As for me, it's a great store. Yes, the area is small, but as a store, the house is very good, almost everything is there. Bread and milk are not always a good choice, apparently they are quickly disassembled. There are no complaints about the employees, on the contrary, they are very pleased with their politeness and goodwill. The front door (wooden) is very creaky, it would be great to lubricate or replace it. It doesn't matter to me, I visit every 3-4 days, but I imagine how the employees are tired of this creaking with every incoming and outgoing customer.
Let's just say the store itself is not bad. On December 31, I bought a fish at a restaurant. It was opened on January 2 in the evening. It's rotten. They brought it on January 3rd. The manager, in addition to not apologizing, said that she did not accept back the goods opened yesterday and it was her problem that we opened the fish in the evening. The mood was spoiled on January 2 and January 3. A boorish woman. The girls at the checkout are always polite, the product and assortment are not bad. You can buy everything you need. Well, the biggest disadvantage is the lack of parking. More precisely, it is there, but only for the first 10 customers. The rest park, some on the lawn, some on the sidewalk, some in the middle of the road.
I was "lucky" to be in this store from 12 to 13 o'clock on a day off on 04/24/2023, only two cash desks were working and, accordingly, the queue was huge. To the question why not all cash registers are working, the answer was received: 3 cashiers, one at lunch. Draw conclusions. We need an express checkout for those who take up to 5 units of goods.
Vegetables are mixed in a mix of bad and good, i.e. They will not be sorted out!!! I didn't find the gloves! I had to smear my hand, and after the vegetables somehow walk with a dirty hand and touch some kind of tavar, not "ice", not to look at, not to touch. I didn't like it. I would like more order and cleanliness.
The eternal problem with the cash registers, five cash registers, and only two are open during rush hour, you can stand in line, but take it and close in front of your nose, for a technical break.
