I am very pleased to be in this wonderful park hotel! I am delighted with such a hotel!🤩🤩🤩 I really like the houses here, they are very cozy and comfortable!👌 This hotel has a wonderful playground👍, the playground is outdoors and children have a lot of fun playing here !🤡🤸🤹. There is even a SWIMMING POOL on site!!! By the way, it is warm, I really liked the cocktails at the pool, there are also changing rooms and lockers for clothes, showers. And what a delicious cuisine there is mmmmm...👨🍳😋delicious. The administration has very polite and cultured administrators. They can tell you where everything is. And not only the administrators are good, all the staff is excellent. There is a store not far from the administration that is not even bad. Everything important is there. There is also a dance floor and a large stage. There is a ROPE PARK in the Green Park!!! With 3 levels, it's just amazing! There are no words! There is even a petting zoo with animals: rabbits,ponies, huskies and imagine a deer! Well, the air there is simply awesome😌 from every point of this hotel you can smell the pines🌲. There is a gazebo and you can drink FREE tea in it. This hotel brings people very close together , you can gather the WHOLE FAMILY in it and spend a vacation together , dance , walk , breathe fresh air and be calm.

The service is at the highest level. The house is clean and comfortable, there is everything you need to relax. I was very pleased with the breakfast. Dishes for every taste, both for children and for people on a diet, everything is provided. It's expensive, of course, but it's worth it. Thanks!

It's a great place. We always come to Kazakhstan, so we come. The food is also delicious. I would add a little entertainment for the kids. We walked like this on grandpa's birthday, everything is fine, we were not asked for, everything was provided to us, even to the point that they went to the kitchen for vinegar and the cooks did not refuse. Respect, development and financing to you.

Fresh air. I wanted to go to the restaurant to eat. They were not allowed with a pet dog, which has all the necessary certificates, passports, vaccinations. Perhaps this is the right thing to do. It seemed to me that I brought more dirt on my feet, on the gorgeous carpets. It would be great to have places for privileged pets in such establishments

I was in the pool a couple of times in the summer of 2021, I didn't like that I ordered one and brought another, besides it was cheaper, and since orders are brought to the table while we were in the pool, and they don't give checks and so on, it's not possible to prove anything. I also ordered a milkshake, and stood waiting, noticed that it was made by a boy no more than 10-12 years old, okay age, so he reached into the cocktail with his finger and removed the excess cream, and the bartender did not make any comments until I reacted. The pool prices are a bit overpriced for this place
