We had a rest in July 2024.The hotel is excellent, the pools are comfortable for children and adults - you can swim and admire the sea. It is convenient to sit on the terrace in the evening with children or company, there is enough space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We made our way regularly, cleanly, changed linen and towels on time. The nature around is amazing- you swim and admire the eucalyptus. Special thanks to the boys who are on duty on the beach at the hotel - they give out saps, pumped up a swimming mattress for us. The breakfasts are delicious and varied - casseroles, pancakes, porridges, omelets, salads, very tasty okroshka, various fruits. You can always and quickly call a taxi, including a minivan at very reasonable prices (at the hotel in the security office). You can also choose and book excursions right on site - the transport is comfortable. Here we ordered a transfer to Adler train station much cheaper than all other organizations offer. I recommend.

The best place to relax!!! We rested from 08/08.24 to 08/16/2024 . 2-storey suite, comfortable, cozy, everything is at hand, air conditioning, TV in every room, there is even a capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, iron, dryers, refrigerator on each floor,Wi-fi, wet cleaning every day, change of all bed linen and towels every 2 days. Within walking distance there is a swimming pool of 3 types for adults, for teenagers, for children, a huge dining room on the ground floor (a variety of breakfasts and lunches), a bar on the second floor. And of course the SEA: a clean shore, made of pebbles. Good, friendly and responsible staff, everything is cleaned on time, everything is added that is required!!! There is a grocery store and a market not far away! Sanitary standards are being observed!!! I wish this hotel development and prosperity!!! Thank you for a good rest ;)!!!

A large company of 16 people from 2 to 60 years old had a rest. Excellent work of the booking department, excellent manager at the reception, settled everyone nearby.
Large Parking, good room stock, with the exception of a small weak refrigerator, a combined shower with a toilet did not cause any discomfort.Pleasant territory, comfortable paths. There are washing machines and large refrigerators at the reception.
A good buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.The start of breakfast is requested from 7 a.m., because a large queue is formed at the time of opening. Lunches and dinners with distribution in the dining room, a couple of times overstating the weight at the checkout was noticed, probably the norm, because no apologies followed. An excellent restaurant, with good service and a beautiful view, makes pleasant impressions about the hotel, delicious barbecue on the grill, affordable prices. There was not enough ice cream, clearly a missed benefit. There is a tour desk on site.
Pools of different depths were treated daily with chemicals, sand on the bottom was more often than not. Good sun loungers by the pool, awnings and umbrellas were present. A playground, but in the sun itself.
The beach is sparsely populated with sun loungers, there are not enough canopies.
Time flew by quickly, there were no health problems, none of our company had a person. I recommend the hotel, small comments, I hope the management will take into account.

We are resting now in the Green Terrace. We stopped by on 13.09 for two weeks. Delicious breakfasts, great rooms, nice pool. I would like to mention the maids who clean perfectly. One mitus- there are not enough umbrellas on the beach. Lovely seals live on the territory, which create an additional atmosphere of warmth and comfort. We were told that the seals are poisoned and killed after the end of the season. I want a representative's answer, is this really true? Is it really such a wonderful hotel in the season, at the end of it it becomes a knacker's shop? I don't want to believe it...

The place is very nice, beautiful primo on the seashore.
The cafe is not bad with reasonable prices. The Infinity pool is good, but. We arrived on September 15, 2024, we called beforehand and asked my grandson 3.5 years old, there is a heated children's pool, and answered yes. But upon arrival, we saw a lot of children's pools without heating and dirty, the restaurant was closed, explaining that the base is open until the end of the month, we are slowly closing everything. Every day they promised to clean the children's pool and warm it up, but this did not happen. There was a strong storm at sea and the large pool was cold and there was a lot of sand at the bottom.
As a result, the grandson did not swim for five days. And the prices are the same as in the middle of summer. I think this is not a respectful attitude towards our guests. Maybe in the middle of summer it was good, but our vacation was contested.
I advise you to be respectful towards the guests and correct your mistakes.

We arrived from there a week ago.
Pros: a clean large swimming pool, chic wooden houses with a terrace, the sea is a stretch. Delicious breakfasts, a large selection, they are included.
Cons: there is no beach at all! We put up several sunbeds - swim. There is no toilet on the beach, garbage is not cleaned after the storm. There are cups, some paper, branches and even logs lying around, which the sea periodically brings. There is no lifeguard. We can safely say there is NO beach! Due to the fact that there is not even a small grocery stall within a 5 km radius, the prices for lunch and dinner in the dining room are greatly inflated! Stray dogs run all over the hotel.
The question is, will I come here again? I think not. For the money they charge for this hotel, you could do the beach. Unreasonably expensive!

