Excellent price/quality ratio. We ordered a 4-bed room. Spacious separate kitchen, everything is equipped and working properly. There are no complaints. In this trip, in addition to Borjomi, we visited Stepantsminda, Batumi and Ambrolauri. I liked living in Grimis Villa the most. As a quibble, well, it may not be easy to find the address and, in my opinion, a controversial decision to use the same faucet for the sink and shower.
