waiter saw a dirty fork and an envelope for the appliances, but still put them on the table.
4. Tasteless fried eggs, sausages. Bland, not salty. Raw cheesecakes made from sour cottage cheese.
5. There was no atmosphere in the place.

My husband and I were seriously poisoned.We suffered like hell all night. I strongly advise against this institution. I got a star for a good waiter!

It is clear that it is not known how it is washed, made and stored, it is scary to imagine ((( for a large menu, the kitchen should be large and spacious so that the cook can cook in peace. The waiter and the staff are completely drunk. We ordered a kilogram of barbecue, brought burnt coals without salt, spices, there was not even a hint of them at all. I definitely do not recommend this place. There is no toilet. Rather, it is there, but they are not allowed there. There's not even a place to wash your hands. The tin is full.