We had a vacation in September 2024 with a family of 3 adults and 2 children. The two-room standard is perfect for such a company, the beds can be shifted into one double or two single beds, there are 4 of them in total, 2 in each room. A very good thick door between the rooms, so the audibility is minimal, and the neighbors behind the wall were almost not heard, although the cottages with rooms made of timber. Absolutely all standard rooms have terraces, in the two-room standard, the door to the terrace from each room has its own, so that you can live in almost isolated rooms, only the bathroom is shared. Among the disadvantages of the room is the presence of only one closet for 2 rooms, not enough sockets (above the bedside table there is only 1 socket for 3 items: wall sconce, refrigerator and kettle) and a small refrigerator (but provided 2 large shared refrigerators on site for all vacationers if necessary).
One of the pleasant bonuses of the hotel service is a free laundry room with 2 washing machines and an ironing board, you can wash and iron things yourself.
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. We were very pleased with the standard eggs /omelette /sausages /cheese /sausage /2 types of cereals/cucumbers /tomatoes/sauerkraut / carrots in Korean /meat pancakes, with cottage cheese, with jam /cheesecakes / cottage cheese casserole /toppings /various cookies/apples / watermelon /melon.
The restaurant offers a la carte lunch and dinner, as well as a bar.
I do not recommend it without a car, since the hotel is not in the city. Athos is 7-10 minutes away by car, and the nearest large grocery store (vavilon) is also available. There are only 2 more working hotels around the hotel, but not behind the fence, but in some distance.
The beach is pebbly, it is not comfortable to enter without corals, but it is possible. The shallow water is mostly pebbly, but sand begins closer to the depth.
Very convenient location relative to the sightseeing points of Abkhazia.

A good place to relax.

I want to leave the most honest review. We had a rest in August 2024.
OF THE ADVANTAGES: a swimming pool with a beautiful view and heated, delicious breakfasts, each house has its own terrace. and a very kind worker (Grandfather in old age) who always helped, prompted and was very polite.
That's where the advantages end.
OF THE CONS; The hotel is located in a remote location, there are no shops nearby, nothing pharmacies.
The entrance to the sea is terrible, there are a lot of big stones, you can't go barefoot and walk along the beach. Take special shoes with you.
We lived for 6 days, during which time the lights were turned off 2 times for several hours. It is also a very big minus.
THERE are A LOT OF WASPS on the territory of the hotel. IT is IMPOSSIBLE to give tea or something to eat on the terrace, wasps fly in. Breakfast is also a problem with this. Wasps swoop down on your food, circle around your face, and so on 24/7.
There are also a lot of stray dogs and cats on the territory of the hotel. They also do not give you a quiet meal at breakfast. I do not understand why the staff does not control this, the dogs calmly enter the dining area.

We had a rest at the end of July, took a suite, we really liked everything!!
We wanted to extend our stay, but, unfortunately, there were no available rooms (( The staff are polite, friendly, go to a meeting.
The room is clean, the garbage was cleaned every day. There are all amenities in the room, a kettle, a coffee machine, tea and coffee.
There is a dining room and a cafe on site. The breakfasts are varied, the food is delicious. The prices in the restaurant are absolutely not too high, the dishes are delicious, the presentation is interesting 😊
Taxis can be called on site, excursions can also be selected on site and prices are cheaper than in New Athos.

It's a beautiful place.One of the best places to relax in Abkhazia.I was there for 12 days.I was lying down for the first two days because of rotavirus.The virus in Abkhazia is not relevant everywhere.The rooms in the hotel are normal.The air conditioner works perfectly.One day it was raining heavily and lightning struck somewhere and the lights went out all over Abkhazia.A huge generator was started and exhaust fumes from it spread through the rooms all night.And since the air conditioners did not work, we had to open the door to the street and there were exhaust gases.In short, a quiet horror.The heated pool was pleasantly surprised.You can always find free sun beds.A nice bar and a lovely dining room.A great location for a photo shoot.Various types of excursions are offered on site for reasonable money.If you drive from Moscow by car, for example, then the trip will take 30 hours, no matter what the navigator writes.From Dzhubga to Adler, the 150 km road will take 11 hours due to traffic jams.It's a very difficult road.The hotel has shared refrigerators from which my food and dishes were stolen, respectively (it was funny because it was completely unclear who needed my food).the price per night with breakfast is 6500 rubles .It seems like a normal price.

