The most favorite hotel in Dubai Marina! Everything is perfect here, attentive staff, room service, delicious food! Gorgeous beach at the Portner hotel, shuttle runs, convenient and comfortable! You will also feel super comfortable at the pool! They provide absolutely everything - water, ice cream, towels, cold face towels, body lotions and spf at the entrance to the pool, well, the buzz is the same) every day here pleases! We come every year and we will be happy to come more than once!

A super 5-star hotel! My recommendations, definitely! The staff is very friendly, ready to fulfill any wish, there is always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The food is very tasty and varied, there is always something new, lots of fish, meat, shrimp...the sweets are delicious....just like in the most expensive restaurants! The beach is different from the hotel, but it's gorgeous! Line 2 at the hotel, there is a bus to the beach every 10 minutes. We walked sometimes.

I want to celebrate this hotel! We were in different hotels in Sharjah and Dubai, but everywhere there was a maximum of 9 points out of 10. The Grosvenor Hotel has 10 points out of 10! The staff greets you, accompanies you! Everyone has a smile! There are FRESH flowers everywhere in the lobby! The rooms are clean, cleaned conscientiously. Each room has a smart home system! Before going to bed, they put slippers on a towel and a chocolate bar every day! The pool is cooling down! They bring water and juice with ice in the pool! The ice is often changed! The restaurant is a separate topic! I do not undertake to describe each one, there are many of them here! I will describe a little restaurant that is for everyone! Every guest is closely watched, dirty plates are taken away, orders are taken for what is not in the windows! Any freshly squeezed juice or dish (amlet, fried eggs, poached egg, etc.). For lunch, you can order rib eye steak, lamb loin, various fish! My daughter has never tasted such delicious grilled chicken anywhere! He eats every day! She was nicknamed Chicken Lady! Ice cream, sweets, sushi, cheeses from all over the world, fruits! I usually don't single out anyone in particular, but Chef Kevin impressed me! He goes to the hall himself, looks at whether the guests like everything, checks if all the dishes are full! I have never seen such control over the hall anywhere! An atmosphere of coziness and comfort has been created here! For critics of such reviews, I inform you! A great hotel for a reasonable price! The rooms are decent, large in size, all have a Smart Home system, they clean 2-3 a day very efficiently and accurately! There are many restaurants in the hotel, all very decent, the buffet is beyond praise for breakfast and dinner, every Friday is the Day of Seafood - oysters, crabs, scallops, lobsters, shrimps, mussels, 4-5 types of grilled fish, sushi, sashimi and other fish dishes! All the food is amazingly delicious, fresh, and varied! The range of dishes is large, lots of fresh fruits! The hotel staff is incredibly attentive, polite and friendly! The beach at the nearby hotel Le Royal Meridien is 8-10 minutes on foot or by shuttle (runs every 10-15 minutes) Restaurants in Meridien can also be visited (check the list at the reception) and they are all very decent too! We have been to all of them many times, everywhere modern, high-quality and delicious dishes made from very fresh products! We have vacationed in Le Royal Meridian, the Ritz Carlton, the Westin and the Habtura Grand Resort several times before ( these are Marriott hotels in the Jumeirah Beach Resort JBR area), everything is nearby, but Grosvenor House was pleasantly surprised by the modern new design, perfect cleanliness, super attentive and courteous staff at all levels, and, of course, very tasty food! And the price is nice! Definitely, next time we will come to Grosvenor House Luxury Collection!

We had a rest in December 2024.
We were settled into an apartment with two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a kitchen (built-in refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, lots of glasses, cutlery, dishes). The bathrooms are equipped with Byredo cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, gel, lotion). Snow-white bed linen and soft fluffy towels and bathrobes. The room is clean, quiet, spacious, has three balconies overlooking the Dubai Marina and the hotel pool.
High level of service, all staff are well-trained. In the restaurant, they are escorted to an empty table (they stand at a considerable distance), the waiters bring drinks (tea, latte, cappuccino, orange, pineapple, apple juice) in the morning. In the evening, they roast fresh steaks, lamb on a bone, kebab, king prawns, salmon, sea bass (you don't have to stand in line with a plate, you call the table number and wait for the waiter).In the evening, Evian water is available from drinks, alcohol is available, but very expensive (1.5 tr glass of beer, 7tr bottle of mediocre Sauvignon)
It is better to take a taxi at the entrance to the hotel (with checkers, payment by the meter, cheaper than Yandex). There is always a staff near the entrance to the hotel who opens the door to the taxi, takes out the luggage, helps to find the way if he hesitates.
The hotel has compositions of fresh flowers, huge bathrooms (and not similar to them), a Russian-speaking guy at the reception helped us (with advice) how to order the famous Dubai chocolate at the hotel for 70 dirhams, not 150 from the guide.
A great hotel, I didn't see any flaws, we had a great rest!

