I stayed at this hotel from 08/25/2018....my main criterion was the beach, proximity to the hotel and sandy access to the sea......It's just creepy, you need to go in there not only in safety shoes, but also try not to break your leg; a heterogeneous bottom, blocks of stones and even natural slabs, a couple of scanty patches of sand.but!!!you still need to resist them, because there is a constant wave of 1m-1.5 that knocks you down.I counted the days before departure, the tour operator Nikolai is only interested in selling excursions, he doesn't care about everything else, he is an extremely cynical type.Well, the food is meager, all the dishes.except for chicken, mostly soy.Fruits to choose from are "oak" apples and limp watermelon....

And now in more detail, in a month and a half, I bought a ticket for me, my husband and 2 children. The hotel was chosen closer to the sea and with its own territory. We specially chose the right room for the family and so on. The reservation was confirmed. And here is an easy description of this,, happy day,, we spent the night at the airport, the flight was postponed several times. Instead of the estimated time (13.30), we got to the hotel as early as 19.30. Hungry, tired, and a whole crowd.while we were being processed at the reception, we safely missed dinner. After they put bracelets on our hands. The Turk at the reception stupidly folded his hands on me..huh and I only confirmed three phrases- there are no numbers- we are taking you to magnolia- 2-3 days..... of course, it's great with children to drag a bunch of clothes every 3 days, taking into account that we only have 7 days left then.... in short, after yelling and being completely exhausted, we crawled to the magnolia tree at 9 pm. At least we saved the rest a little. So think about how customers are treated in this hotel!!!!

The rooms are probably still normal... depending on where we had a bungalow with a sea view for a $210 surcharge. BUT the furniture is dead, the bathtub is clean, towels are not changed at all, floors are not washed... God forbid bleach mounds into the toilet and garbage will be taken out! Food- definitely, the declared 4th in terms of food is 1! Yes, guys 1... maximum 2! One type of meat, two side dishes, one type of soup, barbecue with chicken in the evenings ... the edge is a fish that is perfectly eaten by local cats. Tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, greens... and local snacks from old dishes! From fruits: red green apples and pipisins... eat without getting wet! The water on the bar is tin! Alcohol is the same!The Internet is available for 7 days..17$. Don't catch on the word Neither ** me. You have to rush around the hotel to catch this wtf WiFi! I also bought into the beautiful pictures.We drove half a day to the hotel, I don't know how my 2-year-old daughter stood it.We arrived, we were immediately sent to lunch.Here is the first bell-there is no food.Fries, pasta and chicken pieces. I look at the beach, and there are 5 umbrellas, 10 sun beds and that's it.We got the key when we entered the chicken coop, you can't call it a number, I almost burst into tears.The room is dead, the beds are tiny, the shower head is torn off in the bathroom, everything is dirty, ants are eating someone on the floor.I ran to change the number, they gave me the same thing, but only worse...I realized that I would not live here, stood up like a sheep at the reception and said that I would not leave until we were settled in a normal room.As a result, for free, the senior administrator moved us to blue paradise. Yes, the food is also not very good, on the 4th day my daughter refused to eat at all, but a good room, a beach, a clear sea did not spoil our vacation.

