Absolutely incompetent employees. The complete impression that they are not interested in protection in any way. What level can we talk about if a lawyer does not know the price of an independent examination, and persistently sends for repairs in the same building. And there is a completely different level in Minsk, do not waste time contacting there.
Regarding the work schedule, this is a separate conversation, absence from work is explained by "courts", "cases", etc. It is unclear why the organization exists and people receive salaries there.
