The room is standard. I didn't like it. It's not worth the money. The bed is very soft, it is uncomfortable to sleep. The water in the shower, in the evening or in the morning, was not what it would have been, it just flowed. Initially, the two-bedroom room had one set of towels and one soap. At the request, it was doubled. Standing in the shower, it is very difficult to open this bag of gel without a sheath. The soap is practically disposable. I washed it and it scattered on the floor.
The staff is polite. What's at the reception, what's in the cafe at the end of the hall. It's good that we stayed there for the night, no more. The next day, for 200byn, they rented a three-room apartment in the center of Minsk with a washing machine, a full kitchen and delicious shower gel. There is a place for motorcycle tourism near the administration, but the territory is not closed. At the entrance to the territory, a couple of turns and you are near the administration. Among the advantages: polite staff and clean bed linen in appearance, without hair from different parts of the body, which cannot be said about the apartment we moved into.

at the same time, nature does not sacrifice comfort. Pine forest, fresh air, New Year's atmosphere.
Of the cons: sometimes planes fly by (there is still an airport nearby, you need to bring your own firewood or coals for the barbecue (they were here but stored outdoors and not even under a canopy), they did not return the forgotten thing, they said they had not found it)) This has never happened to us in any place. I'm writing a negative so they can get better.

The air conditioning is not working all over the hotel.
When trying to find out, the hotel manager yelled from behind the wall that if something doesn't suit, they can go anywhere. There are no people, there is no hot water either. No one warns you when you check in.

I had to put it on a comfortable table myself. Breakfast is three points and does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. There was little toilet paper in the room, there was no spare roll, so the one that was used up by a third. But at the Golden elevator hotel, it is not clear who needs it. Among the advantages: it is convenient if you travel from Moscow, there is a good area in the forest.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before departure. In October. I have pleasant impressions about this place. Clean, tidy room, large closet. It was warm and even too hot for me. Breakfast is not included in the price, it is paid separately, but it is very decent. The restaurant is big. Beautiful view of the forest from the windows, and the hotel grounds are green. The only big disadvantage for me is that there is no kettle and a set of tea and coffee in the room.

We went to Minsk for the May holidays, we were "lucky" to rent a house in this hotel complex for two nights. As a result, the rest was ruined because it was terribly cold in the house, and the staff could not repair the heating and raise the temperature to a comfortable level. Several times a special person came to exude a strong smell of fumes, after whose visit the batteries became hot for half an hour, and then became cold again. On the second night, due to the cold and inadequate "guests" from the neighboring house opposite, shouting and singing to the whole neighborhood after 23:00, I had to move into the main building of the hotel, fortunately that the administrator settled in a room that for some reason called a family room, although as for me it was the usual standard and nothing family It wasn't there. There was no talk of any compensation, discount or just words of apology from the representatives of the hotel, although for these two nights we paid them about 20,000 rubles ...
In the dry balance, if you are with children, then I do not recommend this hotel complex, because you can get into a similar situation to ours and no one has any special alternatives for you He won't offer it. I'll have to suffer for your money. Of the good things in this hotel, except that there is a large parking lot and the presence of barbecues near the houses in which you can fry a barbecue (which, by the way, can be a huge disadvantage if you do not want to inhale the smells of other people's kebabs :).