I really liked the hotel!!in a secluded place, breakfast - you will not stay hungry, there is a restaurant on the 2nd floor. The pools are clean, warm, there is a Playground not big, but still. the sea is 1 minute away, clean, the beach is clean, the photos of the rooms correspond to reality. Nature is gorgeous. Athos is 5 km away, we took a taxi there at the reception. There is a washing machine and an iron. It's a great place to relax with children.

From Moscow to Sochi by plane and then by taxi to the hotel (2 hours drive). I will not write anything about the border crossing at the border. This is a separate story. So. The hotel consists of several lines of wooden houses and various price categories. In general, for people who have come to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is the best. We lived in a standard. It was cramped, but bearable. 25 meters (2 rooms) for 4 people. The situation is 2 stars somewhere.

the main advantage here is 10 meters to the Sea, where you almost always swim alone and there is no one else. Hello to the poor devils and Adler.
The territory is clean and tidy. They clean the rooms and do their best.There are many couples with young children.
A ridiculous pool overlooking the sea. There is a restaurant and the prices there are about half of those in Moscow. free sun beds. The guys from Adler have not yet arrived here with paid sun beds.
Disadvantages.
Unfortunately, there is. Where to start. I'll start with the main thing. there is no store nearby near the hotel. generally. We went to Athos by taxi to buy sweets, etc. Here I wanted ice cream or chocolate, chips, etc. there is no such thing on the base. I have to go to the store. It's not thought out. Further. it is necessary to finalize the canteen to the locals. Breakfasts are normal, but lunch is either peppered or over-salted. it is necessary to monitor the quality of food. the perfect ratio of price and quality.
On the territory of the hotel there is a wonderful complex for food:
- on the ground floor there is a dining room where we had dinner for 750 rubles for two.
- on the second floor there is a delicious restaurant (prices are acceptable).
A luxurious pebble/small-pebble beach is right next to you (take your swimming slippers with you). Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge: a hotel employee will bring them and take them away.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, but it quickly becomes deep (children are supervised). There are few people in the area. In September, the beach was almost empty, there were always places by the pool.

Accommodation in rooms is by type of bungalow. Each room has a terrace with chairs and a rattan table.
The rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge, TV (only YouTube shows), kettle, mugs and jug. There is no hair dryer.
They give out towels, two small ones per person, one bath, one for the beach. The beach is not changed, the rest must be changed every day (but... this is not the case).
There is a utility room where you can wash in the washing machine (your powder) and iron.
Of the minuses:
- only the lazy will not notice: shower over the toilet
- dark lighting in the rooms
- room cleaning in a lazy way. The floors in the room will be washed, and in the bathroom they strive to forget the plumbing. Towels are also changed somehow on request.
- there is no tulle in the rooms, only blackout. And the windows of the rooms look into each other.
- extremely unsuccessful mattresses. Very tough.
- On September 18, a large swimming pool bloomed. The water turned green and muddy. The receptionist assured me that this is normal, swim for your health - it was strange.

A good campsite right on the seashore, 3 swimming pools - adult, children's and for kids, the houses are quite convenient for this type of buildings. Meals in the dining room, you will not be hungry, you can pay with any bank cards. No other food places were found nearby. New Athos is 5 km away, a taxi is 300 rubles, but who is driving the distance is not a problem. The place is great for a relaxing leisurely holiday, including with young people with children, it will be boring for teenagers. One of the minuses critical for us is the infernal stench of sewage from the pool (green, we had pool specialists with us, I heard how they told the owner that a normal reagent was needed) on the territory of the dining room, pool and even the beach. There is no security-there was a fight, the vacationers and the female staff of the canteen were separated, but this is an emergency situation, I understand. I had a rest in June at this hotel.
Convenient location, beach for hotel guests. Comfortable rooms, daily cleaning. Responsive staff. Good prices. Delicious breakfasts. A clean swimming pool. Excellent excursions, 10/10. Refrigerator, dryer, washing machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board - 10/10

There were ants in the room. They can withdraw at will, but they did not create problems for us, and we were comfortable with them.