- We arrived normally , as it is possible to arrive normally on a charter , we did not even wait long for suitcases at Antalya airport . The bus is comfortable as always. But! The guide did not deliver this time . I just informed you that our hotel is the 5th in a row and what time is the meeting with the hotel guide. We reached the hotel in 2 hours. The road went great!
- The room is dirty, rusty and old! Shabby ! The toilet is working. The shower is working. The water is barely warm . Water flows from the ceiling in two places during the rain ! We bought with three separate beds - we are three girls. We were given a double bed and a two - level one . She made a scandal ! I called my Tour Operator! They gave me two beds and a duplex ! We agreed. They do not clean , towels are not changed ! Toilet paper is one piece! There is no water in the room! We take it from the refrigerator in the dining room . I left 100 rubles . 100 rubles were taken away - nothing has changed ! I didn 't leave it anymore !
- Territory :A hotel with a small territory , but very green! That's why I was chosen.There are 3 small pools: Relaxing, calm , with slides and music, and children's . Wi-Fi is paid $ 14 for 7 days. Roaming is 390 rubles per day . The territory itself is old and dirty. Hotel 2ka ! No more! I was at 3; 4 and 5+. Turkey is level 4! Maximum! Whatever you pay for, the service will not be higher than 4! There will be alcohol and a variety of food , but there will be no service !
- Free one massage, face mask and hammam. My sister bought a massage course 5 times for 7 thousand rubles.
It was raining - there was a lot of dripping from the ceiling - The pillow was all wet . Our room 523 is pouring from the ceiling during the rain! The guests say that they are already used to such negligence and lack of amenities - thank God they are leaving! It 's useless to complain ! No one will fix anything!
- Beach : we found a clear sea . We bought glasses in Alanya at the market - we saw enough fish . The beach is not well maintained , the sunbeds are lying around and the guests pull them themselves , no one will save you if anything, and no one is looking outside the beach at all. But despite this attitude, the beach is cozy and the sea is nice and clean.
- The dining room ( it is the dining room ) somehow evokes our native Crimea . The sea is beating against the rocks . Take tables in advance on the "first line" There were reviews that guests went hungry, but Turkey and hungry are not compatible! I would say they were fed chicken and their soy sausage! But! What delicious egg dishes - omelette , fried eggs and in a cool way! Salads ( grass ) are all fresh ! Sweets are like their sweets - some kind of sweet semolina of different colors . Delicious buns like pizza . There were flies in the oatmeal ! Sanpin standards are not observed and have not even heard of such a thing! All the dishes are open, there are flies and wasps around them and in them ! Look carefully and be careful! Take care of yourself. I was bitten by a wasp on the beach. Of the fruits, only wooden apples (I attach a photo of porridge with flies). The plates and utensils are dirty! . There are no napkins on the tables, no salt and pepper. They promise to bring it and they don 't ! Tea from !Bags!they are brewed in iron teapots. And all in a similar spirit.
- Trip to Alanya : bus Alanya costs 20 liras for three people . And back 20 lire . You go to Alanya until the end . They drove us past and I didn't pay! Watch carefully so that you are not driven past! We walked to the hotel for about an hour, took pictures and were not even tired, since the weather is October. We visited the market in Alanya , bought Turkish delight and souvenirs. Bargain! If the seller says 200, then it's 100-120 ! No matter how angry he gets ! ( next to the hotel - on the left you will go across the road and on the right - there is a market and there is Turkish delight 80 liras for 1 kg, and they give it for 40 liras! just clothes , creams and everything else - bargain )Turks always bargain!
- Airport : the road to the airport is great ! Convenient bus and fast! But at the registration they will charge you $ 25 and find out for what ! We had one suitcase and two bags for one ( 10+7+13 kg for two people ) - they were forced to pay for a 7 kg bag because it was kind of superfluous ! "1 suitcase per person" - that's what they said with nothing! Although the tour claims 23 kg per person + 5 kg of hand luggage. My suitcase was 14 kg and my hand luggage was 3 kg.
- The result : 1. No one cares about you! If only the travel agent who bought the tour is in touch with you and will prompt and help . 2. You will have to buy Wi-Fi for communication! 3. Be more attentive to yourself and others! A pedestrian crossing in Turkey means nothing! You can stand there for a day , skipping cars ! They don 't follow the rules !

We had a rest from the tour operator Anex Tour. Krasnodar. From May 1 to May 9, 2019. The weather was great, I really liked everything. The territory is just super, there is a lot of greenery, diverse. The room was not very good, the sewer system failed. After bathing in the shower, the water flowed into the bathroom. There was a constant smell of sewage. We didn't complain and changed the room to another one. The view from the room was gorgeous, as in the picture, so we stayed in it, room 234. The kitchen is not bad, the chefs tried their best. In general, everything was fine. We do not consider it necessary to go there a second time, since you need to visit different hotels. The hotel is terrible. A survival game. The territory is small, but green and pretty. That's the end of the advantages. They are obviously saving a lot on us. We didn't have much to eat for our money. The room conditions are terrible. The hotel runs for a maximum of 3*. If it weren't for the people we met and the animators who, poor people, are pulling this whole situation out, we might have left there.

-try to accept that out of 3 pools, children will be everywhere, even in the one where it says 16+.
-the refrigerator and the air conditioner are unlikely to work, and if they do, then take care of your fruits, the cleaner of the 2nd building of the upper floors steals. She probably doesn't have enough food either.
- no one responds to your requests. Only Janus at the reception was a good guy (I feel sorry for this good guy).
- you can say no cocktails, they say that only beer is more or less tolerable. Everything is in plastic, and not 250ml. Cola and sprite are not original : (they drank all their own.
- the pool is dirty

The hotel needs an urgent overhaul!
The rooms have old furniture, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during the 6 days of rest. The noise insulation in the rooms is zero, so the whole disco (until 23:00) will be in your room. By the way, immediately prepare at least $ 10 for a more or less normal room. Otherwise, you will live with a barely working air conditioner and in the farthest building. The beach is cleaned once a day, but due to the large number of tourists, cleaning is practically not visible. Half of the deck chairs are broken, the umbrellas from the sun are torn.
The food is usual for a hotel of this class. Chicken and soy cutlets from meat, in general, there is plenty to choose from, but without frills.
One of the advantages of this hotel is the proximity and cleanliness of the sea.
By bus, you can reach Alanya in 5 minutes and visit the sights.
Initially, we were supposed to live in another hotel, but the tour operator Intourist put us in harsh conditions a few weeks before departure. According to them, our first booked hotel did not open, they offer us to rebook to green paradise, or we will get a refund in 60 days.
But the biggest surprise from the trip was that our first booked hotel was working successfully, and an Intourist representative named Nikolai told us that they no longer work with this hotel.

