Signed up recently. The reason is banal - I understand that there is not enough information. The Internet seems to have all the information you want. But for me, leafing through magazines, reading what I probably wouldn't look for on the Internet in principle is more important. I go exclusively for educational and scientific literature. The staff warmly welcomes, helps and advises. And of course the building itself is gorgeous inside. Thank you that the previous owners did not remodel it for renovation, but left it in the same form as the original one

I really like the approach to readers from individual employees. Attentive, polite, they will tell you everything and show you. It's great that there is a room for children with a constructor) and most importantly, it's quiet there.

There are no questions for the staff and watchmen, everything is at the highest level, but I, a disabled musculoskeletal system, somehow don't really like climbing stairs with God knows what handrails.We were at the Castle Square-everything was fine, my son and I really liked it there.And now I rarely go to Karbyshev, to the Gornovs to the Makayenka library often, the first floor is very convenient for me, there is all the necessary literature, both for me and for my son.

I don't know what has changed with the library staff since the move. I've been coming here since the opening, the first thing is that the janitor always rushed at me at the entrance, where are you going, etc. (it was not very pleasant and not familiar, it felt like I was going into the dorm, well, okay..) three times-these are the employees themselves (not all of them, of course) in the olfactory department, a young girl of 25-28 years old looks very aggressive, I constantly try to avoid her, it does not work, as she always sits.(I'm even thinking of going to their director for an appointment, I have something to tell her) She doesn't like old people at all.... well, in general, she can work at the maximum in the store, because her aversion to people is felt. As it is, professionals in their field work there and basically all the women there are very pleasant. According to the books, I am glad that they often delight with new products, etc

There is everything you need, if something is missing, they know where to find it.
Subscribers have full access to the legal framework, to the paid part of it.
Parking is difficult, transport is within walking distance and anyway it is the city center, shops, park and transport in all directions of the city👍

Create a separate computer room for visitors. It is very inconvenient to walk in the same office with an employee. After all, people come and it's distracting. This is especially true for the information cabinet.