Minuses:
- 1 washing machine for the whole hotel (they said it was temporary, I believe)
- tasteless lunches and dinners (uncritically, you can eat at another hotel, but it would be more convenient for us to spend money at the hotel than outside it. We had lunch and dinner, unfortunately, in other places)
- a cold pool, which should be heated

Based on the results of the rest at the hotel, we decided that we would come again, since the disadvantages are not serious and if the problem with the pool, lunches and washing machines is solved, then it will be 5/5

We stayed at this hotel in August 2023. I must say right away that it is sooo hot in Abkhazia at this time.
The hotel is very beautiful, gorgeous view, gorgeous pool. Children and adults were delighted. The pool was open until late, and in the evening they turned on beautiful lighting.
The playground is good, the children's pool is shallow for kids.
We drove to New Athos by car for 10-15 minutes. We bought water, wine, etc. There is no shop in the hotel, only a bar.
We lived in a two-room house. There was enough room for four. Own toilet with shower. The shower is really, as they say, right next to the toilet, but it didn't really bother.
Of the disadvantages of the room:1. the air conditioner was only in one room and it could not cope with cooling the whole house, it was hot in the far room (especially during the day)!
2. A mini-bar that does not cool at all.
Otherwise, the room is good.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
It's better to come early for breakfast, everything delicious was sorted out quickly. But if you overslept, then you will always be fed porridge.
The dining room is open in the morning only for free breakfasts, at lunch and beyond, as a regular dining room. The prices are inexpensive, but the menu is meager. In the evening, pizza, French fries and other fast food. We went to the cafe once, we didn't really like it. The grill didn't work, the prices were too high, it was stuffy.
There are free washing machines on the territory, there is always a queue during the day, we went to put the laundry on late at night, when no one was there. True, they forgot the powder once, returned, but it was gone))
And another of the disadvantages is that there were only two normal refrigerators on such a huge territory, of which there was one worker. And it was packed to the brim!!! Some rotten watermelons and so on. I understand that the vacationers themselves are to blame, they scored with nonsense, but one working refrigerator for such a large hotel is not serious.
In general, we enjoyed the rest very much. If the administration hears the vacationers and eliminates the shortcomings, then there will be no price for it!!

Cozy territory, new houses with everything you need, friendly staff.
Cleaning every day, linen is changed every 3 days.
The sea is clear, there are enough free sun beds.
Stylish restaurant, delicious pizza and hookah.
Breakfast (rich buffet) is included in the price (preferably arrive by 8:00).
Good and varied cuisine for lunch and dinner.

A very uncomfortable shower room combined with a toilet and sink with a single floor, everything is wet everywhere all the time after a shower.
The lack of a store on the territory of the hotel (they said that the nearest store can only be reached by their taxi to New Athos, but in fact there are enough shops within walking distance both in the neighboring hotel and in neighboring settlements).
For lunch and dinner, one girl is at the distribution and weighs the side dish for you, puts the main dish, soup, warms and writes it all down with a pen on a piece of paper with which you go to the checkout to pay (21st century?), there are no prices anywhere for food, at the checkout they tell you the cost as if out of thin air.

Clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the pools are also clean, the views are beautiful... there are enough sun beds, but there is such a type of people-the village, who occupy the sun beds in the morning with their towels, but in fact do not lie on them... stupidity. We have a family room, windows and a door in two rooms. Who writes about the toilet-shower, well, it's all shown on the site, I don't see the point in writing a negative about it, you saw everything and came here. The food is delicious, I am also surprised by those who write that it is monotonous, but this is Abkhazia, not Turkey, well, okay. What I want to say... the beach is not cleaned, from the word at all, hoteliers do not deal with it, although it was possible to collect all the driftwood and burn it. It smells like sewage, I think you can add chemicals from odors to the septic tank, but this is not the case. But we liked everything anyway. I wish prosperity to the hotel, maybe they will make breakfast +dinner included, it would be convenient.

Lunch and dinner for money, they always paid with a card, everything was very tasty, at home. Also delicious pizza, boats. Well, fries are also a huge selection (fries, nuggets, onion rings). Separately, I want to tell you about the restaurant where everything was extremely delicious, from desserts to salads. The view from the second floor is also incredibly beautiful. Especially the sunsets are top there. Alcohol in the bar Champagne 500p, wine from 600p. Bartenders make all kinds of cocktails.
As for the room, the mattresses are spring-loaded and hard, it was not comfortable to sleep. But the administrator said that they would replace it next year. The shower is not fenced, right next to the toilet it is of course extremely inconvenient, everything is always wet. Pros the air conditioner worked without interruptions, the set-top box on the TV. The refrigerator is small. Room cleaning every day. Bed towels were changed regularly.

