We have been staying at the hotel since October 17th. The weather is +25, the sea is warm and clean. The beach at the hotel is quite spacious, there were enough sun beds for everyone. The awnings are large and give a lot of shade. There is a shower and a changing room.
The entrance to the sea is good, gentle, sandy. It was cut down in the coastal plate.
Large trees (palm trees, ficuses, cacti, etc.) are very beautiful and green around the buildings.
The food is modest, but you will not stay hungry.
I would like to thank the chefs, the staff of the spa center and the bar.
They left rested and healthy.

Positive:1. A small but very beautiful area with tropical manicured plants, a beautiful swimming pool.
2. Good food and alcohol.
Breakfast - omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 4-5 varieties of cheese and sausage, several salads, fried sausages, stewed vegetables, jam, porridge, sometimes pancakes, several types of cereals with milk, cookies, waffles, fruits (apples, grapes, plums, bananas). Good beer. I didn't drink strong stuff. There are a lot of national sweets for lunch and dinner.
3. Low price if you book by yourself, and not through Tour operators.
4. Three Russian TV channels - TNT, Russia 24 and Planet 24.
Cons: 1. For lunch and dinner, they often give terrible soy cutlets and meat. And there is nothing else meat. The meaning is unclear, because chicken in Turkey is quite inexpensive, and offal is cheap and in every way better than soy. Chicken in supermarkets at retail costs about 86 lira per pack of 800 grams, chicken liver about 46 lira per 800 grams, which is almost for nothing for today's Turkey.

As a result, after 5 days I had a blood pressure of 200, they first called a nurse from the hotel, she did not help in any way, they called an ambulance (we had expensive insurance for 100,000 dollars even for chronic diseases), the ambulance also did nothing, took me to the Alanya Antalya hospital. And they did nothing there for several hours, allegedly waiting for the consent of the insurance company. It's good that I drank the drugs used by the Russian ambulance in the room (Moxonidine) and my blood pressure eventually decreased), but the hospital also made a drip with Lasix. And the insurance company gave me a free taxi to the hotel. I did not go to the reception and to the manager, I was not indignant, because I was unable to. They did not even come, did not apologize, did not offer at least minimal compensation, at least in the form of Internet for a day. Yes, there is no free Internet at all. Even in the lobby. Everyone, both on tour and self-propelled, buys Internet packages. 7 days - $16. There are 600 lire in lira, which is somewhat extortionate. Moreover, the Internet works very poorly.
5. The beach is creepy, we have a much more decent place in the Krasnodar Territory now. We are from the Black Sea KK and did not even go to the beach, we were by the pool all the time. Moreover, there were waves all the time.
The pool, the landscape, I repeat, is really a heavenly place.
I did not believe the reviews, since we almost travel on our own all the time and had to live even in hostels, in separate rooms. I thought people were fattening up. The most interesting thing is that, in general, out of the blue, the hotel spoils its reputation. That's why you should shove soy if chicken is inexpensive in Turkey. No one demanded beef. People throw away this soy with plates. Moreover, soy meat is expensive all over the world, I don't understand the point, unless you follow the plans of the globalists in building a New world order. The fish was only 2 times in 9 days and then a terrible fried mackerel. It's not clear how you can mess up a fish like that. Or broken air conditioners. And this is not the case in one room. The receptionists knew perfectly well that the split did not work in the room, since a couple of days before us, people moved out with a scandal, as it turned out. Was it really impossible to start freon during this time, which, as we saw, was in the hotel? Or is it just a genocide of people? Moreover, I tearfully asked for a split number, showed a blood pressure monitor that I always carry with me. It's just a disgrace!!!
6. The rooms are tired, the furniture is shabby, but God help it, we bought the hotel cheap, there were no complaints about it. But people paid a lot of money through tour operators and just spat. Some of the rooms on the ground floor had mold.

We stayed at the hotel from October 7 to October 14.The hotel is very tired, you can say the Turkish council)or an abandoned campsite.The territory is beautiful, you can photograph every tree, even cacti bloomed there.Clean pools, one invigorating, the other comfortable.Saving on everything.Only one of the two slides was working.There was only cherry flavor from yuppi's vending machines, water was pouring on the rest of the flavors.There were only cappuccino machines, and then they were not turned on at all.There are two glasses of alcohol per person.
The rooms have a feeling that as soon as the hotel was built, they were not touched in any way, they were not repaired, everything is slowly falling into disrepair.A tubby air conditioner, but it worked properly and thanks for that)In the second room, the air conditioner was torn out and there were holes in the walls, well, everything is in about this condition.They cleaned every day, light cleaning, the bed was not changed.Take the washing equipment with you, they will bring it here once and that's it.
There was no animation, they just turned on music when they asked to arrange some shows, the animators said why, no one would come anyway)And then the animators were re-registered as kitchen workers and the music stopped playing in the evening, the animation ended.
Vacationers are shocked for the first day, many cry, worry, then the stage of acceptance begins.

