They just threw it on the table in a bag for me and that's it. No bon appetit, nothing. Like an "animal" portion. Okay, the previous administrator was much nicer, she always clarified her wishes, wished you a pleasant appetite. And here, there are simply no words, customer orientation is 0.
The second aspect. I came home, the distance is 100 meters.
I opened a shawarma. The top was cool, fresh cabbage, pickles (I personally like it). After a minute of eating, the pita bread tore all over, everything flowed down. You can see either the pita bread was not fried, since the traces of the grill on it were barely visible, or the quality of the pita bread wants the best.
He chewed like wet bread. By the middle of the shawarma, she had completely fallen into the bag she was in. In fact, I ate only half, the rest turned into an incomprehensible mess.
The pieces of meat were the size of a table tennis ball. That is, one piece of meat covered the entire shawarma in a radius. I had to bite two or three times to eat a piece of meat. It's wildly inconvenient. The meat was very over-dried, there were also small cuts with skin, it was good that the skin was fried. I didn't feel the sauce at all.
The filling is standard, two napkins, and a well-packaged shawarma in a bag.
Conclusion: half a year ago, really cool specialists worked, both the administrator and the shawarmist. The guys were smart and cooked delicious. Now everything has come to nothing. You can spend 10 minutes more and go to other places, which are not few nearby.

Once there was a good shawarma, but as you say, nothing lasts forever. Avoid it, the city is full of decent establishments that have much higher stability than here. And cut meat is also frozen here, so that it can be reheated in the microwave after a week, it is not surprising that there are reviews with poisoning. Then why order huge cones with meat if you can't sell it all later?! And the new pita bread is just terrible...

The waiting time for an order of two dishes is half an hour (at an institution that positions itself as a fast food), payment by priorbank card is for some reason impossible in 2024 :) customer orientation at the level. By the way, the cashier informed about this in a rude way, not bothering to insert even "unfortunately".
Upd. The actual waiting time was about 20 minutes, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.
