It has been renting since 2014, convenient parking, where there have always been places, but now the car dealership puts its brand-new cars, it is more difficult for ordinary office workers and their customers to park.

Every time I pass by and see this illumination at the front entrance, I think: why didn't they add a triangle?)) And so well, what can we say about the center.. offices, offices, offices. On the ground floor there is a microcafe, where they sell some minimal lunches for employees and not only, sandwiches, coffee. The location is quite convenient. There is free parking with free spaces. Shops, canteens with decent food. For a business center, everything is just fine.
