I really liked the museum, I had never seen such an exhibition before. The staff is friendly and competent. We didn't buy the tour, but we heard the guide's story for another group. It is very interesting and informative. The museum is small, but if you look at everything in detail, it will take at least an hour. It is located in the city center, very close to the Nemiga metro station. It is open seven days a week, including on Mondays, when many other museums are closed.
Unexpectedly, I came across this museum and after visiting it, I was completely delighted with the museum, the exposition and the guide. Unfortunately, it is impossible to put 10 stars. This is a private museum, the owner and his staff have done a lot of painstaking work to create such a museum. These are simply indescribable impressions and emotions. It's hard to find the words. Thank you very much to the guide named Mikhail for a wonderful story about the history of money and its origin, belonging. There are many different commemorative coins. I will definitely go to this museum again and look at all the collections again. I advise everyone. To the owner and all employees, success and all the best!
A small museum in the center of Minsk, a private collection of banknotes from all over the world, a little less coins, but they are there. The second hall is dedicated to the coins of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Russian Empire, etc. As a numismatist, it was interesting to me. The museum is small, but there are many exhibits. You can also purchase commemorative coins of Belarus (both copper-nickel and silver). I recommend you to visit!
A good place, very informative for children. If you haven't had time to visit all the sights of Minsk and the region, you definitely need to come here. The prices are very affordable. There are also huge plus video reviews.
This museum was also recommended, but it was awesome!
The museum has an incredible number of banknotes, coins, commemorative coins and items related to monetary topics (bonds, checks, bills, coupons, etc.) from more than 150 countries.
Initially, the idea was only for the history of his country, but it has grown to such a scale and continues to improve to this day.
All the expositions presented there are exclusively original.
Two staff guides very unobtrusively direct (from where you need to start looking in order to follow the development and history), point to something, tell you the origin or what it is in front of you at all.
I really liked it, no one buzzes over you endlessly with awesome stories, they just know when to come up and say a few words, and where to explain, where to answer your questions.
They even set a task for mindfulness🤭
Everything was so interesting to see: how the banknotes of different countries changed; what kind of money was fifteen hundred years ago and what they were like in general; how many beautiful coins, both gold and with diamonds, and unusual patterns.
At the same time, the ticket cost 450 rubles and we spent about an hour of time here, if not more.
I definitely recommend it!
A very interesting private museum, 7000 exhibits, all real, you can take pictures, there is an opportunity to leave heavy things. The cost is approximately 450 rubles; children (6 years old) are free of charge. Employee Mikhail is conducting an educational tour, thank him very much. 2 small halls. We liked it, I recommend it.
A very interesting museum. I have never seen such a large collection of banknotes from almost all countries of the world, both existing and already disappeared. A very interesting and exciting tour, we learned a lot of new historical facts that we didn't even know about. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to inspect the entire collection (we were late for the train), you need to lay 2-3 hours to visit this small but very interesting museum. Next time, the first thing we will do is go to this museum to look at everything to the end and maybe hear new interesting facts.
We were the whole family . Both we and the children liked it. We overheard, there was an excursion for children, they told us very clearly and interestingly. We recommend it. A large collection .
A very interesting museum!!! The guys are great, they tell you from the heart! There is probably no such thing in the country anymore, unless there are private collections. It is very informative for numismatists! I recommend it!
An interesting museum... A small miracle. Very sensitive and responsive staff. Interesting storytellers, interesting specimens, interesting and informative stories about the history of money.
It's worth a visit and a look.
A stunning museum with a large private collection. I would especially like to mention the guide - he held the attention of the entire public for almost two hours of the tour, it was pleasant to listen, interesting, time flew by unnoticed! I learned a lot of new things for myself, had a great time. If you are thinking of going or not going, definitely yes! A warm and inviting place 😍
A wonderful museum and a wonderful guide. She told me a lot of interesting things about money. I was most interested in a collectible coin weighing 1.5 KILOGRAMS. I recommend everyone to go there when visiting Minsk. =)
Thank you for the priceless collection, the wonderful exhibition and the very interesting tour. It was very informative to look at the history of Belarus through the prism of changes in the fiat currency
Great place! We went for a walk. We thought we'd run for 10 minutes and that's it. We did not expect at all that they would tell and show us everything in detail and interestingly! Just super professional museum staff. We can safely say that the museum made our evening. We walked along afterwards, discussing what we had heard. We learned a lot of interesting things!
It's a great place. If you are interested in the topic of money, then definitely worth it.
Special thanks to Vitaly for a great tour.
Even 5 liters. the child was interested. You can also buy original money from different countries and eras.
I really liked the exposition! Incredibly interesting. I looked at every coin, every banknote. The author has done a great job. I am delighted with what I have seen.