Most of the vacationers are pensioners.The youth is 30 percent.

For dinner, grilled chicken is mostly delicious, salads, various side dishes.Sweets.Oranges, tangerines, apples, plums are very tasty from fruits.
Very tasty bread and it seems they bake it themselves.
After lunch, there are always French fries, burgers, dough tubes, fish cutlets, nuggets.Delicious, you can eat)
Good beer from alco, the rest of the alcohol in small bottles of 40 ml (tequila, vodka, whiskey, rum, gin)The wine is red and white in large bottles.Own glasses are welcome if you don't want to drink from small plastic ones.So bring it with you.And a column, if you want musical accompaniment)
The staff is nice, the bartender at the pool bar is very nice.Taking food out of the restaurant is not welcome, the staff swears, but few people obey)
The sea is very clean, warm, the beach is sandy and tiled.
The hotel is for very unassuming tourists.Perhaps it will be closed, because we heard that this is the last season, it will no longer be rented out, and of all things, I will be most sorry for the territory.

This is not my first time in Turkey, it is one of my favorite countries for recreation and travel. The whole family had a rest from July 8 to July 16, 2024. The journey from the airport to the hotel takes about 3 hours (next time we will choose a hotel closer). Upon arriving at the hotel, I met the very friendly manager Mehmet, we communicated in English, without delay we were checked into a room on the second floor. At first glance, the room looked nondescript, grazy, smelling of mold, stains and streaks everywhere. The room had air conditioning, TV, old furniture, high ceiling. It should be noted that there were only two beds in the room, and there were three of us. Mehmet suggested connecting the beds and sleeping peacefully))) I still tried several times, but that same evening I knocked out an extra bed for the child (that's what they call an extra bed, but in fact they only brought a cot). The cot was not part of the paradigm of my idea of staying in a 4-star hotel)))) But in fact, it turned out to be quite comfortable (a very comfortable cot mattress). When I went into the bathroom, I found the cramped location of the toilet, shower, drain hole in the floor, sink and hair dryer, I was not pleased with the sight, however, everything worked fine. After getting to know other hotel guests, I concluded that we were even lucky with this room, someone did not have a TV, the air conditioner was missing or not working, the drain was working poorly, they could not beg for a fan. The next morning we went to breakfast, where there is a great terrace overlooking the sea, which, believe me, is an amazing sight. This is how our morning began, a kind of therapy, drinking morning coffee, eating a flatbread with cherry jam and admiring the divine sea at almost arm's length, delight!!! The territory of the hotel is beautiful and decorated in Egyptian style, lots of bright flowers, cacti, three swimming pools. The food was decent (grilled fish, chicken, soups, all kinds of potatoes), desserts were light but very tasty. A snack bar was open between lunch and dinner, which means that you could have a snack with burgers, pizza, tortillas with cheese filling, vegetables on the grill, This is a big plus. We signed up for a free massage and spa session. After that, we bought a massage for the whole family ($ 300 for 5 sessions for 3 people), I really liked it, I recommend it. Going out to sea begins with soft sand, as soon as you enter the water, you meet sharp and large boulders. Everyone who wants to swim in the sea gathers in one cramped location (where there is no stove, a small square), from other approaches the stove continues, but you can take beautiful pictures, pose). My family and I did not have enough evening walks, Turkish urban, the hotel is cut off from civilization, only by bus or transfer to order. There is a lot of food, they cook very tasty, those who like to drink- do not wake up sober, yes, the drinks are local, but everything is very decent. The safety of vacationers is at a high level!!!! The animators are just great. Hello to Zifir!!! Those who like to hang out, take them to nightclubs, 100% security is provided, do not spare tips, even for 100 rubles- a dollar, thank people. And then your vacation will be wonderful. And what is breakfast, lunch and dinner with a sea view, this is the first line, not every 5 has its own beach. I recommend this hotel to good people, the price is affordable, and those who want to get too much for the money of this hotel - then 300-500 rubles per week, you are not there. And no need to take off and put out the garbage, you can see there is nothing else to do, look at the beauty. The sunflower stretches towards the Sun, and the bath leaf towards the sun..... Hello. I was vacationing with my granddaughter on July 02-11, 2024. The hotel is open only during the season, I took this into account when choosing a tour.We didn't go hungry. The sea is magnificent, the sun is beautiful.
The only drawback was the rotovirus. One day minus. I had to visit the clinic in Konakli. Next, she processed all the cutlery with lemon and important solfettes. Everything is normal. I agree that the owner's hand does not bother. But massage therapists! It's just great! I immediately took a course for the child. I am very grateful to the staff. The guys are working on the terrace, a beautiful breakfast under the surf of the waves is wonderful, fresh air is fresh. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The number was given to the central bossein. But when contacting the admins at the reception desk, the reception was changed to a more calm one. Yes, there are no refrigerators. This is a minus, and the TV remote control has not been brought in ten days. For the first six days I asked to bring it, but we lost the video. It didn't bother me much, since we'll see the zombie box at home.
I wish the hotel managers to work out the disadvantages and prepare the hotel for the next season. Of course, this is a solid three. And the four is only for the massage therapists. Of the cons:
1) just disgusting rooms will be given to you on purpose, (they always have a bunch of free normal rooms) we talked with other guests, everyone has the same story. They give you a room in which you do not want to live at all, and until you pay $ 150/500 money, you will not be moved anywhere. And when you pay, you will be moved to the exact same room, it just won't stink, everything will be more tidy, the furniture will be in a slightly better condition and the TV will be put on. There are no beds in any room, you sleep on two mattresses, literally. The audibility in the rooms is at the level of the cardboard wall.
2) the food from the entire buffet is 3 out of 10. You can eat to survive. But it won't taste good. Half of the bar's assortment is constantly running out. And instead of bringing it and replenishing the staff, they will tell you that this is not the case, because they go to the trash.

