Good afternoon. I really liked the hotel, it was quiet, cozy, bright, clean, cleaning every day, the towel was changed every day. Linen is provided every two days. There are friendly Vietnamese people at the reception. The beach is 5-7 min walk. The center, everything is within walking distance.

Nice hotel!
The service is decent.
The rooms are cleaned daily with a change of towels and replenishment of the tea bar.
The room was 1003 with partial sea and Lotus views.
The sea is 5 minutes away.
The location is great!
Noisy young Chinese prevented me from sleeping one night...
But in general, everything is fine!👍👍

"TERRIBLE HOTEL"
The most disgusting hotel in a 10-year visit to Nha Trang! They say the hotel used to have a good reputation, but now...
everything smells of old age. Starting from the elevator, corridors, to
the closet and rattan furniture, in the room!
There were problems with the safe, the magnetic key. After a week of staying, the hotel administration notified about moving to a room on the other floor. Then, the restaurant moved to the other floor. Somehow, at the request of the staff, I had to stay in the room, in connection with checking the operation of the air conditioner.
And, after all, I have not seen meager breakfasts, even in 3* hotels. One type of soup, 1 type of hot (bones or soy balls), lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage, eggs, sweet potatoes and corn b/w day. Instead of butter, margarine, which stuck to the teeth. From fruits; watermelon, dragon (not always), guava and green apples. No stewed vegetables, no cereal! A nightmare! And that's 4 stars!
And, on the penultimate day, breakfast was on the menu. To choose from; 1 drink, egg or hot and watermelon! If there were few guests staying at the hotel at the moment, then what do I have to do with it?! I am very sorry for the money spent on this hotel! And, "the cherry on the cake", the biometric passport was damaged!
According to my suspicions, the passport was damaged at the hotel reception, because only airport staff and hotel staff had my passport in the wrong hands!
Returning to the Homeland was difficult!
The hotel, I do not recommend, from the word "generally"!!!

The breakfasts are meager, the same thing every day. It's not tasty. Beach towels have survived a lot. There are no sun beds on the beach. The room with a balcony is clean. The hotel has been renovated, the design resembles a cave.

Good afternoon, everyone! We are in the hotel at the moment. The check-in was quick. A room with a balcony on two sides and a sea view. Clean, the bed is snow-white. There are bathrobes in the room, which is great. The reception staff is pleasant and friendly. But unfortunately we came to the country during the downturn of the tourist season, apparently. There are very few tourists. Hotels are empty. As a result, instead of a buffet, we have a la carte meals. And it's terrible. Because there is nothing to eat on the fourth day on an omelet. Everything else is Asian cuisine, several dishes. No tea or coffee. Some kind of cocktails are all in the form of koye. In short, a nightmare. One will bring the other will not. We go hungry. Here either you accept Europeans and provide them with a normal diet or not. Gel and shampoo are also a problem. They persistently update tiny bottles for one person. There are no normal cups in the room, even it is impossible to drink tea. Maybe when there are a lot of tourists everything is different, but now it's a minus.

A hotel with nice rooms. Everything is clean, everything is new, everything works. A good selection of dishes for breakfast. While we were there, the pool was under repair all the time, and there are practically no sunbeds on the beach from the hotel and everyone is always busy. To the beach 5 minutes walk is not a quick step.

For a short stay, the hotel is still clean, with excellent location, courteous staff. We settled right away, without waiting for 14-00. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, if not earlier.. Cleaning every day. Food: at first there was a buffet, again without any special frills, but everything is delicious, no one was hungry or poisoned by anything, in the last 3 days, due to the small number of residents, they were replaced with a la carte meals. 1 dish, 1 drink, a small plate with fruits.. (for some reason, only watermelon). Plus, they gave green tea, a mountain of salad and 2 pancakes with jam. Now about the sad thing: the hotel no longer has its own beach. Towels are given out at the reception, for which you need to sign when you take them and BE SURE to sign when you hand them over. There are no welcome bonuses in the form of a drink, massage, birthday cake, room upgrade for regular customers anymore either. Not critical, just a little bit.... sadly. The sea view is only partially visible... But for now it is there. A couple more construction sites and the view will be exclusively on the city.

We had a vacation in 2019. To say that the hotel is amazing is to say nothing. Boldly, the hotel pulls in 5 stars! There was a lovely room, bright, clean, cleaned every day. WiFi, air conditioning. The beach is not far away. There are sun beds from the hotel, which is a big plus. The food at the hotel was always fresh and delicious, for every taste. The girls and boys at the reception speak Russian. Many times we were helped to solve problems. Fresh fruits were brought to the room 2 times. I would like to return to your hotel again!

The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and courteous. There are Russian-speaking employees. The breakfast food is varied and very tasty. There are no disadvantages in the hotel itself.
Of the disadvantages, only the presence of "friendly Chinese tourists" can be indicated. Locusts in one word. The restaurant is buzzing, climbing from all sides. Always hungry and loud.

Good location of the hotel, courteous staff, excellent breakfasts.
The beach is 6 minutes away, there are umbrellas, but there are only 12 of them, although we always managed to relax under the beach) beach towels are given 1 time a day.
The room is cleaned every day, bananas were served 3 times, 2 bottles of water are provided daily for free, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar.
Of the disadvantages, there was nowhere in the room to dry towels and cupboards, and a cockroach came running.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Cleaning and change of linen and towels are regular. The room is clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. You can relax in the beautiful courtyard of the hotel. Upon check-in, 2 vouchers to the SPA salon as a gift are very pleasant. Fruits in the room on arrival are also a little bit, but it's nice. The hotel is very clean, daily cleaning. The hotel is originally decorated with rattan. Bed linen and towels are changed constantly. The air conditioning in the room is silent. A great hotel! Very conveniently located!It is inferior to the Novotel only in terms of breakfast and the view from the balcony (but here is the second line!!!)... It also differs in style... more Vietnamese, the rooms are all made of wood, small cups for tea/Coffee... cleaning is a little worse (but this is a human factor)!
Ps checked by 7 trips to Viet, the fourth time in Nyachang...there is something to compare, we have been to different parts, from north to south ...
For its price tag, it is more than gorgeous for Vietnam!!!

Nice hotel. Until they started building the Panorama, it was with a good view of the sea. Great location, good breakfasts, courteous staff, good rooms and service. Large, guarded underground Parking, there is a place to put the bike overnight (free of charge). Own, though not a large plot on a public beach, towels are provided. I recommend it!

The hotel deservedly has 4 stars. But not higher. Of the cons. On the last day before departure, for some reason, our room was not cleaned. We asked at the reception that they would clean up our place. They cleaned badly, forgot to leave the gel and shampoo. I had to contact the reception again. In the afternoon, before leaving, we were warned that we were moving out at night and we needed a lunch box. But when we left, it turned out that we were not on the list.
