From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the team of the Grodno real Estate Agency for their help in selling an apartment in Grodno! Initially, we were looking for a local company, we did not want to give the object to major market players and we were not mistaken. Given the complexity of the transaction (sale of non-resident property by proxy), irregularities or refusal to cooperate were expected, but Igor immediately endeared himself with professionalism and confidence in success from the first phone conversation. The notary issues were resolved incredibly quickly. The buyer was found literally in the next month. I was pleasantly surprised that Igor did not "break" the price, as many do, and the apartment went for the agreed price. Many thanks to Nadezhda: nothing would have happened without her! By proxy, she closed all issues, starting from utility bills and taxes, ending with the transfer of money and the transfer of documents abroad. It was a pleasure to work with a professional in his field!
