In full norm, for the night . Check-in is written before 24.00, but my children and I arrived at 1.00 after the border, a polite man settled us without any problems.
Breakfast was included, so on a weekday from 8.00-10.00 buffet, and hot hamlet, sausages and salads and fruits, drinks, etc. ate well, the children could easily choose.
The attitude of the staff was so-so in my direction. At night, on the floor, the guests sang songs at the top of their lungs and ran back and forth, not letting them sleep
Not a bad hotel. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Good breakfast, near a supermarket, ring road (convenient for anyone by car). It takes about 5 euros to get to the center by taxi (they did not dare to go in their car to see the Christmas tree and did the right thing - traffic jams). It was overshadowed by the fact that upon check-in they demanded to pay a city tax of 4 euros (although it was said at the time of booking that all taxes were included in the booking price). Therefore, keep in mind that you will have to pay this tax anyway.
A great hotel with its own large parking lot. The rooms are simple, but cozy. Almost everyone speaks Russian. Excellent breakfast. And the price is very reasonable for accommodation.
I liked the staff, just some of the best workers in the city... And the hotel itself is quite average, there is not enough parking for everyone, the rooms are tiny, there is no hair dryer, there is no normal table, the TV is small, and the breakfast is good, modest, but everything is very tasty...
