I want to inform everyone who is served in this place that this company does not work very honestly. I purchased a water heater in the store "OMA", and the service center is "Gray House". I began to scroll through the temperature control and I had to contact the service. They answered me by phone that they could not come to me, but they could not say whether it was a guarantee case or not by phone. After removing the water heater, I brought it to the center myself. Then they answered me: "Diagnostics showed that the thermostat flag was broken off, the cost of a new thermostat is 60p. + repair 20p. Now for diagnostics - 40p". Without informing me that this is not a warranty case, it turns out that unscrewing two screws costs 40p. I was forbidden to make such a diagnosis by phone, scaring me with the loss of the warranty. After calling them back, I began to get indignant. After the conversation, another message came: "30p. - Diagnostics because the departure was not carried out by the master. Diagnostics is paid because your case is not guaranteed." Arriving at the center, having quarreled again, I did not pay and took the water heater. Independently unscrewing 2 screws, it turned out that the thermostat flag simply jumped off (not broken off) from its seat, putting it in place, the water heater continues to work without problems.