It looks like a cozy hotel on the Mediterranean coast. But once there, you will encounter a lot of pitfalls: the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, stoves on the beach, homeless pets in the restaurant. Animation is mediocre, the animator himself takes a day off every Sunday, so get ready for a lack of entertainment for the weekend. Overall, the assessment is satisfactory.

We had a rest from July 24-31. In general, we were satisfied. Late arrival, we checked in on the 1st floor by the large pool, the room was damp, we were relocated a day later, not without effort, of course, we had to write to the tour operator. The second room was in the far building opposite the small pool. Clean room , TV,air conditioning . There are no refrigerators in any room, but we didn't need one. In the kitchen: chicken, fish, grilled cutlets, sausages, turkey, there are plenty to choose from. The area is very beautiful. 3 swimming pools .We had room cleaning every day, Bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days, although some said they had it every 3 days. The beach is 1 min from the room , everything is nearby.
In general, the price-quality ratio is consistent. We had animation every day, there was a Turkish night and a foam party, at about 15:30 in the fitness pool, we organized a zumba ourselves once because the zumba coach was resting at the hotel, agreed with the animator on musical accompaniment.
15 min by bus to the center of Konakli, there is a market and shops with pharmacies, 20 min to Alanya. The hotel stands apart from the others, the beach is all at your disposal. The hammam is new, they give a free trial massage session. I really liked the manual massage, but it's for the money.

