The hotel put a page in the room about “not request to clean the bed sheets etc every day to save the water and world” but at the same time one of the public toilet’s pipe was broken and was leaking during our stay (4 nights) even if We informed them to fix it they didnt care.
So Cyristal Green Bay’s mission and what they are doing are not matching each other.
And also one of the another water hose was leaking at the Beach volley side.
If sustainability is really important for you then please do not go to this hotel. (Actually at the same time We also can understand that the hotel doesnt care the customers too much)
We were staying in the room which number starts with 3000, every morning and evening We had very bad waste smell.
The only Good thing in the hotel was İstanbul Turkish Restaurant. Foods were very Good and also people were quite good (Mr Emre and his team). If you go there you need to eat at İstanbul Restaurant in the hotel.

The resort hotel on the first coastline is not bad enough. Tverdaya 5⭐ is a very nice sloping beach with small pebbles, a pier and a very clear sea! Well-maintained, green and clean territory of the hotel. The service is at the star level of the hotel. The room stock is a little tired, but not critical, we got a room with a sea view and a spacious balcony, without extra charges. The food is varied, in moderation. I liked the grilled fish.
The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy bay surrounded by green mountains, a 20-minute drive from Bodrum. We were by car, so there were no problems with trips. There is a shuttle bus stop next to the hotel that runs to the center of Bodrum.

The hotel is excellent, the food is varied, everyone is very friendly. A bay without waves surrounded by hills overgrown with coniferous forest. I'm writing straight from the pier. The hotel is for Turks , it is popular and family-run . Vacationers are couples or a family with small children . Single men are not accommodated.
1. Food - 👍🏻, dinner for 5 , rolls, etc. , very tasty fish Thursdays. I also liked the fish a la carte.
2. Music - yes, it's very loud, people complain -they make it a little quieter, but a good repertoire. DJ -a great selection of songs.
3. The rooms and furniture in the hotel are very tired, I have a shower without a watering can, soap and shampoo in dispensers, cleaning is normal and daily. Mini bar daily , drinks in cans .
My room 1224 has a small balcony overlooking the pool 16+ where a Turkish child of 5 years old periodically swims, music screams loudly, the door to the next room in the room is plastic like on the balcony, only dark, and behind this door there is an eerie audibility of TV and conversations from neighbors.
4. There are a lot of children 👎 even in Alaska, you sit between strollers
5. The sea- Alas , this is a rotten bay for the Aegean . Fishing ships are on the right , they clog it , hands are sticky from diesel fuel in the water , the water is muddy (see photo), the bottom is not visible , rocks are on the shore , ducks are swimming , and the water is not renewed from the word at all . 6. Animation -👍🏻The guys are young, active , work well , but it's the same every day . Evening programs are not available every day, live music in the bar (mostly Turkish)

A super place! We rested with my husband from August 1 to 10. The excellent location of the hotel, a huge beach, the sea is super. Clean, cozy, lots of greenery. We vacationed in Green Bay in June. The bay is incredibly beautiful, the water is warm and clear, there are many fish swimming. There are a lot of sun beds, so there was no problem finding a place on the beach The cuisine is very diverse: lots of sweets, delicious ice cream and grilled dishes, many different vegetables and fruits.
The rooms are old, but clean (daily cleaning and change of towels). It is clear that the staff is trying hard. But many at the reception and in the restaurant do not even speak English, only Turkish (I had to use an online translator). There is constant animation for children and adults, so you will not get bored at the hotel and you will always find something to do. The animators are funny guys, two of them speak Russian. We even went to a disco in Bodrum with them. By the way, the city is only a 30-minute drive away. You can call a taxi and go for a walk around the old town, along the Greek-style streets and the bazaar on your own.
This is an active recreation option at the same time, but at the same time calm, peaceful, in the middle of the bay...among the pines... In general , kaiiif ☺ that I didn 't even want to leave 💚

We're here now. Everything is very decent: the territory, animation, food. Every lunch and dinner - meat, fish, grilled vegetables. There are seafood (pilaf with shrimp in the photo), dishes of European and national cuisine. There are a lot of different sweets. Cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits - everything is available. For breakfast there is always buckwheat and oatmeal porridge (in addition to standard scrambled eggs, pancakes, cupcakes, etc.) Honey in honeycombs. The rooms are a bit old, but we only spend the night here, so it's not critical for us. They clean every day, the staff is polite.

