I give 1 star, but this salon does not deserve even one star. I gave my dog for full grooming, they told me to pick it up in two hours, as a result, the dog was not given 4.5 hours. The front door is closed for some reason and it is opened only by knocking, according to them, so that the dogs would not run away, but why? If there's another door to the office. I trusted the rating and did not look at the appearance of the salon, although everything already said that I needed to escape from there. We came to this salon because the rating was 5 stars. Before that, we did grooming in another country and our full grooming took a maximum of 2.5 hours. My complaints about why grooming lasted 4.5 hours were answered as follows, "the dog needs to be given time to rest after washing, drying and grooming, he rested and played." When it was time to pick him up, I asked him to come inside to see the conditions (where he rested and played). I was shocked by the conditions, a small room with one table, a dirty office and shabby walls. When I took the dog away, he was exhausted and immediately fell asleep as soon as we got home. Don't repeat my mistake, don't go to this salon.
