Three stars only for the proximity of the sea, new houses, air conditioning, hot water. The houses are on the highway, the noise is around the clock, there is also a construction site nearby, even at night they knock. If you like to sleep in silence, this is not for you. The smell of sewage in the toilet also happens outside, the window cannot be opened. The room is not cleaned, we bought a floor cloth to clean the water after the shower, there is no curtain, all the water is on the floor. There is a kettle, dirty glasses, nothing else, no tea, no sugar. Well, at least the refrigerator is working. The TV is just hanging on the wall, there are no batteries in the remote control, the TV doesn't work anyway, the WiFi helped out. A good place to relax, a park, cafes, but there are no shops nearby, even to buy water, you have to go very far or for 50 rubles by minibus. Those who like comfort, this is not for you, but if you just spend the night, it will do. I will not advise anyone to go here, it is clear that the tour operator does not know what is really here, or they are lying by telling how wonderful it is here.

We rested at this "hotel" in mid–August (although this place looks more like a camp site), and I can note a huge number of disadvantages, of the advantages only the excellent location is the sea across the street. We took a ticket to the Biblio Globus, they wrote there in the "Hotel Information" section that cleaning, change of towels and bed linen are carried out once every 3 days, that there is a bicycle rental (for a fee, of course), a playground. So there is nothing of this in sight! TVs, by the way, also did not work in any house, although they hang on the plasma wall and indicate that there is satellite / cable TV. The territory of the campsite is small, dirty, a lot of cigarette butts are lying underfoot. However, there is free parking (convenient for those who come by car), well, breakfast is included, but you need to walk about half a kilometer to the dining room. The description of the breakfast itself is generally a separate story, everything is like in the Soviet Union, a scoop, in a word. Sausages and stuffed pancakes were served cold for breakfast, cheesecakes too, porridge was salted a couple of times, boiling water immediately brought a full mug (for some reason we ourselves cannot pour, it is not provided) and tea bags are on the table, which, if desired, can be replaced with 3 in 1 coffee. The first two days coupons for breakfast they gave out more or less decent ones printed on a printer, and then they ran out, and the guy who, like, was there on the farm (I don't even know what his position is), tore off a piece of paper from a notebook and wrote on it by hand the number of people and the number of the house))))) But I must note that the young man is very polite and calm, although from time to time he was not in place, then he was sleeping soundly in his "household" house and did not react to anything. There is basically no reception and maintenance staff at this campsite, there was only one guy, well, we saw the cleaner a couple of times, she just cleans up when the guests move out.
Of the disadvantages of the campsite, I also want to note that there is no curtain in the shower, all the splashes are flying around, the button on the toilet was constantly stuck and water was poorly collected in the drain tank. Our kettle was slightly rusty inside and did not turn off automatically when boiling. Toilet paper, however, was given out when we approached and asked, it seems that we were lucky with this)) Even in the bathroom, centipedes were running in large numbers and sewer butterflies were flying, which is not particularly pleasant, of course.
There is a construction site next to the campsite, they make noise periodically, but it's mostly during the day, once they started knocking around six in the morning.
The campsite itself is located directly next to the federal highway, so the noise of cars is most likely heard in the houses that are closer to the road. We were lucky, we lived in a remote house, it was more or less quiet there.
Other vacationers with whom we talked told us that they couldn't even interrogate garbage bags, there were just naked trash cans in the house, people had to go and buy bags themselves. One young couple arrived at night, and they were not checked in until two o'clock in the afternoon, because they are not supposed to, check-in only from two o'clock, and check-out is strictly at 12, so if you have a transfer later, get out and wait where you want, they do not even agree to an additional payment for an extra hour or two of stay.
In general, of course, we had a good rest, because we were not particularly demanding, we closed our eyes to all the disadvantages, and we kept the house clean, we only came to spend the night. But in general, I have never seen such trash for 5 thousand a day. We had a vacation in Crimea for less money, and the service was better than in this mountain hotel. :-(

Hello! We had a rest from October 5 to October 9 , 2024 .This is not a hotel! Upon arrival, we entered the territory in front of us, houses behind houses, construction is in full swing.Although the tour company said that there is no construction site, they do not have such information.We call the guide with a question, we need to approach the cam to stop by the house.The girl guide answers us that she does not populate, but there is a man in the house who will populate you) In which house should I look for him)))? They found a man , he opened a house in the house everything is clean , there is a towel , the bed linen is clean . The TV was not working in the house, there was no water in the toilet. The lights went on and off.We talked to other vacationers, they said that we were still lucky .They sat without water for a day.There is no cleaning in the dock.We went to get towels ourselves, took out the trash, took tua.paper.We bought water.For breakfast in the first two days we walked 500 meters.Dancing is the sea across the street.There are pebbles on the territory where the houses stand.What we saw in the pictures in the tour. the company does not all match what we came to.There are no playgrounds, no bike rentals.

We had a family vacation in July.
On the plus side, the sea is close.
The rooms are dirty, there is no change of linen, the TV does not work, there is no choice for breakfast and a meager menu.
On the last day of my stay, bedbugs were found on the bed upholstery, of course, I couldn't sleep at night.
No other room was offered.
We will definitely not return here again.

They don't clean up!!!! Linen can be changed again in 4 days, but there is no cleaning, but there is no cleaning of houses! Two weeks without cleaning!!! And these scary black grasshoppers are climbing into all the cracks. Breakfast at another hotel. We are waiting for a normal hotel, but the rooms this year disappointed((

The most disgusting hotel. Temporary houses near an abandoned construction site. Don't come here under any circumstances, it's trash. The beach is destroyed. The people who came here on tour are crying. Insects in the room, dirt in these rooms, you need to go to the neighboring hotel 700 meters away for breakfast. It's a hellish hell.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of June, we were very disappointed, there were no towels on arrival, towels were waiting for 2 days, 2 separate beds were indicated in the voucher, and they settled in a 2-bedroom bed, the administrator said that I should evict someone from the room and check you in? The TV did not work at all, they took out the garbage themselves, they had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags themselves, for the entire stay at the hotel, it was 9 days, they did not change the towels, we asked, they answered that they had not yet been brought, we would not go to this hotel anymore.

Let's have a rest! No organization! Saves, then the houses are new! There is no cleaning at all, the toilets are poorly drained, there is no one to fix it! The yard is not equipped for vacationers! There is no isolation from the word at all in the houses by the road! One plus is the sea across the road!

Snow-white bed linen, refrigerator, cups, hair dryer, full-length mirror-you will not find it everywhere.
And the main thing is the sea opposite, 50 meters and the embankment, a lot of cafes.
For such a price, it's just a gift
And breakfast is included.