11 times in Turkey, there is a diverse experience in 3*, 4* and 5*.
They vacationed in Green Bay at the end of June 2024.
SEA: Bay, green hills on the horizon. The big plus is that the sea is calm, without waves, i.e. predictable. SOMETIMES A NASTY SMELL COMES WITH THE WIND (from where it is not clear, but it is not pleasant to smell).
beach: Pleasant, sandy, with small pebbles at the entrance. YOU CAN SCRATCH YOUR FACE BADLY on straw umbrellas, TAKE CARE of YOUR EYES, especially attention for tall children.
The first row of sun beds is right in the water, children will not be able to run and frolic around the water. The last row (4th or 5th row 30 m from the water). At 10 a.m., you can even take the second row. The beach is very elongated, there are two piers where you can retire. You can also jump from them, the height is 50-100 cm.
FOOD: Standard for Turkey, there were many different fruits in June. Grilled meat and fish every lunch and dinner.
TERRITORY: Small, but generally pleasant. There is nothing near the hotel by the word "absolutely", there is nowhere to walk.
ANIMATION: Standard (yoga, boccia, darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, volleyball, etc.), there is an evening show, but a bit boring (in 8 days, 2 times "Mr. Hotel", a Turkish dance group, Brazilian and Colombian, which were somewhat similar. 2 times there were musical groups in the bar, which certainly entertained us better.
ROOM: The rooms are small in size, the entire room is about 20 meters for 4 (2 adults + 2 children). There was a very weak cold water pressure in our room, the reception ignored the problem.
ROOM CLEANING: there are no complaints here, they were cleaned upon request.
BUT THERE ARE BEDBUGS IN SOME ROOMS, the children were bitten after the first night.
RECEPTION: At the objective request, they did not want to change the room, they were fed with promises with elements of insanity ("There are no rooms, come tomorrow", when tomorrow came "Come around 10 o'clock", when 10 o'clock came "We cannot change the room, there are no available rooms of your category, come around 12 o'clock". Then, when it was 12 o'clock, "We can't change the room without the manager, and he has a day off today."
RESIDENTS: at first it was about 70 to 30 (Turks and Russians), later it seemed to level up.
Both Russians and Turks are mostly family. In general, everyone is pleasant, BUT SMOKING EVERYWHERE, NOT CARING ABOUT THE TURKS AROUND THEM, IS A HUGE MINUS.
result: THE HOTEL is PLEASANT, for those who like to move a little, but for families with children it is what you need, because everything is nearby and the sea is calm.

I will say this so far I have not seen any advantages in this hotel. A 4* by 5 hotel does not pull at all. The rooms are not cleaned, the minibar is not filled (the room was not cleaned for two days in a row and the bar was not filled) after that, I called the reception three times, then everything was done. A wonderful hotel located in a quiet bay 25 minutes from the airport. There are never waves. The beach is sandy, entering the water with rocks. Immediately deep. You can also enter the water from the piers. The area of the rooms is not large, but sufficient. There is a refrigerator in the room with drinks (but no beer). Cons - remoteness from civilization (the price tag for a taxi is horse-drawn, there are no aggregators), dubious service (the tired hotel), a lot of locals (out of season) who smoke a lot. On the veranda of the main restaurant, despite the sign banning cigarettes, everyone smokes - at breakfasts, lunches and dinners. They do not pay any attention to their own and other people's children in strollers nearby. It was good that there were few people out of season (May) and it was possible to move. But in general, this is a significant disadvantage for me.

About the hotel:
We arrived at the hotel in the hope that there would be a lot of young people, as a result we got a lot of families, children and the elderly.
There is no activity for young people.
Elderly people are dancing on the dance floor in the night bar.
We were the only young people, there was no age group of ours.

