Great location, comfy log house and a lot of fresh air. But: food is very expensive e.g. French fries would cost you 70k sums!!! Pool is huge but while our staying it was preheated and water temp was about 30 and temp outside was 40 so we all felt sick after 30 min swimming, and consequently they are spending huge amount of funds for electricity. They need a good manager to look after all the facilities and they can decrease the operational cost of resort, which I think the reason of high priced food.

The cottage was very nice, cozy and warm. But I was surprised that for such prices, he is not ready for winter, there are electric heaters everywhere that dry the air very much, it's hard with a child.… And it's not safe, considering that these are wooden houses. But that's okay, 3 more because of the restaurant, very disappointed unfortunately. Breakfasts are meager, as they wrote in the reviews, but in general there is something to eat and delicious, but to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant, you will need to pay more than in restaurants with a Michelin star))) Below I will attach a photo where the mastava portion is twice as small as in any other cafe and 3 ribs floated from the meat and cost 65,000 soums + 20% service, this is ridiculous gentlemen! The kebabs are delicious, but the portions are very small, at 40,000 for a small shelf. After eating mastava and kebabs, I got up from the table "with a slight feeling of hunger" as the doctor ordered. For a modest dinner for 6 people (considering that out of 6, 2 children) without drinks and alcohol, I had to pay 1.5 million. It's a shame, considering that the taste of the food is not wow at all, the mastava is generally weak... and the portions are ridiculous. It is clear that a lot of money, love and effort have been invested in this project, but apparently they want to discourage it sooooo quickly, since any leisure costs some money and the restaurant generally surprises everyone with prices. Verdict: The cottages are super, the views are cool, the air is gorgeous. But it's impossible to eat there)

It's a wonderful place! The service is top-notch. They treat their clients like the dearest guest. Without unnecessary intrusiveness, tactfully and gently they completely surround you with care and attention. Any of your wishes or requests are fulfilled instantly. The cuisine is great, all the dishes are delicious and the serving is beautiful. Several times, they even pleasantly surprised me with compliments in the form of dessert, etc. (It felt like we were somewhere abroad in a luxury hotel))) Oh, and the breakfast turned out to be very very good! The rooms and the entire area are perfectly clean and incredibly beautiful. There are many pleasant little things everywhere that please the eye. In the rooms, bathroom accessories are beyond praise, towels, bathrobes look like from a shop window (Zewa toilet paper, Sothys hygiene products) The resort has a wide range of entertainment options for children and teenagers. You can climb to the observation deck, which offers a fascinating view of the mountains, fields and meadows. Reminds me of Switzerland) Green hills resort has been fully rehabilitated and has justified the reputation of local tourism. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

Very beautiful nature, clean air. A large area, 10,000 steps were found in half a day. The heated pool, thanks a lot for that. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even personal care products are branded. Purely, mentally. We booked a hotel room. A very good hotel with good repair.
Rope town and chess. A football field and tennis tables. An ideal place for rest and relaxation.
The staff is wonderful. The administrator is working fine. At night, the neighbors staged a disco accompanied by bouts of laughter. At our request, this was immediately stopped. The only place where all guests are respected.
About the restaurant: probably expensive. What we ordered was worth it. The lumpy kebab is the most delicious and tender of what I have tried. And carbonara is decent. They made a compliment in the form of fruits. Very pleasant.
I will be happy to come in autumn and winter.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
Our Son had the displeasure of visiting this place today. The event, organized jointly with the owners of this institution, was absolutely not thought out! The children were not even allowed to walk around the territory of the zone. The prices are bombastic 400k for 1 child to enter the playground, 600k for 1 child to swim in the pool! 🤦🏻♂️
I don't understand what the owners of this institution were thinking when they invited children from schools to a festival organized in this place to hold an event 😡
In the end, we had to spend +200k so that he could leave there instead of standing in the scorching sun!!! 😔

A peaceful and picturesque place.
Clean rooms, pastel towels.
The presence of a golf cart in case your legs are very tired.
The heated pool in the mountains is super.
Of the cons:
The prices on the menu are more expensive than in the most expensive restaurants in Tashkent, with a terrible discrepancy between the prices of the dishes.
The service is also terrible. At the stated prices, we expected the best.
As well as advice to the owner. Keeping people hungry is the wrong position. Open a normal kitchen with normal prices and then you won't have to call 1000 times and beg people not to bring food with you at the entrance. People will be happy to relax and pay by the way too.

We chose this place on the recommendation of friends. The request was: a quiet place, clean air, pleasant views of nature. And, accordingly, good service.
The first day we were happy, we sat on the terrace, listened to the birds and enjoyed the silence.
And on the second day, starting from 15:00 and until 21:00, we listened to the work of an excavator and a dump truck behind our house.
Starting at 18:00, my friend approached the administrator several times with a request to stop work, which they received a "hop" and inaction.
The next day, I woke up at 8:30 a.m. from male shouting (apparently from employees), and from 9 a.m. they turned on the lawn mower.
When contacting the administrator, except for excuses that they have a festival tomorrow and they are preparing, no action was taken to eliminate the negativity from the guest. Which, in my opinion, indicates his professional suitability.
The three of us lived in a cabin. The house is not poorly made, pleasant terraces. Only the kitchen was confused. It seems to be there, but in fact it is not. That is, there is a sink and kitchen furniture, but no dishes, not even a microwave, let alone a stove. Question: Why did you make it at all then?
But then it dawned on me)) There is a restaurant on site, with inadequate prices, a greasy menu, tasteless dishes and French fries for 70,000 soums))) (they just laughed at the price of French fries for a very long time)
If you want to have dinner in the house in privacy, pay 40% for the service.
Breakfasts, as they wrote here below, are about nothing. I did not have a 5-star hotel breakfast waiting for me, but I have never seen such a meager breakfast as here. And yet, sadly, there is no alternative, or option to have breakfast after 10:00 on the menu. Because the restaurant's menu is designed only for dinners and lunches, and I can't order porridge or an omelette or a sandwich from the menu.
In general, I summarize: They built a cool place on a gorgeous territory, but unfortunately they cannot manage it competently.
Although, the place is young and maybe they will be able to catch up or hire competent managers.
Will I come back here a second time? Definitely not. I'm really sorry, though. Because the nature and the place itself are excellent, but the service and policy of the hotel are at a very low level.

The prices are crazy, plus the food is not of high quality, the bread is given for three days, it would be fine if the food was an author's dish, but to pay for the soup (mastava) which is exceeded by 3-4 times, this is generally absurd
The price was increased but the quality was not!