A small but very interesting museum. Thanks to Ksenia for an exciting (and, by the way, free) excursion into the world of coins and banknotes - we learned a lot of new and interesting things
A chic museum on 50 square meters. A detailed and interested answer to any question about the exhibition. Be sure to ask for an excursion! The owner of the collection can tell the story of each exhibit
Unexpectedly, I really liked the small museum of money. First of all, thanks to the excellent guide (unfortunately I did not specify the name), he talked very interestingly and unobtrusively about any exhibit that the eye clung to, and even caught the interest of the child and paid attention to particularly interesting things. In the second hall, coins and banknotes of Belarus and managed to learn more about the history of not only money, but also the country as a whole! Thanks! I highly recommend you to visit.
It would seem a very small room, but in the end we stayed for more than an hour. A large number of exhibits, friendly staff who are happy to answer all questions. I really liked it
The place is definitely interesting, there are a lot of banknotes and coins of historical, jubilee, modern and not only... 2h considered, although far from collecting coins)
It's a delight. We just came to inspect the exposition, but a museum employee gave us an interesting tour, told us interesting facts. You definitely need to come and ask for a guided tour.
A very interesting museum. The guide brought us back to the USSR, our childhood, with her story. A wonderful collection. Interesting bills and coins. I recommend it!
An interesting little museum.
The caretaker can conduct a short tour for free, tell you about the series and individual coins and banknotes.
There is a small children's table with pencils, you can distract the kids from their parents.
You can also buy commemorative coins.
It's worth a visit.
We visited the wonderful museum of Pennies with my wife, the museum presents a huge number of coins and banknotes, which were told with great enthusiasm by the guide Mikhail, the information that was deposited in our heads was extremely interesting and lively, thank you very much, we will definitely come back the next time we visit Minsk!
An excellent collection of bills and coins, we spent almost two hours in the museum with pleasure. The exposition is arranged neatly and very logically.
A very interesting exposition. We were greeted very warmly. The girl gave us a tour for the two of us. For the first time, we learned that the money was cut with scissors.
A nice little private museum. They asked to give us a tour. We were alone at the museum, but they didn't refuse us. The daughter was surprised by 7.5 rubles in gold. And I found out that the ghettos and concentration camps also had their own money.
A small basement with two halls. If you like to collect and just look at rare, old, banknotes and coins, then come in, you will not regret it. You can buy something for yourself as a keepsake.
For passionate people! We liked it! A huge number of exhibits. You can even buy something for your collection. The location is very convenient. I recommend.
The small museum has only 2 rooms, but there is a lot to see.Banknotes from probably all countries of the world...but the children are not very interested.
It is a very interesting place, the collection is amazing, the whole history of money that was in use on the territory of Belarus is very clearly demonstrated through money from different eras. It is definitely worth listening to the tour, it takes place every hour.
The star of this museum (apart from the collection of course) this is a wonderful guide. It is very fascinating and interesting to tell. The whole history of Belarus through the prism of coins and other banknotes. I recommend it!

We accidentally entered this museum, and we didn't regret a bit. An impressive collection of paper money and coins from various countries and eras. The girl at the entrance, when asked if there was an excursion service, said that "I'll tell you a little bit" and this "a little bit" turned out to be a two-hour stunningly interesting excursion! Unfortunately, they did not ask what her name was, but we were on 06/16/24, a huge request to the museum management to encourage her with a prize.))
It is definitely recommended to visit.
The polite boy was at the checkout, conducted an interesting tour, for which I thank him. The museum itself is not far from the metro, just a couple of minutes on foot, it's generally gorgeous
An incredible place, and most importantly - the staff!
It is immediately visible when a person is in his place. An educated, polite and very courteous young man gave us an incredible tour for almost 2 hours!
Although initially we thought that we would not finish for more than 20 minutes. We are thrilled!
Thank you very much)
We visited the museum a couple of weeks ago. I expected something banal, but I was pleasantly surprised by the collection. In addition, it was very pleasant and interesting to talk with the keeper of all this. It is immediately clear that this is not just a cashier at the entrance, but a person who is really interested and knows the objects in the museum.
Respect to the owner, it seems like money has been collected from all over the world, there is a separate room where they tell the story of the money of Belarus
We liked it, a large collection of ancient, modern from all over the world and from different eras

I went with my family and children. My son is fond of collecting and this place was in the program. I really liked it myself. I learned a lot about money and its history. There are only two rooms, but with our guide it is almost 2 hours of the tour. I didn't even think that there were so many interesting historical moments connected with money. I was particularly interested in the collections of coins from different countries and eras. Even two coins lying side by side, and what different stories.
I am impressed by the author of the collection and our guide, who managed to arouse interest in money in the context of history, which will help me take a fresh look at my son's hobby.
The Museum of Money is not only an interesting place to visit, but also an opportunity to learn something new about the world of money.
We were satisfied and bought a souvenir. I highly recommend it.
An interesting museum with a large collection, friendly staff who know many interesting facts about banknotes. Of course, exhibits related to the Republic of Belarus are of particular interest.
We were in this place, we liked everything very much, the impressions were unforgettable, a lot of different bills and coins, the staff is wonderful, thank you so much for such beauty ❤
Чудесный беларусскоговорящий экскурсовод, про всё интересно рассказал, приятная беседа, интересная экспозиция :)
Музей не очень большой, коллекция одного человека, но приятно находиться
