A quiet place, even though the MKAD is nearby. I won't say for sure it's 30 minutes by car to Minsk. While talking in the car, it is not noticeable how you find yourself in Minsk.
To order a bathhouse only with a bath attendant, if you do not understand pair business. They drown from the bottom of their hearts. There is a swimming pool. I haven't seen what it looks like.

It's not a bad hotel, but we need to tighten up the kitchen a bit. Everything is fine in principle, but there are minor flaws such as a lumpy chicken or undercooked carrots in rice. And it would also be nice to make a refrigerator in the room or a mini bar, I bought milkshakes for myself, but there is nowhere to store them.

Rooms and cleaning 4, comfort 3 points (the sofa was so stained that it is the level of the motel). THE FOOD is 2 points. [ at the rate of 1 RUB = 28 rub, a very poor breakfast = 1500 RUB.] There is no delivery, so you will eat what they bring. And they will bring the shingles.

The price - quality does not match at all. Maximum 2* hotel. We went for the January holidays. Due to the lack of available hotels in Minsk, we settled here. It cost more than 5 thousand Russian rubles per day. There is Parking, but if you arrive late, everything is packed, you will have to put it far away. The staff is indifferent and not polite, they communicate on the verge of rudeness (as they do almost everywhere in Belarus). The room was more or less clean, they put 1 set of towels, although a 2-bed room was booked. I asked, they brought it. Next day, the room was not cleaned, a new towel was not brought. Ask the reception to do daily cleaning the next day, to which the girl replied: "Do you have to clean up there every day? And should I change the towels?" As a result, we cleaned up 2 times in 5 days. On the 3rd day, the toilet paper ran out, I had to call and ask for it to be brought. No one ever greets at the reception at the entrance and exit of the hotel, they sit with mourning faces, after the Russian service it looks terrible. There was no refrigerator in my room, although friends had one in the next room (the rooms are the same and the categories are the same). To have hot water, you need to drain it for about 15 minutes, there is no pressure in the shower, shampoos and gels were brought in 1 day, they were no longer brought. There is no toothbrush and paste provided (although they write that they have 4*). In the toilet, some kind of wiring sticks out from 2 sides by the mirror, the repair is also appropriate, tired, everything is like in the USSR, the shower curtain was never clearly erased, stank of tobacco and mustiness. In general, I will never come here and I do not advise you, it is a lost place. The only view from the window is more or less nature.

Terrible hotel! We flew with my wife to Minsk and checked into this hotel, stayed for 3-4 hours and left, there was no hot water and the staff spent 3-4 hours hanging noodles on their ears that I would have water within an hour. They said there was a restaurant and it was necessary to pre-order food and then come to eat, they ordered and said we would be in an hour, in the end they came and waited 15-20 minutes because they were warming up the food!!! As a result, they left, everything was spoiled!!

The houses are neglected, everything was left to chance. It is clear that there is no master control, if it goes on like this, it will soon be just disgusting to go there. For this money, you can find a better place. Sometimes the kettle doesn't work, then there are no glasses, and so on. The reception is not in a hurry to help, everyone is very busy, although it is their responsibility to prepare the house and all the accessories before the arrival of visitors.

Poor service, impolite staff. The air conditioning in all rooms is turned off, they do not turn on, even if it is +30 outside the window. The abundance of mosquitoes on the territory and the absence of mosquito nets, even the notorious fan puts guests in an extremely difficult position in hot weather. We could not arrange a transfer to the airport, but there is such a service on the website, as well as the availability of air conditioning.
