I'm sorry, but it's more convenient for many people to find out availability remotely than to go around stores to find out availability. I was in the store at the beginning of the year, the service leaves much to be desired. The seller with a dissatisfied face cannot offer anything and answers the question with a question. The quality of some colors leaves much to be desired.
We bought flowers for mother's Day: we were pleased with the organization of service-there were enough florists and there was no queue! Thank you for the pleasant emotions!

Today, to my disappointment, I decided to come in, suddenly something has changed and this time I will be able to buy a bouquet and leave without feeling like you have been doused with mud. I bought flowers that are more or less satisfactory, but there is no assortment. For personnel - no changes. But it's also for the best: they are gathered in one place and you will not have to interact with them anymore, because there will definitely not be another "what if something has changed for the better".
The company is grateful that they have gathered the "best" staff.
And like the cherry on the cake: the check was not given out when paying in cash, the total cost of the bouquet came out about 10p higher than the amount for flowers and decoration
Unfortunately, when I needed to, there were only 4 bouquets from the selection. The staff is polite, they said that they have not yet had time to unpack and arrange (in 123 days).

I have never written reviews, especially negative ones, but this case did not leave anyone indifferent. A well-promoted Instagram account, a large number of beautiful bouquets in the profile inspire confidence, don't they? So we fell for a beautiful picture by ordering online a bouquet of mixed peony-shaped bush roses for the birthday of a loved one. An expectation/reality has occurred. Instead of a bouquet of fresh lush roses and a MIX of colors, dehydrated dry roses came, the petals of which were already torn off and covered with uncharacteristically yellow/brown shades. There are at least 5 shades of roses in the Instagram photo of this "mix". There are two of them in our bouquet. Compositionally, it's about nothing. Pink roses with a couple of three scarlet ones, which, I remind you, are living out their last hours. And under the Instagram photo of an example of this bouquet it says: "...the photo shows approximately, the bouquet may differ from the composition in colors." This can be rephrased into "We are not responsible for the bouquet we have collected, because depending on the circumstances it may be collected with the remains of rotten flowers that will not match either the photo or the description." All that is indicated in the profile description, which is: "fresh flowers every day, price / quality 🔥" !!IT DOESN'T MATCH!! with reality. If you are applying for such high—profile statements, improve the quality of service, hire staff who love their work and will not allow this to happen. How can you treat your potentially loyal customers like this? How can you be so condescending to the joy of others? How many people have already been under a negative impression because of your bad faith? You are obliged to provide high-quality services AT ALL TIMES, and not on a case-by-case basis. If you cannot guarantee this, specify this point in your social networks so that people keep it in mind. Bosses and employees, sometime you will have to face a "pig in a poke" situation, because unfortunately, this is a very common practice in the service sector. Maybe then you will understand such a thing: in order to be returned to you, you need not to disappoint, but to charm. Especially if your business is related to floristry.

If you want to make a surprise, without nerves, choose other flower shops. Complete disappointment and negative emotions.
This is the best store I know. The quality is always excellent. The girls collect excellent bouquets. You can always order in advance for a certain time.

I went to the store to buy flowers for the funeral, I chose roses. At that time, the saleswoman was unpacking other roses, I politely asked her to hurry up, because I have a trolleybus and I'm in a hurry to attend the event. But the girl is not simple and she was not going to be interrupted, calmly continued her unpacking. I had to wait for her to finish even after my request, which left an unpleasant aftertaste.
