We had lunch with my wife only twice ( because we were passing through Orsha). The place is calm, tidy, with relatively fast service, good cuisine, and staff service seems right. The interior and music are not to my taste, but stylish - to match the institution and absolutely not annoying. I recommend it!

I liked the place. Clean, cozy, pleasant music is playing. Polite staff.
Of the obvious advantages:
Delicious food (meat, rolls, soups)
Children's playground and children's menu
Of the cons:
A strange combination of a hookah and a playground in the same room (it's good that there were no smokers during our visit with the child)
It's a pity there are no homemade drinks (as a result, they brought "mors from the package" poured into a decanter)

We were on a trip, stopped for one day in Orsha. We chose based on reviews, we did not lose. A wonderful restaurant, attentive polite staff, modern stylish interior. The dishes are very tasty, there is a play area for children.

Unfortunately, my visit to this institution left an extremely negative impression. The inflated prices do not correspond at all to the level of service offered. The administrator, instead of solving the problems that had arisen, preferred to ignore the visitors, burying his face in the phone. The small room turned into a deafening concert hall due to the music and the singer being too loud, which made normal communication impossible. The atmosphere worsened in the evening, attracting an audience that did not match the declared (if any) level of the institution. Instead of a cozy cafe or restaurant, it looked more like a noisy eatery.
Even pre-booking a table with a menu two weeks in advance did not guarantee a relaxing evening. A few hours before the scheduled time, we were informed about the absence of some products, which in itself is a blatant manifestation of unprofessionalism and disrespect for customers. This call was supposed to be a warning, but unfortunately we ignored it.
As a result, the evening was ruined, and neither I nor my companions got any pleasure from visiting. We are extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place at all. I don't think we'll ever come back here again.

What can I say... it's just an institution with the most terrible service. The waiters do not know their job, they do not know that if a table was booked for five people, there should be the same number of appliances. That soy sauce should be served with the rolls, and not run after the waiter and ask him. Various beers are stated in the menu, on the second floor visitors are told "beer on tap only on the ground floor, you can bring yourself" sorry, where did I come from, is this some kind of self-service??? What we complained to the administrator about, and lo and behold, it turns out that it can be ordered on the second floor, and the waiters themselves must bring it. We dealt with this situation and asked to cancel the bottled beer that we ordered, since we did not yet know that we were not obliged to go to the first floor ourselves, and replace it with draft beer, to which the waiter pretended to understand, but three minutes later another waiter brings us bottled beer, we repeat that they canceled it. The waiter takes the beer back, returns after a couple of minutes and says "we opened it, we can't return it" I wonder why our problems suddenly became?? Next, we ordered one cocktail, brought two for some reason, apparently the waiters do not hear well or do not want to hear, I do not even know. He was safely taken away . But after an hour and a half, we asked for a cocktail again, the same one, but to clarify, we said "just please do not bring us that last cocktail that you made by mistake, make a new one" we do not need a cocktail in which all the ice has long melted, and the drink has become flavored with water. Guess what cocktail they brought us? It was already getting funny, as if the waiters were mocking us. Okay, the kitchen. Disgusting serving of bruschetta for 16 rubles, terribly sliced bread, seafood is simply tasteless. Then 40 minutes pass
We ordered a set of rolls, but they were not carried, we called the waiter to clarify how long to wait, not with the aim that we were in a hurry, just if we order something else for a long time, which is prepared faster, since we were hungry, the waiter replies "it's at the discretion of the cook" what's sorry??? How's that? Is the cook deciding when to eat today? But immediately after our conversation, rolls were brought to us. You know, it felt like they had been cooked for a long time, they just didn't bring them to us, maybe they wanted to somehow show us their dissatisfaction, I don't know. Well, we start trying the rolls... I feel something hard in my mouth that cuts into my gums, I think like a ladle or something, I get scared and take out plastic from my mouth, of unknown origin. We are all just in shock and already furious, we call the administrator, it's no good anymore, and if I swallowed it, or dug out a tooth, or it would be a child in general, with it stuck in his throat (I'll attach a photo) The administrator, of course, is not a bad woman, apologized for the waiters, but how- I carefully tried to avoid what was in my hand and translate the dialogue in another direction, offered a pizza as a gift, but it didn't change the impression of the place much. But the administrator is generally a good adequate woman. I won't remember all the bad things that happened, but there probably wasn't any good. Even the fact that we booked a table, and when they came they said that there was no one in our name, but it turned out that they had signed us up for another name, well, okay, the human factor may have been mistaken, but after all the shortcomings, it's probably not a mistake, but just a negligent inattentive attitude of the staff. Then the guards. I'm sorry, but in general, such an institution should not be considered either a restaurant or work in general, or you need to completely change the staff. Mom decided to leave earlier, and the guy opened the door to the street for her, to which the guard (a bald man, large build) flew up and started yelling, exactly yelling at the guy, for a moment the visitor so that he closed the door, came head-on, to which the guy said, now the woman will come out and I will close, apparently this answer did not suit him, which caused the swearing to begin, and why did the guard say sorry to the room leading to the second floor, where the stairs are (maybe because there were no cameras there) I don't know. The situation was resolved successfully, fortunately. We were offered something for free again, apparently the trick of the institution is to pay off for "sins", and not fix problems. In short, we are shocked, I am shocked, my shock is in shock. This place, even the service, is the worst I've ever seen. A review with a negative rating. I don't know who is responsible for the staff, but it's probably worth opening your eyes.

A corporate party was celebrated in this institution. I liked the kitchen, I also liked the hookah and the service on the upper floor. The lower (dance floor) could not be viewed, as the guards did not like the presence of a cap on me, although it is coherent with my image. So that you understand, I have been visiting night-time establishments in different cities all my adult life and have never met with anything like this, except in Orsha. I didn't take off my cap on principle and spent the rest of the evening on the second floor. Later, a colleague observed the situation on the stairs to the second floor, where security forced a visitor to take off his cap. Different nationalities have their own gods, of course, but I didn't see these two with badges on the list.

The dessert (strudel) has been waiting for a very long time, much longer than the main dishes. It is surprising that even a small order (4 items - 2 coffees and 2 desserts) is recorded by the waiter in a notebook! It's far from the restaurant level, but for Orsha, maybe this is the level! I had to drink the coffee cold, as the dessert was cooked for about 30 minutes. And the question about the time of taking out the coffee was not even asked!

We stopped by for a snack, parking is nearby (free). The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a children's corner. The bathroom is clean and smells nice. The price tag is slightly higher than the average for the hospital (burger - 16 re, pasta - 20 re).
From the nuances - there are no desserts without sugar, and in order to pay with a card - you need to go to the bar (gentlemen, owners, it's the 21st century and there have been portable terminals with batteries for a long time).
Soup, two burgers, a bottle of wine, bruschetta - went to 111 re (= 2700 Russian rubles).
