The building is great for students and teachers, because for them there is everything here: a shared kitchen, carpenter service, plumbing, electrics, etc., there are also so-called chairmen who will help solve any issue.
On the contrary, the people renting a room and/or a block here actually have nothing! There are no kitchens on these floors - they are occupied for plumbing equipment of cleaners, and in each wing)) in a household room, it is generally unclear what is stored, although one is quite large. If there are any questions about any repairs, it is not in their competence, they do not serve private owners." And at the same time, capital repairs and reimbursement of expenses for the maintenance of the hostel are withheld))) 0