According to the location of the hotel, Athos is 15 minutes away, you can walk to the highway for 5 minutes and catch a ride, a minibus. most often they give you a ride for free. And so 250 rubles take a taxi.
For entertainment, there was 1 children's animation in 10 days, a pool column worked, in the evening you can sing karaoke in the restaurant, the dj worked. Of course, the youth will be very bored there. A great place for families with children.

1. Rooms are not cleaned "sweeping is not cleaning" at least you need to disinfect the rooms after previous visitors!!!!!!!!!
2. An extra place for a child is a cot!!!!!!!! A creaky cot and an additional payment of 1000 rubles per day for it. The red price for the WB is 970 rubles. The first night we didn't sleep at all!
3. Wooden shed (this is the room that you will be offered) without ventilation!!!in addition to the cooling door (air conditioner), it is not useful for them to breathe on a regular basis!!! When you open the door , which is without a mosquito net , blood- sucking creatures will come to visit you ! Yes , there are few of them here !
4. Everyone's favorite Infinity pool has never been washed, which is a breeding ground for infection! It turns out that every second person in this hotel has rotavirus , but everyone is silent about it! Rotavirus does not just appear like that - you need to wash everything more thoroughly! Especially the pools!
5. The attitude of the staff is a separate topic! Upon arrival at the hotel , we were given a room key at the reception and were not even escorted to it , shown or familiarized , well, how is it?
6. Bathroom, it's also a shower room, toilet and a fungus spreading area!!!! It 's a tin , I 'll attach all the photos

I do not recommend this hotel to rest! If there is rospotrebnadzor or something like that, it doesn 't hurt to report there !I would love to send a letter there.

Rested with a friend for 2 nights. The place is interesting, a whole small town of houses on the seashore far from the city. I liked the atmosphere and the walking distance to the sea. There is a private swimming pool on the territory on a hill on the seashore. The kitchen is not bad and quite affordable at the price tag.
I didn't like it: cramped rooms, there is no way to get water (only purchase), there is no local doctor and you can't call (just take a taxi to the city), electricity was turned off in the house 30 minutes before departure (it was not very comfortable to complete the fees).

There are nuances, ants - if you don't eat in the room and don't crumble, they won't come, you need to close the curtain well in the shower and not splash too much. Excellent terrace in each room, clothes dryer, laundry room, washing machines (own powder)+ iron is available around the clock. Of course, the service is so-so, but it is very good for Abkhazia. Waiting for a menu in a restaurant for 15 minutes is the norm.

We rest on the advice of friends who are not here for the first time. A good hotel, suitable for both families with children and for the company of adults. The highlight of course is the swimming pool with a sea panorama. The room is cleaned daily, linen is changed every 4 days. There are free beach towels. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool, there are not many on the beach, and umbrellas would be added on the beach. In the room there is a mini-refrigerator, or as it is called "breeze" in short, it does not cool at all, but only generates heat into the room. A strange shower is located near the toilet itself, although the size of the bathroom allows it to be shifted a little, but it does not bother us, it is convenient to use it as a hygienic one. The breakfasts are varied, we have visited many places abroad, there is something to compare, even porridge is cooked, there is a lot to list what is offered, in short, you will not stay hungry for sure. There are washing machines, laundry is free, only powder to buy. The territory is green, the houses are wooden, the eco-hotel is shorter. The parking lot is guarded for free. The access from the road to the hotel is slightly extreme, perhaps it will be cultivated over time. The staff is friendly, self-service in the dining room, as you eat, you need to clean up after yourself, sticky tables strain. We are resting in this hotel, we really like everything. Friendly and attentive administrators will prompt and explain everything. The houses are clean and cozy , the rooms are cleaned daily , bed linen and towels are changed after 3 days . Everything in the cafe is delicious and not expensive. The restaurant is open until 23 o'clock. The pools are clean and refreshing. The sea is super and very close to 10 meters - this is the coolest thing!!!!! Thank you for such a service, now I will be a regular visitor to this place!!!!!
