An excellent company, hired to make repairs in the cottage, they also worked on the entire design of the house, it's nice that the staff is so experienced. The estimate was also arranged, everything was clear and understandable. We did it efficiently, as for ourselves, I didn't even have any comments. As a result, I got the perfect design and quality, I recommend it.

This year I have planned and renovated my 3-room apartment. It took a decent amount of time to find a qualified and reliable repair company, but I found such a company. It's "Loud." All stages of the work, from planning to finishing, were held at a high level, but most of all I was pleased with the attentive attitude to my wishes. They made a realistic estimate for me, and we didn't even go out of budget. There were no unexpected hidden costs. I was consulted on design and materials, the project engineer was always in touch, providing the necessary information and photos of the repair process. In addition, the company has a very pleasant and lively administrator who is always ready to help.

In May 2022, we bought an apartment in Tbilisi in the Saburtalo district in a new building, as promised, in a white frame, but the frame was not the same at all))) but that's not the point now))) we decided to do repairs on our own, that is, to look for craftsmen and do repairs in stages, as a result, we lost 2 months searching for specialists, those who "seemed to suit" us (they could read the project, did not tell us that it was impossible in Tbilisi, but we had a simple project), suddenly disappeared or agreed to meet at the facility, but they didn't come. Then the most interesting thing began, they made holes in the walls for wires, but the electricians were gone)))) and that was the last straw.
We decided to contact the company, an engineer came to us, consulted us, took the project from us, sent a detailed estimate a couple of days later, at first it seemed expensive, but compared all the risks and signed a contract. As a result, the repair with the alteration of the works of the "mountain masters" on 52m2 took 3 months, photo reports, all receipts and acts were regularly sent. And we were so relaxed that we left for Batumi for the duration of the renovation.
We want to say thank you very much to the guys from Gromkom for our comfortable life during the renovation))) we stopped by and are glad that everything is working, everything is high quality. We have been living for more than a year, there are no complaints, but another year of warranty warms the soul.