The cleaning was bad. In the bathroom, the floors were not washed, as there was dirt on the floor, and remained, I always had to walk in street shoes around the room, since the floors were not washed.
There were no personal hygiene products (Shower gel, shampoo, soap) from the accessories there was only a shower cap and cotton swabs for two people (room for five)
For three people, 4 small cans of soda and one small bottle of water were placed in the mini bar.
There were bedbugs on one of the mattresses, as well as cockroaches in the room.
The air conditioner has not been repaired in 7 days
The staff ignored the request to fix it and clean it better.
Half of the staff doesn't even understand English. They explained themselves through a Turkish translator.
Meal:
The same type of food, everything is bland or greasy.
They can't make cocktails or any other drinks. Would you like a milkshake? They will pour you milk and syrup and just mix it.
The sea is muddy. There are a lot of people, there are few sun beds, the feeling that you are in Anapa, everyone is lying on top of each other.
The location is far from the city, there are no shops nearby, except for one single store in the hotel, where prices come up from the sky.(overprice)
The hotel does not pull in 5 stars and the amount of money that is charged for it.

An excellent hotel, a fairly large territory, courteous staff, a varied menu, several restaurants and bars, a lot of entertainment animation for children and adults, aqua aerobics, water polo, various fun competitions and contests, there is a small water park for children and teenagers and a separate water park for kids, there are several pools, good evening programs, beach volleyball and water sports in the bay area. TIN!!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE! They saved themselves only by inventing entertainment and traveling outside the hotel. The only advantage is that it is located on the seashore. That's it! Disgusting, unfriendly staff. The rooms are ruined, the cleaning is poor. There are few towels. Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, brush, slippers, bathrobe - FORGET it!, it's not about this place. We left at 5 a.m. - lunchbox- NO! The territory is small from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. music is booming from all sides. At the same time, you can hear 4 musical compositions and this is in a room with closed windows. And like the "chip on the cake" of BEDBUGS! And NO apologies from the staff and administration. Add to this that they devoured me on the night of my anniversary, which the hotel also ignored.

There are pine trees around, the air smells, cicadas chirp. You can walk along the shore from the hotel towards the ships or towards the abandoned house - it's fun there. The beach to the right of the central passage smells of something, but there is a smoother sandy entrance and fish, to the left, cobblestones begin in the very corner of the beach. 2. Food is OK, it's fine, the inexperienced in terms of gastronomy will probably even enjoy it. There are not many queues and pandemonium. There is something to feed children from 3 years old. Alcohol without frills, beer is offered only maltose, the hotel is no longer online, no champagne, etc., from wine with heartburn on the third day. 3. The staff. Unobtrusively, even very much, it would be possible to be more client-oriented. Gloomy guys meet and tips don't work. The staff is not friendly with English, and it is surprising that the reception staff speaks English worse than the bartenders. I'm not talking about Russian. 4. Infrastructure. The territory is not huge, not always well-groomed, but generally good. The water park is not new, it is crowded, I scraped my hand on the joint of the slide. The children's water park for kids is good. A kids' club with a pool with balloons and standard T-shirt coloring for $ 15 is not popular. B) We were a little upset - I forgot an expensive shirt in the room when I left, I wrote to the website from home with a request to forward it - they didn't even respond. C) There is little animation. For show. I don't care. D) The main disadvantage. The eldest child got sick (common ARVI). We went with him to the medical center, just to show his throat, just in case, etc., the nurse was like: "pay 170 euros for an examination, we'll write out a piece of paper, you'll compensate for the insurance at home." I called the insurance number from the policy - they say they do not compensate anything in any way, they do not work with this hotel, they can only send a transfer to the hospital in Bodrum. Moreover, the insurance company asked to hand over the phone to the nurse in order to arrange payment, but they found out that the medical center works only for cash, they do not interact with the insurance companies in any way.
If not for the latter, the hotel is good, on a solid four, cozy and with excellent nature.

