None of Aktau's buildings can beat Green Plaza!
It's a quite self contained and a kind of autonomous living space, not far away from the sea shore.

If you want to buy or rent an LCD in Aktau, just here and period. I have never seen such an apartment complex anywhere. Really, everything is green here, and a playground for children and adults, fountains are working. I would like to write something else about this LCD, but you yourself better come here and see with your own eyes. Get in love for sure.

We were on a business trip in September 2024. We rented an apartment in this residential complex. The territory is large, beautiful, with fountains. We lived on the 13th floor. The view is amazing.
