Good afternoon! We had a rest on January 2-4, 2025, and were very satisfied. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and there is a large selection of dishes for adults and children. Everything is fresh and neatly preserved. We had an a la carte system for dinner. I was impressed with pork cheeks with mashed potatoes and eggplant salad with pomegranate, the cook cooks very well. good wine, pleasant children's menu.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and we had a great view of the snow-capped mountains and the nearby eucalyptus trees. The pool is clean but cool, so the child did not swim, but we enjoyed swimming in the morning and evening. Near the hotel there is an embankment and a park with playgrounds and sports grounds, large steam panoramic swings.
Thanks to Camille from the reception, the maids and all the staff of the Pharos hotel! Everything was wonderful!!!

Great hotel, I liked everything, good service, pleasant, polite staff, delicious food. Very cozy, located on the first line, with a heated swimming pool. Variety at breakfast. I would like to add bathrobes to the rooms, since having a pool means not walking across the hotel from the pool in a wet swimsuit wrapped in a wet towel. But in general, everything is fine, I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel from January 10-16. I liked everything very much. Everything is at the highest level. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. They are very friendly, kind, helpful girls and men. Special thanks to the girls from the restaurant for the delicious food. We only had breakfast, but it was very plentiful. If necessary, they can always pack boxes with you on the road if you do not have time to have breakfast or lunch. The hotel is located close to the sea. The room is always clean and cozy. Located in a quiet, picturesque place. The girls at the reception helped us with the choice of places to visit, as well as with transportation, for which we thank them very much. We would like to say a special thank you for the compliment from the hotel on my husband's birthday. It was very nice to receive a bottle of champagne and a cake in the evening. To be honest, I didn't want to leave this place. Kristina, the hotel manager, is very friendly, helpful, and will always help you solve any issue. And in general, we were charged up from the very morning with the smiles of the girls and their good-naturedness. I really want to write a lot of good things about this hotel. I advise everyone, and we will definitely come back here, to this picturesque place with a kind atmosphere.

I am pleased to write a review about this hotel. We were with the family. Very hospitable staff, very caring and friendly. The room is clean, very pleased. We were with a small child. They even turned on the air conditioner for our arrival to keep the room warm.

We were in the middle of June 2024 . I really liked the hotel...everything is new, chic and spacious rooms with daily cleaning and a change of snow-white towels. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. The sea is a few meters away. The hotel is new. The network is good. Breakfasts are acceptable. The choice is not great, but everything is delicious. Dinner is also good. But it's better to come earlier) one shift the girls are trying very hard. The second one is not so much anymore. But overall we enjoyed the rest. The disadvantage is that the weather turned bad in September, but the heated pool was not heated. They said that the weather would still be good, so they didn't turn it on. It's a shame. We had a vacation with our spouse in July 2024. I really liked the hotel, everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful. A good cafe, the dishes are very tasty, you can eat according to the menu or buffet type. There is a private beach and a swimming pool. The hotel itself is located at the end of the embankment, a twenty-minute walk from the market. There is also a small park nearby. We will definitely come back here again

Everything is fine except for the pool.. In the off-season, I don't feel like going swimming... The pool is not fenced in, there is a breeze, the water is cool and it is not particularly comfortable to swim. It 's probably good in summer . On the beach, a stinky river flows into the sea. It really stinks if you're around..