Towels were changed constantly, the bed after a couple of days, but the feeling was that they were not completely clean, not washed, but rinsed and that was it. The cleaning is bad, although every day, but for a distraction. I rent apartments myself, I don't allow such dirt. The food is excellent - lots of vegetables, fruits, meat, fish every day- lamb, beef, chicken, turkey. There are a lot of cheeses, salads, etc. Thanks to the chefs. Ice cream is always good. delicious coffee!, the waiters are friendly and efficient. Every evening there is a program with invited artists, well done!!! In general, the hotel is 4. We have just returned from this hotel. Before choosing it, I advise you to think ten times! There is dirt everywhere, it stinks, as if there is a garbage dump nearby! The rooms are cleaned so that then you had to wash the floors yourself! Nobody even thinks of cleaning the balcony at all! At the reception, no one speaks Russian or English, by the way, either! They asked for a room in a quiet place on the first floor, but they gave it on the third and right by the pool, I will not describe in colors how the room was changed, for the fifth time, they showed it on the first floor overlooking the sea and opposite the restaurant! We flew all night with the children and were very tired, so we already gave up and took what we had! In the end, it did not work out to relax, because the music is rumbling everywhere in the hotel from morning to 00.00! Everything is old, broken and different everywhere!!! By the way, the sea is also not clean at all! There was mud on the rocks and it was unpleasant even to swim! The furniture and deck chairs are dirty and broken! We are currently resting in this hotel. I like everything. The food is varied and 24/7. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is a refrigerator with drinks, a kettle, coffee and tea. The animation is great. Every day there is a different show and after that there is a disco.
The sea is calm, as the hotel is located in a bay.There are a lot of sun loungers. There are 4 swimming pools on the territory. For kids, with slides and 2 for adults.
Free gym and hammam. If you want a foam peeling and massage, the price is 50€, it is profitable to pay with a Mir card.
We went to an Italian and fish restaurant in Alaska.Very tasty.
The airport is 12 km away. In general, we are very happy with the rest.

I rested with my mother for 10 days and I can draw a conclusion.
Positive:
- the hotel is located near the airport, 20 min
- the sea is clean, calm, you go in like in a bathtub
- the food is varied. If you arrive at the hotel late, there is a bar that is open around the clock, you can have a quiet snack.
Minuses:
- at the reception (and almost everywhere) they speak English poorly, I don't say anything about the Russian language.
- the refrigerator in the room looks like it was found in the trash and brought in. Instead of glass cups, paper ones. The worst thing is the smell in the bathroom. Nothing is ventilated, there is no hood, it is simply impossible to go in there. The drain in the shower is terrible, all the water goes away slowly.
- it is impossible to stay near the sea for the last 2 days of our vacation because of the terrible smell, as if you are lying next to a public toilet
- there are a lot of small children. If you plan to relax quietly and without noise, I do not advise you to go here. This hotel, in our opinion, is not worth 5 stars, it does not even reach 3.

The hotel is old, the service is lame, The sea in the bay is calm and clean.
The beach is also clean, smooth entry into the sea with small stones and sand. The sunbeds on the beach are worn out and look very tired. The food is not bad, but it is terribly unpleasant when flies fly in the eating area.

We rested at the hotel at the very end of October 2022. I liked everything!!! The weather at the end of October was wonderful, it was hot in the afternoon, cool in the evening, the water temperature was 22 degrees, we swam all days before departure). The staff is polite, the room was cleaned every day, the food is varied every day. Seafood lovers will definitely have something to eat!) There is a Russian-language TV in the room, and fans can play volleyball on the beach. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager Sergey at the reception. He greets all visitors with a smile, offers help, and the children run to him as a good friend!) The tour service was perfectly organized! We have visited several excursions! Everything was organized, and the impressions were the most pleasant. We recommend it! Thanks to the guide Kristina, she conducted a memorable, informative tour of Bodrum!)Thank you all for a pleasant time at this wonderful hotel)!

A disgusting hotel.
Diluted drinks, wasps and mosquitoes fly. There is no Russian-speaking staff, the building with rooms 3000 stinks terribly of garbage and a public toilet - it is not possible to sleep in the room.
You can also find the whole zoo in the room: mice, lizards and so on.

We were vacationing with a friend in Crystal at the end of June 2022. An amazing hotel in every way, and most importantly, with its unique atmosphere! It is rare to say: I liked EVERYTHING!!! The food is beyond praise, the spa is good, the sauna and hammam are wonderful, the area is quite nice. Evening gatherings in a bar with live music is a separate song))). I've never seen so many happy, smiling people in one place. There were a lot of children, but apart from affection they did not cause anything, some incredibly well-mannered people picked up something.))) Mostly Turkish families were vacationing, wonderful people. As for the service: the service is just aerobatics! Thank you all!!! Here you can write for a long time and only in the superlative degree! The guys at the reception, - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! And the waiters are something incredible: fast, not annoying, and always there when needed.)) The beach is wonderful, the bars and bartenders are also good. Thank you all!!! I'm already looking forward to seeing you again!!!