A wonderful hotel! I was struck by how well thought out everything is, how sensitive and attentive they are to any issue. We upgraded the room category to a three-room apartment as a compliment for the first visit. The food is a complete delight and the breakfasts and dinners are varied, delicious-I had to keep myself in hand.)Wonderful cleaning. Convenient transfer to the beach. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is nearby. We had an invigorating sea from December 10-15, but then you get used to it.

Great hotel with great views, convenient location, close to Dubai Marina. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast is Swedish with a wide variety of dishes, the rooms are cleaned, everything is clean and cozy. Opposite is their second building, directly with an abundance of cafes/restaurants, there is always a full house for the evening, so I advise you to book in advance. We also ordered room service, they cook quickly and very tasty 🤤

We have been a family several times already .
There are no complaints.
Except that the kitchen has become poorer over the years.
The beach is shared with another hotel.
The shuttle runs frequently and takes 10-115 minutes to drive, and 7 to walk.
The location is great, if you stay a little further into the city, then traffic jams are provided.
The hotel is located in the Marina, everything is very close.
Taxis are queuing up.
The staff is friendly and always accommodating in case of unforeseen situations.
The bed is very comfortable!!
In general, I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Friendly staff, cozy and large lobby, lots of real candles burning in the evening. Excellent quality of room cleaning, you can say, with a soul. The beach is not 5 minutes on foot, as indicated, but 15 minutes; to walk in 5-7 minutes you need to cross the road in 4 lanes (one way). The beach of the partner hotel is excellent for JBR with greenery, a fairly large number of sun beds (although it is difficult to find a free one after 11:00 in the season) and soft sand.
There is a queue for breakfast between 10:00 and 11:00, it can take up to 10-12 minutes to wait.

Every Friday evening there are sea dishes, a lot of all kinds of reptiles, after dinner at this hotel you will not be surprised by anything, having arrived in Russia, you do not want to go to any restaurant and no local rolls🤣 tired of the way to the sea, far from the Meridian hotel to walk🤣 service at the highest level, the doormen are well done, cleaning at the highest level. They leave letters if you don't leave the room, they want to clean the room. In short, guys, go there if the means allow.(10 days for two through an agent 260k + for our expenses 80k)Let's go back there again. By the way, I was especially pleased with the body cosmetics, the cream is amazing.

A decent hotel with good service and convenient location. There were minor misunderstandings upon check-in, but the hotel resolved them. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, a cool bar on the 44th floor with stunning views. Good room cleaning and turndown service. The staff is very friendly. This is probably one of the best hotels on the Marina. Everything is perfect. Delicious breakfasts, dinners, set and A la carte restaurants. There is a transfer to the beach every 10 minutes and the beach is huge, free sun beds at any time of the day. There was always a Russian-speaking staff at the counter. There is an exit directly from the hotel to the Marina promenade....these are top views and convenience.
We were a big company there, in which many traveling people highly appreciated the hotel and just wanted to return outside of corporate holidays)

A chic hotel.
Starting from the entrance to the hotel, when all your things are delivered to the room.

Before going to bed , they prepare the bed for bedtime and put a chocolate bar to everyone every evening )
On the beach, which is a 5-minute walk or by shuttle, there is a huge territory of the Le Meridien hotel, since both hotels are in the same network, you sunbathe with them.And you can have breakfast and lunch at Le Meridien.
There are enough chaise lounges for everyone, during the day they carry cold towels for the face and hands, then sorbet for all vacationers.
Peacocks, ducks, and seals walk on the territory.
The beach is clean, outsiders are not allowed.

We had a rest in June at Grosvenor house.
We decided to spend part of our vacation in another hotel, which is considered one of the luxury hotels in Dubai.
We regretted it from the first day, staying in a new hotel, the service is weak, people are gloomy.
I didn't want to leave my beloved Grosvenor.
