The place is just awful. To enter the second floor, you need to go through an incomprehensible abandoned room. It's very cold inside, and they don't even offer us blankets, despite the fact that we were shaking. We ordered food. We waited for her for 45 minutes, it's a tin. Due to an "error in the system, our order did not get to the kitchen", we had to wait a long time. And the waiters did not even think to remember about our order and clarify in the kitchen why 45 minutes had already passed and our food was not there yet. Overall, the place is very bad. The interior is about nothing. There's not much room. There are only 4 tables on the second floor. The waiters don't care about you. The prices are expensive. And the food is very ordinary. And the service is terrible. They didn't remember us for the whole 45 minutes. We even waited 10-15 minutes for tea. After we reminded them about our food, they still remembered us, and did not even think to give us a "compliment from the institution" so that we would not be so angry. Apparently they haven't heard about marketing. If there was some kind of compliment from the institution, perhaps this comment would not be here. As it was, no one cared about us. If there was a minus one rating , I would have put it ! Don't come here. And we will never come again.