Initially, we booked a tour to another hotel of the same chain, in Side. But shortly before the trip, the hotel in Side announced its early closure and we were offered to go to this one without additional payment, we agreed. We checked in at 14 o'clock, in building D, the room was on the 3rd floor, quite normal, relatively clean and without mold. There was no air conditioner, but it was from 05.10 to 12.10, the temperature was comfortable, and it was not needed. But there was a fan in the room. There was no TV or refrigerator. We didn't suffer. Cleaning was done every day. The hotel has a very beautiful territory, but with proper care, it would be even better. Two pools, one with a water slide, are open at certain hours. The restaurant by the sea, it's amazing! In terms of food, it's not bad, we didn't stay hungry, without frills, but everything is quite edible. Alcohol is also good, you can drink it. The beach is a minute's walk away, free sunbeds could always be found at any time both on the beach and by the pool. Although, of course, our fellow citizens, as usual, still occupied the sun beds with towels and then appeared whenever they wanted. I didn't understand it and I won't understand it, okay. Of course, it would not hurt to arrange the beach better, because there are plates and entry into the sea in one place. The bottom is sandy, but there are huge stones there, they are no longer further from the shore, so you still need to look at your feet. We took a paid massage, 5 sessions of 30 minutes + sauna and hammam (80 euros), we liked it. Yes, it may be expensive, but I don't have enough time for a massage at home. Plus, we received a password from Wi-Fi, at the reception Wi-Fi for 7 days is $ 20 and works only in the same area. He worked in our restaurant, in the spa area. That was enough for us. There are many Russians, the vast majority, there were both Germans and Turks. In general, we had a good rest, the sea and the sun were there, and that's what we went for. Don't get fooled by the rating)) most tourists simply do not read the reviews, but go to the rating of the hotel. But there are no 4 stars here. It's a three, a weak one.
The fact is that the hotel went bankrupt and because of its debts, it was either resold or given away for debts. All rooms have air conditioning, TVs and no refrigerators. In some places I'm trying to hang their used ears, there are no refrigerators anywhere. We were lucky to have both condey and TV.
The territory is beautiful, but it needs care, and this is not done. Two pools, and good ones. The biggest plus is the restaurant right by the sea. It's right by the water, it's a pleasure to have a meal. The food is more or less normal, but of course do not expect frills.
The sea is right next to the hotel, you can say on its territory, this is also a plus. 2 minutes walk from the sea to the room))
On the day of arrival, they give a massage, but it takes literally 10-15 minutes and a clay mask. Massage is quite good if you buy it for money. But Mita is still a cunning man, do not believe him 100%. He promised me a massage with his own hands, like he's a chiropractor. And in fact, he put another guy on me, but he's also quite good.
Regarding WiFi, do not buy at the reception, it is very expensive and often just does not work. Many complained. They gave away $5 every day, but he didn't work. When buying a massage, they give you a password from their WiFi, but it only works in the spa and restaurant. It is better to buy either GB roaming or a Turkish SIM card in advance.

purpose of the trip: THE SEA! Buy up! Get some air! And communication with the family.
The goal has been achieved! No one was poisoned. Therefore, the score is 4.
But do not rush to conclusions. I broke down myself when choosing reviews, so read more for readers:
PROS:
The Sea! The first line is chic! The beach is long and free of people, but there is not much space for free swimming (with full occupancy of the hotel, there was enough, many of the pools did not get out). The bottom is rocky, so it will not be possible to swim across the entire width of the beach. Mask Lovers/glasses and tubes, be sure to take and admire.
Meal. I'll put it on the plus side too. No one was left hungry. There were fish 2 times a week. There are no frills. The children said the pasta was overcooked. A special treat for children from 14 to 16 to assemble burgers, fries and nuggets on their own! Breakfast was terrible once, there were not even eggs (in any form), the rest of the days are normal. Desserts didn't come to us at all.

People swore every day, rooms were given without air conditioning and the fan was welcome, but no.

DOGS are on the premises. They spend the night on sun beds by the pool, choose sun beds with mattresses. They say that in the intense heat they can swim in the pool. With huge problems and daily scandals, at least give people free WiFi at the reception.
And teach the staff to smile and say hello, at least nodding their heads! How nice it is when in the restaurant of other hotels they meet and joke at the restaurant, the staff is (all) smiling!
The entire staff felt hatred for everything they do. The head of the restaurant yelled at his employees, freaked out when he saw that vacationers threw a napkin past the urn! We are vacationers, we want to continue to believe that they are waiting for us and we will be emotionally recharged with positivity!

We had a rest in August at this hotel. To say that we are in shock is practically to remain silent. Most of the hotel staff will not want to help you in any unpleasant situation, with all this, they will be too unhappy that they are being addressed with something. The room we got was air-conditioned, but if you want to relax in the room during the heat of the day, the air conditioning will not help, it will be cooler outside than in the room. The bed is hard, but for us it was not a disadvantage. The room was cleaned well, but the towels and bed linen were not changed, it did not upset us much, since we change at home once a week. It is fashionable to study biology in the room, namely, the mating of flies, the reproduction of ants, cockroaches and bedbugs.
Food at the hotel. All meals are quite diverse, but you should be careful with the food, otherwise you can spend several days in the room suffering from food poisoning. However, the chefs are very smiling and friendly, despite the rest of the hotel staff.
They have pools and sun beds. Be prepared for the fact that there will be no free sunbeds, even in the absence of anyone in the pool, they will all be busy with towels in the evening, by the way, the staff will not want to solve this problem either, because there is nothing to distract them for trifles, you were going to the sea, and not lying by the pool.
One of the advantages. Very beautiful territory, really there is nothing to say, the territory is green. The beach is good, the entrance to the sea is sandy in some places, there are stones somewhere, but in general the approach is not bad. There are a lot of free sunbeds, and they are not occupied by towels.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, but it is paid and expensive, it works only in the lobby. We bought roaming in tele 2, it turned out to be cheaper, it works everywhere.
The staff knows Russian according to the situation, if it concerns solving any problem or helping in coordination, 99.9% will not help you, if it concerns some entertainment, then they will talk to you in broken. The only person who has never refused to help us is the seller of the shop on the hotel grounds, a nice friendly man who does not speak Russian very well, but speaks Russian clearly.
We often noticed people who were not vacationing at the hotel (there were no bracelets), who are friends with the young staff, everything was for them, there was a feeling that the tours we paid for were for the entertainment and recreation of some staff and their local homies.

