I cleaned the room myself, I had to buy a floor cloth and detergent, because cleaning every 5 days is just nonsense, from the beach the sand is dragging, the floors need to be washed daily. Changing clothes is a special pleasure. You have to take off the linen yourself and then make a clean one yourself. We also buy toilet paper ourselves, as well as soap accessories. The husband of the hostess Ruzanna dislikes all vacationers and does not hide it. I yelled at my child for dropping a stone from the sea on the stairs, she was carrying it to the room to draw gouache on it. then he came to yell at me that I would pay for repairs if my daughter broke the tiles. I will pay for everything that my child spoils or breaks, but I will not allow myself and my children to yell and humiliate themselves. The eldest son of this "well-mannered" family burps and swears at the whole hotel with his friends. In the cafe, the waitresses also walk around with faces, as if they are sick of you. I left good tips for the girls every time, but even that didn't save the situation and often they didn't even say hello. The food is mediocre, everything is floating in fat and oil. The climax was that heavy rains began and a landslide descended, the hotel was completely flooded at the ground floor level. People with small children had to escape to the upper floors. The owners did not even try to help anyone in any way. It was the last straw of my patience. I packed up my things and the baby and went to Sochi. I asked the owner to help me carry my suitcase from the third floor through the flooded courtyard, to which he told me: I'm not going! As a result, strangers helped. I do not recommend it

Well, the rest is over, you can write a review.We had a rest at the green house from July 16 to 22.The rooms are incomparable, everything is modern and new , the area is very clean and well maintained!Thank you for this, special thanks to the housekeepers, well done!!!But the kitchen shocked us, we chose Ldzaa only because of this hotel and excellent cuisine according to reviews, since we knew that in this village there is not much where to eat, ordinary cafes, for an amateur in general .So, in more detail about the cafe, I thought scrambled eggs with vegetables are not possible to spoil, you can!!! So there are few dumplings in a serving of 10 pcs. 9 were brought, the simplest salad of tomatoes and kapets cheese is simple, almost vomited from the taste and quality of the product. Caesar is a laugh considering the refueling is not clear .I don 't remember the girl 's name , it 's also so - so , we 'll laugh at her phrase "and that 's it " for a long time , she repeated it often and with such intonation 🤣🤣🤣The locals told us upon arrival that a couple of years ago the kitchen was very good and you can't take a place in a cafe , like they came not only from this hotel to eat . Okay , we found a couple of places to eat , but otherwise there would be a complete negative .
