In general, everything is fine, the product range is pretty good, the location and so on are pleasing, but we are not happy with one problem: at the checkout, they repeatedly punch through the product duplicating it. Simply put, we take one unit of goods, but it is punched twice, the money is taken for two units, so now we need to check the receipts every time, since there is no trust now. I do not deny the human factor, but I have already heard complaints from friends and strangers more than once.
The store is big . There is a lot of choice of different products, but I want something new, everything is what is in all stores. I haven't noticed any delays since I've known the store and visited it. A big plus is that they sometimes bake pastries themselves , you can take a fresh and hot baguette . There is a lot of choice of different teas , alcohol, milk . Sometimes I noticed rotten food, I think it's just because there are no refrigerators for some fresh food, and this is a minus. They decorate the store for the holidays . There are quite a lot of self-service cash registers for this plus, because there are quite a lot of people in the store sometimes. The store is nice, I really like it, but the parking lot is small enough for such a large store.
If it were possible to put 0 stars, then today the groshyk store would have received it.
The incident happened this way. My wife and I are standing in line like everyone else. The first was a man, apparently intoxicated, as we understood he did not have enough money to pay off. The cashier canceled and started counting on another customer, and a stranger added money to that man, BUT he did not stand in line again, but stood and waited for the customer who was after him to pay off. Why am I coming back? Because the seller, Olga had previously known, had to ignore the fact that he was out of line and count in order, not everyone who stood above her.
To his wife's refund, the seller simply replied, "Yes, I agree, but what can I do?" At the same time, she continued to count on him as if nothing had happened, without even apologizing.
Purely in my opinion, for such actions, the seller should be deprived of the bonus!
If this happens again, I will continue to write, but in other places already.
