We came here with the children in September 24 and are leaving today. My patience has run out. I don't sleep at night all this time, because pumps are running that pump water to every apartment, dogs are often given outside the territory all night. But now it's surprisingly quiet, they're probably tired of lying every night and sleeping. About pumps:They flow, the pressure drops and the automatic pumping is triggered. I complained, they promised to eliminate it, but in the end it continues and this noise is every 5 minutes. Apartment owners from Holland mainly live on the territory and the rest is rented either to local Arabs or to couples with habibs (I hope I don't need to explain), rarely to Russian speakers. For this Mubarak 6 area, the area is green and relatively well maintained, but the rent is unreasonably expensive. The entrances are not washed, the apartments are dirty for rent, everything cooled down as best she could. The equipment works, but it's all stained, it's really not pleasant. The water is red from the tap. Occasionally it smells from the sewer (it's normal for Egypt).
For me, the advantage of the location is that this compound is located right door to door with the Russian school. And, also, I recommend not to communicate with the local boy Omar, he lies and does nasty things out of hand, spoils people's property. Then he blames it on Russian children. He ruined the bike seats for the neighbors and looked at them with such honest eyes and swore that it wasn't him. He blamed my daughter, who would not have had the mind and strength to do what he did (holed the seats). It's probably a mentality. I want to say separately about the Dorman of Seven. This is probably the only person with iron nerves and he relatively always does what he says. We're leaving today. We're not going back here.
PS The compound is far from the sea. Between the desert and the airport. It's very dusty. The dust is flying, it is not possible to open the windows. I wash the floors 2 times at least a day. There is a road nearby and there is a lot of noise from it.

7 months flew by like one day. Good location, Russian school across the street. The pool and the lawns are greener, the children are always outside. Security.
