Conveniently located, there are many cafes around. Not far from the sea. There are small shops. Clear. There was a room with a huge balcony and a Jacuzzi on it. The room has air conditioning and a fan. There is a safe, TV, refrigerator, kettle, fumigator.

A wonderful hotel! A small and very cozy area surrounded by greenery. Located on the tourist street of Unawatuna, 5 minutes from the beach. And at the same time, a little off the road, so the hotel is always quiet. Large, pleasant rooms. We have lived here for 2 weeks, there is a desire to return to it.

The villa is nice, beautiful, we lived on the 4th floor, there is a huge balcony, peacocks and parrots flew in. I liked everything! But when moving to another hotel, they found out that some clothes were missing ... it was very unpleasant, there was no showdown with the hostess, as they saw it when they were sorting out the suitcase in the next location ... perhaps the hostess does not know anything about it, the thought arose that the cleaners could have stolen, be careful!

We had a rest in January-February 2020 just before the pandemic.Three years have passed and we are going there again and only there.Everything is fine, clean, beautiful, the views from the balcony are gorgeous, silence and birds are singing.I've been dreaming about this balcony all this time, I've been to Sri Lanka four times and this is the best time for price and quality.Thanks to the hosts.

We had a rest in January 2020.We lived in the main building on the third floor.beautiful, clean, well-maintained room with a beautiful large balcony and wonderful views.The plumbing is new, high-quality, everything is clean and tidy.Finally, on the fourth trip, we found the perfect accommodation. Of the disadvantages, the air conditioner blows on the bed.The hosts and staff are at their best.We will definitely come back!!!

The villa itself is magnificent, we had the third floor, the room is the most extreme, side, room as in the photo, clean, cozy, kettle, large balcony, you can use the kitchen, there is not only a stove, but also a toaster. The villa itself is for five, but at the time of our stay, we lived for a week, repairs were underway on the second floor, this is of course a lesson for me now, when booking, to clarify at the time of stay whether there will be repairs at the hotel, I did not specify, so they accepted as is, but on vacation it is definitely not convenient (builders with a solution, they drill below the floor, knock), as a rule, you go to the room during the day, it's hot outside, and there the work is boiling. But this is for the future, I would go to this villa again, yes, I went without choosing, the street to the sea is comfortable, the villa is green, the owner took us to Mirissa at a good price, thank you very much. Thank you all for your beauty in the villa, and for our stay with you. We really lived in December 2019, but Yandex constantly asks for feedback, and so I decided to write just now, the villa is really good!!!

We were here in the 19th year, a cool place. We lived in a house next to the entrance to the courtyard, there is also a building for several rooms in the back, but there is some kind of river /stream with dirty water nearby, I don't know.. such.
It's not a luhari, but it's very green, somehow homely, as if it were your cottage in the village, just a village in Sri Lanka. the staff is polite and even affectionate, they smile all the time, they just don't wander around the territory, they don't bother their eyes. Clean and well maintained. Birds are singing, monkeys are jumping, everything is not intrusive. They are fed breakfast of toast with nishtyaks, tea / coffee, fruits. There is a rental of mopeds both in the hotel and nearby. For this reason, we did not walk, but on wheels to the beach 3 minutes, to the cafe 2 minutes (Banana beach, the most decent, with sun beds on the beach. However, all Russians and Belarusians are around, with all the consequences. Who wants to be among the British and others - a little further there is a guest house right on the beach, there it is. But there are other interesting places to land). On the way to the beach there are tents with fruits, which are exotic, just like for us. 15-20 minutes along the main road is a famous beach for surfers, but this is it.. for craftsmen. In the other direction, 25-30 minutes to the old Dutch (stoll) fort, it's interesting to walk there for an hour. The rest of the sights are far away, riding a moped is not an option. For those who like a quiet rest without body movements, I recommend it!

A clean room without insects, as happens in Asian countries. Two large four-poster beds, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, cups, glasses, appliances. Thanks to the hostess, she did not refuse if we wanted to heat something in the microwave. The room was cleaned and the bed was changed every 2 days. Close to the road, but very quiet, not noisy. There are greenery all around, a small area, always clean. The overall impression is good. For a short time, very much.... For a long time, it is better, of course, to rent a house with a kitchen.
