I had a rest during the May holidays.I booked directly on WA from Timur's host. With breakfasts a little more expensive, I booked 2 nights with breakfast and 2 not (so as not to overpay, because I was leaving).Timur checked in earlier (at 10:00, instead of 14:00) without any problemsThe room is very clean, the bed linen is perfect.There is a bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, shower gel,soap (and all this in large bottles, definitely enough for everyone), a very powerful hair dryer, a kettle, cups (tea, no coffee).There is a smell of sewage from time to time, but this is typical of many hotels in old Tbilisi.The location is the best you can find.Exactly in the middle of the Bridge of Peace, Clock,Dry Bridge in one direction and Freedom Square, St.Rustaveli, go to the other side.The funicular to Mtatsminda Park and the main Church can also be easily reached on foot.I definitely recommend it

Cozy guest house, standard Euro rooms, clean, quiet enough. The owners are funny Georgian guys. Almost the center, near the glass bridge, funicular .I definitely advise you

Wonderful hotel, good rooms , good breakfasts , beautiful garden , very kind admin Timur. I had a pleasant experience!
One minus is not a very pleasant smell from the bathroom , they soon got used to it , it 's not tragic 🤯

We stayed with Michael and Marie at a hotel in Tbilisi. Only positive impressions remained: the hotel is new, cozy small rooms with everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes). It is located within walking distance from the center.

Nice cozy hotel . The roof veranda is excellent . Good location in the center of Tbilisi. Breakfasts are weak . Quiet and peaceful . The main thing is that it is clean

Clean, tidy, cozy, warm. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. There is a dining room downstairs. The location of the hotel is very convenient (near the Bridge of the World, etc......)
