I'll start with the atmosphere and the staff.
The design and atmosphere are normal, quite urban, in a good understanding.
In a self-service establishment, in principle, it does not bother.
Did you put the baked rolls on a board in a container? Should I keep 1-2 degrees of their temperature? Doubtful, but okay.
Food. But here it is already interesting. The rolls are twisted very weakly, on the verge of falling apart when you take them with chopsticks. The taste of baked rolls is good. Baked sushi does not fit in your mouth, they are just huge. Is it good? No. Halve the amount of rice in them. The taste will not get worse, but it will be more convenient to eat. The balance of taste in baked rolls and sushi is present, there are no problems here. The usual rolls are very average, a lot of rice and cheese, fish were spared (I attach photos of two different pieces).
The menu should be worked out and such a variety should be excluded for the sake of quality.
The general impression is that I would like it better, but there are no competitors and other options. Therefore, +1 point to the overall score for the lack of alternatives.
Visit the place, form your opinion.
It is cozy, delicious, there are board games, there are games for children. There are not only rolls and sushi, but also very tasty desserts. The staff is polite.
We decided to evaluate, it seems that the only sushi bar in the small homeland and everything turned out to be quite good. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The disadvantages are very long delivery and, in principle, it is difficult to place an order, and the operator is not friendly. But it tastes delicious and is essentially delicious.
