I want to inform everyone who is served in this place that this company does not work very honestly. I purchased a water heater in the store "OMA", and the service center is "Gray House". I began to scroll through the temperature control and I had to contact the service. They answered me by phone that they could not come to me, but they could not say whether it was a guarantee case or not by phone. After removing the water heater, I brought it to the center myself. Then they answered me: "Diagnostics showed that the thermostat flag was broken off, the cost of a new thermostat is 60p. + repair 20p. Now for diagnostics - 40p". Without informing me that this is not a warranty case, it turns out that unscrewing two screws costs 40p. I was forbidden to make such a diagnosis by phone, scaring me with the loss of the warranty. After calling them back, I began to get indignant. After the conversation, another message came: "30p. - Diagnostics because the departure was not carried out by the master. Diagnostics is paid because your case is not guaranteed." Arriving at the center, having quarreled again, I did not pay and took the water heater. Independently unscrewing 2 screws, it turned out that the thermostat flag simply jumped off (not broken off) from its seat, putting it in place, the water heater continues to work without problems.

At the conclusion of the contract for the maintenance of the boiler, the price was announced alone, but in fact we had to pay + gasoline , transportation costs, hourly payment of the adjuster.....They did not compromise, the adjuster did not want to go to us by taxi (which we offered to pay for, it was much cheaper for us than his personal transport) did not agree and that we would bring him and take him ourselves.It was agreed that not only boiler maintenance ( business, but sooooo expensive "PERSONAL " transport services of the adjuster!!! We have terminated the contract .t.k. next year he will want to fly to us by plane.🤣😀😅

Walking around the city in search of a cafe, I accidentally entered this store. I didn't need anything, but the manager explained everything very intelligently and in detail. Moreover, it is colorful and exciting. The photos of the finished heating systems were so beautiful that we had to urgently start building a house to equip a boiler room in the spirit of steampunk. Copper pipes, monometers, thermometers. What could be better. But that's not all. As a result, I got the opportunity to drink the very coffee I was looking for, while simultaneously ordering the next taps and monometers.. My friends began to notice changes in me, I began to look better and drink less, since I need to work hard to constantly buy rehau pipes. I began to distinguish an inch from three quarters. And a plug from the lid. In general, I recommend it. Even if you don't need heating, you can buy pipes and fittings and crimp and assemble various fancy designs.

4 years ago, they installed a boiler for us. Everything was fine, after 4 years the boiler temperature sensor failed, the guys quickly found it, brought it and we changed it ourselves. Thank you for your prompt response and help!
