Comfort class residential complex, monolith, spacious and quiet courtyard, two barriers, 24-hour perimeter security, playground isolated from cars, football and basketball court in each yard, shops, pharmacies, cafes nearby, KSK is working well so far, greenery everywhere, I remember power outages only once a year, gorgeous mountain views There were no fractures or cracks during the earthquake. There is not enough school and kindergarten, they promised to build it in 2025.

Cool comfort class LCD. But the more apartments for sale, the fewer parking spaces there are. If you arrive after 8 p.m., you won't be able to find a place. There is everything nearby: pharmacies, cafes, shops. Aport east is 7 minutes away by car. But the air here is much cleaner, cooler in summer than in the center. Quiet, safe courtyard and the whole residential complex.

It's cool to live there, we're their neighbors in Medeu City. I'll say right away that their lights rarely turn off. There are beautiful playgrounds, cool lanterns, and lots of shops nearby
