!!! Thanks for the green landscaping of the piece at the entrance to the beach, we saw the irrigation, so there will be beauty.
What needs to be worked on:
-1. CLEANLINESS in the restaurant (sometimes unwashed forks, plates).
-2. The coffee machines are of terrible quality, they often do not work, the drink is made into a mess.
-3. Cocktails are bad, they are not made according to the recipe. Mahito can be red, with apricot jam. It is necessary to develop bar card standards.
-4. For children, add yoghurts in individual jars, milkshakes in individual packages to the menu.
-5. the biggest minus for the BEACH:
The transition to the beach, as the toilet is recorded and dirty, with a bad smell. It needs to be equipped, painted, and beautified.
There are WILD DOGS on the beach, garbage, do not clean the sand.
There is also a problem with cocktails and a bar card at the beach bar.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Good location, close to the center of Alanya, close to many shops and a shopping center.
The rooms themselves are clean and cozy, we got a two-room family room on the attic floor. The cleaning is good, the bed was changed every other day.
The room has a kitchen, dishes, two sofas, two air conditioners, and a large double bed. The safe is free of charge.
The Internet is free throughout the hotel and catches even on the beach - this is a big plus.
Meals for four. Everything is delicious, but monotonous. And at the end of the holiday, we poisoned the whole family, I don't know what this is related to, either food or the sea.
There is a lot of entertainment on site, several swimming pools, a mini water park with slides. The children have a lot of fun.
There are not very many vacationers, there are free sunbeds on the beach at any time. Unfortunately, there are very few Russians in the hotel. Mostly Germans, British, Turks and Poles.
I didn't like the beach very much. A river runs next to the beach, which flows into the sea, all the dirt from the city flows into the sea in this place. There are a lot of big stray dogs on the beach, they don't seem aggressive, but they can climb onto your sunbed or relieve themselves near it. No one kicks them off the beach.
There is practically no animation. Mini disco for children is monotonous.
Otherwise, everything is consistent. I'll give you a solid four. For your money, the alternative is not bad in the city.

Great hotel! Room service, meals! Everything is on top! We had a great vacation with the kids! The animation is monotonous for children- but that's the thrill- we didn't get confused and walked around- what kind of dancing there will be!
Adult animation is not vulgar! Artists are invited! Kazakh acrobats and national groups) in general! Everything would be fine if there were no oblique glances at the Russian language from Ukrainians and Poles... it's sad. And the rest was great!

I thought for a long time how much to put, I liked almost everything, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the slides and pools were cool, BUT on the second day my temperature rose, in the evening it reached 38.5. A rash appeared on the floor of the face. We went to the medical center, prescribed some kind of remedy, by the end of the rest almost everything was over.
Another disadvantage is that there is garbage on the playground, packages of chips, etc.
But in general, I still liked it, I hope we will go there again.

We have been there several times, a great hotel, a large area with several pools and playgrounds. There is one indoor outdoor pool for toddlers. There are a lot of entertainments for adults.
When checking in, the main thing is not to see the football field from your balcony)))) The rooms are of course better with a sea view) It's not clear why people write badly about food, we visited a lot of hotels, there is something to compare it with, Green Garden has the most delicious cuisine! There are a lot of statements about rudeness of employees, well, it does not correspond to the truth, we have been there 4 times, I have never encountered rudeness, the staff are very responsive!
I think the only negative thing is the cost of this hotel! It 's too expensive! But I don't see any point in lowering my grades for that.

They also arranged for children in the evenings and now they probably arrange all sorts of dance shows and concerts where there is a cafe, well, there is a playground. We liked the food at the hotel, the beach is across the street. There are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel (they always go begging). I was very pleased with the congratulations on the Birthday of my husband and the roses to the women at the entrance to the dining room on Valentine's Day (the main attention, although the holiday seems to be Catholic). In general, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

They were in February 2023. The hotel is decent, clean, second line, right after the road. The beach is close. Indoor and outdoor pools, large buildings and bungalows. Water park, slides. What surprised me was that free wi-fi, even on the beach, pleases with stability.
They say there are big waves in summer and there is a river from the mountains nearby. But there are more advantages.