You need to close this hotel, the room stock is terrible, if you come across a room with air conditioning, you are lucky, many people do not even give a fan. The guides go to the meeting as if they were going to be executed, everyone swears and complains. The plaster is hanging over the bed, it was scary to sleep with a child. There is no shower stall, not even a curtain, after washing in the shower everything is damp (toilet bowl, toilet paper), there is nowhere to hang a towel. Cleaning is one word, they wave the dirt and it's okay. Because they took the paper themselves, you can't wait either. We went with a friend at the end of September, we have not experienced such a shock yet.

The trash hotel. We were there from 30.06 to 09.07.2024. We arrived at 4 a.m., so we checked in right away.
Rooms: we had 2 rooms. Practically identical. Furniture like from a landfill, through holes in the wall, one of the rooms did not even have a hair dryer. There are no refrigerators in any rooms in the hotel. The shower is a watering can on the wall at the toilet factory pours directly onto the toilet. The smell of rot, mold. The linen was dirty after someone, stained and with black hair all over the bed. Let's go fight, at the reception the guy went with us to the building and gave us underwear from the TV set at the entrance. Bed linen and towels were never changed, soaps or shampoos were never put there, everything was as we served ourselves, we went to the cart and took linen, shampoo. Cleaning took place in 30 seconds, a rag was dragged across the floor and that was it. We were also simply devoured by mosquitoes, a room full of them. There are no hangers in the closet. A bed is two dirty mattresses lying on top of each other.
We went to breakfast in the morning and got a second shock from dirty dishes, the plates were so stained that the first time it was terribly scary to eat from them, then there was nowhere to go, we got used to it. There is enough food, different, you will definitely not starve. Also here you will always find dogs and cats living on the territory, they either sleep under the table where food is distributed, or go begging between the tables. But a great view of the sea.
Beach: on the beach, as well as in the restaurant, you will first be greeted by a pack of 4 dogs, a mother and 3 teenage puppies, we came early before 7 a.m., they are already there, rushing, biting, demanding stroking and playing. The sea was stormy all the days because there are no breakwaters, so it will not be possible to swim in calm water. The children were afraid of such big waves, so they mostly swam in the pool. The beach is wildly dirty, everything that the waves take out is scattered on the shore, no one cleans it up. At about 5 p.m., an employee comes with a black bag and just pours garbage out of the bins standing by the sun beds.
Pool 3. The main one is 115cm deep. Only one slide is open according to the schedule 10.30-11.30 and from 14.30 to 15.30. The second pool is 150 cm. And tritium is knee-deep for babies. The child was swimming in the pool and forgot his cap there, it was immediately taken away. In general, employees immediately take over all the things left behind. The neighbors literally caught them by the hand when the employee put their armbands on his cart, almost took them away right in front of them, our cap and bandana went away like that. In normal hotels, lost things are put on sun beds so that a person can find them in the morning, but not here.
Animation: well, that's something.... The level of rural amateur activity is the lowest.

Location : the hotel is on the highway, there is nothing around. If you go to the right and cross the road, there is a small gift shop and excursions can be bought. Crossing the road is a separate square, there is a pedestrian crossing next to it on the right, but in Turkey they do not give way to pedestrians, cars go in a continuous stream at breakneck speed, they ran across and with fear. If you cross the road at the gas station, you can stop minibus No. 50 and drive for 18-20 lira (they charged us 18, then 20) to the center of Kanakla, there is a bazaar, large shops with 60 brands. If you don't cross the road, you can go to Alanya.
Of the evening entertainment, only the bar, where there are never any places, took something and sat on the sun beds by the pool, or on the beach with dogs.
Staff: the bartenders and the restaurant administrator are polite and nice people.
The territory is good if you take care of it, the grass is not cut, the plants are not cared for, the maximum care is to water it. The fallen leaves are not being cleaned, the playground is in disrepair, everything is destroyed, no one goes there, and there is a real dump nearby.
In general, in three words: ruin, dirt and indifference awaits you in this hotel. Don't waste your money, don't ruin your vacation.
