Probably a place that almost all city dwellers know about! :) Here you can kill all the birds with one stone: and relax (cinema, cafe, ice court), shop and just spend time with friends or family.

I really like this supermarket chain, it feels like you are moving to a huge city and the residents of Pavlodar are quite modern because of such networks and feel not disconnected from the life of a modern country