It's nice to see a pleasant modern hotel in Abkhazia, but at a fairly high level. The girls and the staff are just beautiful!! The food and breakfasts are immaculate! Keep the brand, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Minus - there is no elevator and women offer to help lift the suitcase to the owners - this is not possible , of course . The hotel is very clean, spacious, well maintained, linen is often changed. The food is not fancy, but it is quite satisfactory. The sea is nearby, there were sun beds, there were few vacationers. We stayed at this hotel with a tour group in Abkhazia. Before the trip, I heard that in Abkhazia they settle in old sanatoriums, but these are just rumors. In fact, the hotel looks new, clean, and modern. The rooms are spacious, the water is constant. The service is excellent, the girls are friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because we have already been to this chain in Krasnaya Polyana - I liked it, plus good reviews. But everything turned out to be not so clear ..
Just about the cons:
1. The hotel has 5 floors and there is no elevator, they dragged a heavy suitcase up the stairs to the 4th floor.
2. "Abkhazian service" - upon arrival, products were unloaded and accepted right at the central entrance, in order to pass with a suitcase, we had to move the packages ourselves, the question is "why exactly there?")) in general, the staff feels comfortable)) It was the first time I saw employees having dinner right in the hotel restaurant in the common room, behaving like a hostess.
- Arriving at four o'clock in the afternoon, our room was not ready yet.
- Forgot to issue a guest card that gives a discount on the restaurant.
- One room key, even if there are more than two people there.
3. The absence of normal sockets in the room, actually there are only two in the room, one under the kettle, the other under the dressing table, i.e. there are none near the bed, as usual..Charge your phone somewhere else. I saw a girl sitting on the floor in the hall to plug a laptop into an outlet..apparently it's the same everywhere.
4. The hotel is new, but the walls and carpet are already dirty in places.
5. There are no bathrobes, although they are usually given in hotels with a swimming pool.
6. The beach near the hotel (pebbles) has no infrastructure, there are several sun beds and a couple of changing cabins. The beach looks much more decent next door.
Positive:
1. Large rooms (we had a standard), high ceilings, there is a balcony. Clean, new and modern renovation.
2. Quiet place, the very end of the embankment.
3. There is a nice swimming pool with sun beds and heated.
4. The restaurant is on site, they cook quite tasty.
5. There is a parking lot in front of the entrance with cameras.
6. There is a breakfast buffet, held in the restaurant. The choice is not great, but you will not be hungry. For me, the advantage is the availability of coffee beans.
We booked in advance, the room cost 8 thousand considering the Yandex travel promo code. I think it's expensive for this hotel. On the arrival date (mid-September), the price dropped to 5 thousand, with a promo code it was possible to stop by for 4 thousand, which is already acceptable.

We stayed at the hotel from August 13-15 this year. Honestly, we were pleasantly shocked that Abkhazia has such a service. Very helpful staff: girls at the reception, security, cafe, handyman - they will prompt, help, tell. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a choice, but not to say that it is large. The food is average, not to say that it is delicious, but you can't call it tasteless either. A large selection of different sauces and drinks. The room is very clean, all the linens are snow-white, everything is shiny in the bathroom, shower accessories are also put in. The sea is the first coastline, the beach is adjacent. Minus - next to the river is a shit hole, it's better to go to the left, it doesn't stink 😂 in general, we are very happy that for such money (10500 for 2 days) in the month of August, we got excellent service and a great location

For me, there is one drawback: there is not enough mesh on the door leading to the balcony. On the recommendation of the manager of Helmsman Victoria, we rested from September 2 to September 13, 2024 in Gudauta (Abkhazia), the Grace Faors hotel was very pleasant. The hotel can be assigned 4*. The towel was changed after 2 days, the bed linen after 3, the staff is friendly, The food is excellent, the sea is really 50m away. Sun beds with umbrellas are free of charge from the hotel along the promenade along the sea. There is a city park with a beach nearby. There are many cafes, canteens nearby, All within walking distance of the market, shops, supermarkets. I recommended it to my brother, he is resting with his family now - they are very satisfied. Nice hotel, good repair, new furniture, heated pool, good location. I didn't like the cafe's work. We were the only guests at the hotel, we arrived at about 18 o'clock, the cafe was no longer open, although it should be until 20, we slept through breakfast for 40 minutes, the very principled staff refused to feed, although breakfast was included in the payment. We were the only guests at the hotel and such an unobtrusive service for 6 thousand rubles per night. We wanted to stay for another day, but after such an attitude we changed our minds.

Great hotel. The rooms are new and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel too, the prices are reasonable. The food is fresh and delicious. You can pay by transfer to the card. The beach is nearby in Kate Park. There is a rental of sun loungers 250 rubles per day. Unfortunately, there is no private beach, I had to constantly rent sunbeds. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of a cafe with live music. If you want to go to another city, the girls called a taxi at the reception.

