The order was waiting for the company of their 3 people for a little over an hour. The drinks were brought immediately, but everything else was as it turned out. The place is just terrible, we came to Lida for the weekend and managed to visit Lida beer and Sabrina. And this place is a nightmare compared to the others.
We ordered a Greek salad - the vegetables were not washed and they are all with sand, the ribs are one fat on the bone, absolute blandness, and the grill has one name, it feels like they were thrown into the oven and no one knows what a marinade is here. Sausages are also not grilled, but stewed in the oven
The waitress interrupted during the order and never removed any dishes or napkins from the table during the stay
We are lovers of eating in establishments not only in Minsk, but also in other cities of Belarus, this institution is just something with something, even it would be more pleasant to go to the dining room, at least we would finish eating there and not spend 60+ rubles
I don't advise anyone, it's better to eat at home

A dubious institution and an incomprehensibly unjustifiably high rating!
Immediately after ordering, tea was brought without clarification, which cooled down while waiting for everything else. The salad was expected for half an hour, after the salad they brought hot. The appliances were taken away along with the salad. They asked to bring the appliances, waited for 5 minutes while the hot stuff cooled down.
But the most anticipated dish turned out to be French fries! The child was waiting for him for a long time, after the adults had already finished their meal. As it turned out, they just forgot about him.
In the kitchen, everything is generally relatively good, if you do not take into account that some ingredients are missing in the dishes, which is warned in advance, but the price does not change, of course, but the service is terrible! Napkins, salt shakers and toothpicks were brought to the table at an additional request.
Bottom line - I do not recommend it.

Finally, after waiting for the dish, there was another surprise, cold undercooked asparagus with fish, it's good that the fish is delicious cooked, and finally I will change the jam for tea, they just didn't bring it, I had to run again to look for a waitress!!!! We visited Lida with our family on 05/03/2023. After sightseeing in the city, we got hungry and went to the "Grill bar". We were with the dog, so we chose the veranda. Blankets are offered on the veranda. A very good location of the bar is near the fortress and overlooking the lake. On the veranda there are beautiful views of the city, the fortress and the lake. Although the menu is not varied, it is very good for a bar. They cook very tasty. Friendly and very helpful staff. The service is fast. The best place to visit is price-quality of food-menu-service.

The bill was normal and we were ready to have a good time. What I saw was that the waiters were standing only near the open kitchen . The owner wishes not to spare the salaries of the staff, you probably don't pay them, and they don't want to work.
