The most important thing is the staff. Such an attentive manager (in my opinion, Alexey), well done. He spoke very culturally and competently. There was a feeling that the person really wanted to help. There was also (like the main master) I didn't remember the name. I was even surprised that I didn't immediately reject it, they say, we can't do this. I started calling, finding out, etc. the staff is really working well. The only thing is, they didn't solve the problem. But in Grodno, no one solved it. But they tried to help. And I was glad that they didn't take the money. Often, service stations charge money for diagnostics, but do not solve the problem....

One of the worst services I've ever been to was employed by the old head of the body shop, Igor, the deadlines were negotiated and the fact that some spare parts (headlights) are purchased after repairs, repairs are charged 11,000 instead of 3,000 just because they have an insurance contract.
When asked when the work would be completed, the new head of the body shop replied that until all the spare parts were available, he would not even touch them and would be very happy if we took the car and, quote, "deprived him of hemorrhoids."
If you have even a drop of self-respect and want to have a car made well and on time for a fairly large sum, this is clearly the last place to go.

Polite managers, the receptionist is always friendly, master Alexey is very attentive to repair and technical issues, mechanic Ilya is young, but he does everything professionally and humanly!