We were at the hotel at the end of April (29th) in early May 2023. The tour operator is Anex. We flew with Southwind airline for 4 hours, the Russians fly for 6, they fly around. The tour from Moscow was 70 thousand cheaper than from St. Petersburg.
Getting to the hotel on a separately ordered transfer from Antalya airport ($45) takes about 2 hours, on a transfer from a tour operator twice as long (but free of charge).
Upon arrival, we were processed quickly. There are Russian speakers at the reception, but not always, more often during the day.
The food was excellent, the breakfasts were standard, everything was needed for lunch and dinner - fish, various meats, side dishes, salads, desserts (not only Turkish), from lunch to evening they gave ice cream, without restrictions (6-8 varieties). The snack bar serves coffee, tea with cakes and biscuits. Alcohol is also free and paid without restrictions.
The cleaning is standard, bottled water in the room is free. The room is two-room with a kitchen and a large balcony, with a high glass fence, which is convenient for a small child (at first they cooked for a small one, then they switched to food from the restaurant).
The season starts on May 1. This is immediately noticeable by the increased assortment and quantity of food in the restaurant and the beginning of an active entertainment program.
The territory for a city hotel is large, there is a large swimming pool in the center and there is another one for children with slides. There is a rope town, and for the little ones there is a children's room (house) and playgrounds, a tennis court and a small football field, a stage for performances, a gym, a heated swimming pool.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, slowly. There is nothing free on the beach except sun beds.
There are 2-3 chain supermarkets and a bunch of small shops in the area, there is a market nearby and a large shopping center a little further away (small by the standards of St. Petersburg), a large hospital nearby.
In general, the hotel left only positive emotions.

On the recommendation of the tour operator, we rented a villa. Judging by the photos and the cost, unlike the usual rooms, the option was a win-win.
We have three children and therefore we wanted to be alone.
But that was not the case.
"Villa" turned out to be just a name. In fact, an ordinary house for two temporary owners. There is very little space, but we have come to terms with this, it seems like we were not going to sit in the room initially.
But you get the most buzz at night when your sleep does not coincide with the life cycle of your neighbors in the "villa"!
Absolutely everything is audible. How they go to the toilet (you can even distinguish for what reason), how the doors are opened and closed, how the ventilation is buzzing in the toilet, how they talk and even more so laugh.
After the first night at the reception, I asked to be moved to a more comfortable apartment, to which they told me that "villa" is the best offer in this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel, there is no food at all, cats walk everywhere on the territory who go about their business wherever they want, the smell from them is just fierce that sometimes you do not want to approach the hotel, you save money on everything, they turn off the pools, elevators and even in the room they will cut off the electricity while you swim in the sea, wifi is lagging and you will not be able to work, because of the excreta of cats, there are a lot of flies that bite and then you will get tired of scratching. Let's start with the advantages, there are not many of them, there are a lot of them:
1. The location is normal, there is a beach across the street and, if desired, you can walk to the center. Migros and all sorts of cafes are also nearby.
2. The territory! It's big, everything is pretty new and pretty.
3. The rooms are well renovated. There is also a small kitchen where you can cook something.
Now the fly in the ointment.
THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF TOWARDS THE HOTEL AND THE GUESTS. And then everything follows from this.
First we went to the room and "All inclusive"
It included breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks in bars, snack bar, aqua bar (snacks by the pool). Then they began to exclude everything slowly, as a result, only breakfasts, lunches and dinners remained, while the price did not change and actually no one even apologized.
Next, we decided to rent a villa for a month, as it was more profitable than daily rent and we took only accommodation. And then the most interesting thing began…
In front of the porch, we repeatedly stepped over the cat "piles", at first we asked to clean up, but one request = one pile, and there is not a single pile there. OK. Tired of asking, resigned. Then it got a little colder and the rains began. It started flooding the entire living room with water because the windows were leaking downstairs. The morning began with rags.
It stinks especially after the rain, it is better not to open the windows, apparently the wooden terrace has never been exploited by cats as a toilet, so when wet, the stench is notable! By the way, the renovation in the villas is much worse than in the rooms, although they consider it the highest class in their 5-star hotel.
There's a stink everywhere, some kind of slop is pouring into the bushes…
Washing comes out quite expensive, but even more expensive is that you can no longer count on these things. If you are given a T-shirt of a different size or color, do not be surprised, these are the norms. In addition to this, they also gave us other people's underpants, thank you for washing them at least…
I'm afraid to even count how many things were ruined for us. Naturally, no one compensated for anything..
More interesting things…
One evening, on the way to the villa, we bought a pack of small bottles of lemonade. It was already quite late, they came, put everything in the refrigerator and went to put the children to bed. We woke up in the morning and left right away. Upon returning, an empty bottle of lemonade appeared on the table after cleaning. The lid was thrown out, but the bottle was somehow forgotten…
It was stupid, strange, but after that they began to hide everything.
In general, what are the 5 stars there…
It's a pity, of course, that someone built a good hotel complex and so shit everything with service and attitude - it's necessary to try.
2 days later, when I was already at the airport, I saw a message on my phone saying that we hadn't paid for it and they say we will contact the police ... yeah ... fortunately we are already in another country and I don't care much about it. And actually, what kind of accounts can we even talk about…
Stay away from this hotel and don't get fooled by the wrapper.

The hotel is good:
- clean rooms;
