I really liked it. I was in the first. Quietly. Clear. Carefully. Thank you very much to all the staff. They are very polite and attentive. Definitely, when I'm in Shymkent, I'll stay here.

A wonderful mini-hotel like in Europe, very clean and cozy rooms, has everything you need (hair dryer, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, towels, slippers). Wonderful breakfasts. A very hospitable hostess. In general, it's like at home, warm and cozy. Thank you very much!

Nice comfortable hotel, large rooms with air conditioning, kettle and refrigerator. Large clean bathroom. It's a good bed. There is an Internet connection. The hostess is wonderful, and will help and prompt. The only drawback is the lack of a swimming pool. We got into 45 g of heat, we really missed it...

Before checking in or booking, it is necessary to double-check the location of the hotel, the location is not at all in the center. And so, it's quite cozy and homely, maybe because this is a house, a cottage converted into a hotel. Quiet and peaceful, the breakfast assortment is not that big, but delicious. I came across a room with a smell of dampness or sewage, so minus one star.

A great new hotel. It is quiet, spacious and cozy. Located 20 minutes from the airport in the private sector. There were few guests and we were given a more expensive room for the same money. Breakfast is included. The service is sincere. The reception is open 24 hours

I stayed for one night. Large room, modern renovation. There is parking on site, but not much. The price for the room is more than adequate. There are even shower slippers, which is far from every hotel in Russia.