We were at the hotel during the holidays, so there were a lot of Turks, respectively, the attitude of the staff towards Turks is much better than towards Russians. The staff does not understand the language well, very few people know Russian and English. WiFi is available at the hotel for a fee. There are no beach towels, even for an additional fee, so if you are going to come here, then take it with you. The hotel is located on the beach, which is a big plus. The entrance to the sea is not bad, the beach is clean. There is a dining room on the beach. High chairs are always dirty for some reason, they are poorly washed. The tables are mostly dirty too. Everyone smokes where they want, it's full of cigarette butts, it's dirty, the sea is constantly stormy (as I was told, geologically and physically this happens) The rotten pier is falling apart, people are injured by falling off fittings into the water.Money can buy everything, a sunbed, an umbrella, a decent room. The Internet is paid, $ 3 per day, and the connection is very weak at the reception. The cleaning of the room included only the removal of garbage from a small bucket, neither towels nor bed were changed, the food was monotonous, the staff served, there was always a huge queue, if they did not have time to take something, then there is no longer this dish. The guy and the Intourist tour operator got into this shabby hotel...Terrible hotel. We came to check in, it turned out that there were no rooms available!!! While the hotel was figuring out what and how, they invited me to lunch....Nutrition is a nightmare, it's not there anymore. No assortment, barley, chicken, minced meat, stewed vegetables and the whole selection. There are a lot of people.. All the sun beds on the territory and on the beach are covered with towels...It's kind of busy...but at the same time, no one is in the pool or on the beach. There is no alcohol.. He is there...but it's more like donkey urine, not alcohol or beer.
The territory is small...The hotel is very old, even outwardly it is very striking and disgusting. Yes, the territory is green... but it's not impressive at all. This greenery is beautiful only in pictures.
As a result, they were moved to another hotel... This is of course a separate epic... The transfer is organized terribly! Intourist guides help as much as possible, but there is no point in their help. And in general, the work of the Intourist guides in autumn is far from ideal.

Declared 4 stars, I will not give you more than the 1st one. Beautiful territory. Rooms are HOMELESS. Dampness, stench, Black mold in the showers. The furniture is junk from the garbage dump.
The most atas, this is camera 214. Air conditioning. 22-24 years old. There is only noise from the bottom, they do not give coolness.
In the evening, the lighting is only at the 1st building. The rest are in total darkness. The light doesn't work in the corridors,
Meals: breakfasts are nauseatingly meager and monotonous. Only the dinner is delicious.
Chlorine is poured into the pools in the evenings from a 30 liter canister.
The music screams so loud that my head hurts. What's on children's animation, what's for adults.
Two buildings are located 6 meters from the expressway. The noise is terrible. It is impossible to sleep.
The children's playroom is damp and smells like a village street toilet..
All the gym equipment is broken

We were at this hotel in early September. On the very first day, we were informed that there were no rooms in the hotel and offered to live in another hotel for a day in exchange for the fact that upon our return we would be given a room with a sea view, free Internet (it is paid at the hotel even at the reception) and a safe. Upon returning to the hotel, we were provided with everything that was promised, but: the room is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, no one helps to lift things, the floors and stairs are almost constantly slippery. There are cockroaches in the room, cleaning, provided that we always left a tip, was on the dump (and one of the cleanings was laid two across the bed instead of one sheet, they forgot to give towels to the other, and we beat them out for ourselves at the reception for another day). The receptionist is rude at every opportunity (we observed this every day passing by the reception, no matter how politely people would address her). The access to the sea is terrible-there are slabs of different heights under the water, there is a small bridge to descend immediately to the depth, but the descent is provided by an ordinary staircase without a railing (which is in all other neighboring hotels), as a result, while we were resting, one woman broke her leg, the other broke her face. The kitchen is a separate conversation. There is often nothing to eat there-the fruits are certified and old, there is no choice, and often my husband and I had to go to eat in cafes. Not to mention the food poisoning we had after one of the dinners at the hotel. We don't drink alcohol, I can't say anything for him. The sun beds are constantly occupied despite the prohibition to occupy sun beds if you are not on the beach \ by the pool. We went with a positive attitude and without high demands, we just wanted to lie on the beach and bask in the sea, but even this can be done in this hotel with great difficulty. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

I don't advise anyone!
We were supposed to rest in a two-room room, we were told that there are no two-room rooms for some reason.And they gave me two one-room rooms.There was mold in the studio rooms that was covered with paint.Every room has a crazy stink.
And if you think that we were given the wrong number for a one-time incident, then you are mistaken!While we were resting, many more people came up who were also given the wrong number.Also in the dining room, all the plates are dirty, broken or scratched.There are no towels in the hotel and the pool (the big one) is blooming!
If you are used to the stench and poor service, come!
