I booked a standard room, but Karen upgraded me to a deluxe room for free! The deluxe room was amazing, with a huge bed. Karen was also very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
Large room, helpful staff. The room has everything: refrigerator, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi, disposable personal hygiene items.
I stayed for 1 night, spend the night between flights and see the city.
Very close to the airport!
My flight was delayed and I was able to stop by only at 5 a.m. But they waited for me anyway, placed me, gave me tea!
The address on the booking site (booking) is incorrect - the taxi driver could not find the location at night, he had to call the hotel to clarify where to go.
That creepy room where we were settled did not match the photo on the booking at all. I can't even call IT a hotel!!! It's terrible even for a hostel.
This is some kind of incomprehensible flophouse, the plaster on the walls is falling off, the bathroom tiles are all broken, the shower is right in the middle of the bath - the water does not go away, and you have to walk through puddles. The trash can in the bathroom was rusted with a broken pedal - it was not possible to open or close it. The chairs were so worn, dirty, and full of holes that it was unpleasant even to put backpacks on them. There is some kind of battered tablecloth on the table, they did not dare to eat here. The chairs are also tattered and ancient. The dirty gray towels were washed to such an extent that it was scary to wipe them off - they took out their towel. With all this squalor, the price of the room was not very low.
The worst hotel you've ever seen!!! How can you even offer such a thing for booking???
Most of all, I was struck by the response of the owner of this flophouse to the review on the booking: "You probably were in another place, all our visitors are very satisfied:"Apparently, there was nothing more to answer.