Good afternoon!
After traveling through beautiful Abkhazia, we came across hotels where there was mold, cold or mice (shock).
Therefore, having escaped to the familiar Grace Group network, we felt comfortable.
The room was rented for 2880, this amount includes breakfast and a swimming pool.
I want to list the advantages:
- The staff is golden, everyone is smiling, responsive and attentive.
- The sea is two steps away, near the park.
- I love animals, they were not allowed very close, but it is clear that they are being cared for. It's human. A fat plus.
- The rooms are very clean (especially if compared with other hotels in Abkhazia, and we have been to many places)
- The room is dry and warm, unfortunately, in the hotels where we paid more, it was humid and cold.
- They provide bottled water, of course it's a small thing, but it's nice, especially for 3 stars.
- It is very convenient on the balconies.
- The issue with the noisy neighbor was resolved promptly and delicately by the guards.
Now about the cons:
- There were few people, or rather, there were none. Therefore, breakfast was the same on the second day. It is better to make a choice of a la carte breakfast on such days than a whole buffet.
- The air conditioner worked well, but we cleaned the nets because it was a little dusty.
- There were little things in the form of a leaky shower and a shower room.
- It's not 29 degrees in the pool. Make the pool on time and cover it with flooring, then it will have time to warm up and will not eat so much electricity for constant heating.
BUT, I repeat, this hotel is ideal compared to other hotels and for such an amount. Very cozy, I like this network.

Everything is perfect! I am surprised that there can be such a service in Abkhazia. The hotel is new, the staff is executive, clean linen and a bathroom are the most important things for me, air conditioning, sea/mountain views. The beach can be said to be almost private, because it takes about 30 seconds to walk to it, there are no people on the beach itself, only hotel visitors. Umbrellas and sun beds are also provided from the hotel. Bassik is a buzz! There was even an inflatable circle) the breakfasts are delicious, varied, Swedish line. Gel, shampoo, dental and shaving kit, slippers, beach towels are also provided. Even the standard rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Minuses:
-sockets are far from the bed
- there is no phone in the room to contact the reception
- it is very expensive to eat at the bar
-the buffet for lunch and dinner is not even worth taking, it is scarce, it is not worth 1350 rubles.. it is better to eat at the cafe Zhar-pizza
- bartender Daria is a bit rude
- Wi-Fi works super poorly

- kolkhoz curtain in the bathroom) because of it, the whole floor is wet, it is better to put glass there, since the curtain spoils the whole view.

A new, beautiful, comfortable hotel.
It is located on the first line, the sea is two steps away, the location is excellent, quiet and peaceful. The bed linen was changed once, towels were changed every day, cleaning was done daily. The room is beautiful, spacious, everything is there, balcony, dryer, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. The sound insulation is good.
The cafe is on site, they cook very tasty, the girls are smart, many thanks to Nadia, the administrator Esma is also very good, always quickly and promptly helps and tells you, the hotel territory is well-groomed, there is a swimming pool and gazebos. You can walk to the beach nearby, there are sun beds, umbrellas, sun beds (for a fee)
Near a park, a cafe, 8-10 minutes to shops, 15 minutes to the local market.If you need discos and parties, then this is not here, it's quiet and peaceful here. The sea was clean and very warm, the beach was medium pebbles. Take excursions, Abkhazia has a very beautiful nature!

We visited there in April, before the start of the high season. The location is just awesome, the 1st line is by the sea, the shops are not far from the market. The hotel is nice, the staff is lazy. What is meant by room cleaning here? Only garbage removal, and then if you put it in bags beforehand and bring it to the door. Make the bed? We had a rest on May 11 , 12.We took this hotel for the sake of a heated pool, it turned out to be cold.There was nothing to do at the hotel, There was bad weather, a downpour, there was no way to go anywhere.We thought we'd go swimming in the rain.At least they could have put up simulators.The beach next to the sea is unequipped.A small river flows nearby.Alcohol at cosmic prices.There is nowhere to fry kebabs and it is impossible, although there are gazebos.We took breakfast-the norm.There are untrained staff at the reception.I liked one girl Marina-she worked at the reception on Sunday, May 12.- she told us everything, where you can go in the rain by car-to the thermal springs nearby.She's doing great-she's in her place.The sheets and towel are perfectly clean -this is a big plus.We lived on the 5th floor-with a sea view-very cool-sea view through the window from the bed!!In summer, this hotel will be great, but not in spring or late autumn.We will not go there anymore, although there are advantages to this hotel.It is not friendly, these guards always walk in plain sight-their nationalities-they stare all the time-it is unpleasant to rest, you will not relax.This is purely my opinion.....
