I really liked the Electrosila store in the Chervensky shopping center. It's nice when you are greeted by a very pleasant, attentive administrator. She very quickly picked up a sales consultant for us, who is very competent and knows how to help customers. Everything was picked up very quickly, they gave excellent advice on the selection of appliances for the kitchen. To the sales consultant Vladislav Tradchik, my great respect for the professionalism and ability to work with customers. They meet in the store very friendly and cordially, they remember their customers. I will definitely do more shopping in this store. Moreover, unlike the "Fifth Element", there are quite well-known European and Korean brands here. There are many purely Chinese brands in the "Fifth Element". The Chervensky shopping center itself is still quite empty. But there are a lot of parking spaces, which pleases, and few people. This makes it possible to buy the right things, they are always available. There is also a large "Green" store in this shopping center, it has a wide selection of goods and friendly staff.
The store is fresh, with a good assortment. Prices are not the most affordable in comparison with other networkers. A good selection of bread, always fresh and imported, and from a local bakery. But cooking, as they say, is not a fountain!(it's not always delicious, and it's not always fresh. Pancakes, on Shrovetide, were especially frustrating. When they brought it home, they all broke in the bag, and they slept like chips, but they tasted like paste, yeast with water! If you get disgusting pancakes, it's a marriage! And you don't have to sell it to customers, so that when they come home they put this product in the trash, have a conscience, and throw away the failed "masterpieces" themselves. Unfortunately, they didn't take photos.
It's a big store, the prices are high, the assortment is huge. I was familiar with the directoress of a full-service advertising agency, whose team was engaged in the concept of green at the points of sale. She taught academic activities at the college in the 2nd-3rd year. A very cool performer, intelligent, it's a pleasure to work with her. But I can't understand why the grinn is made so strangely. It's not the first time I've been there, and I can never immediately orient myself.
With the goods, everything is as in other hryvnias, ±. The staff was on top: they accepted the refund immediately after the checkout. Due to the small price tags, I made a mistake with the choice of frozen products, and the friendly employee accepted the goods for return and returned the money. Special thanks for that!
The logistics of entering the store were clearly overdone: My wife and I immediately went the wrong way, along the ticket offices. And it was the same for some other visitors while we were waiting for the refund to be processed.
I recommend putting a huge sign at the entrance to the Green. People will thank you.
The choice of goods is diverse, there are ready meals and a meal area. The goods are like everywhere else, the parking is large, there are enough places. The prices are a bit high, but there is almost everything in one place.
On Thursday evening, March 6, on the way home, I picked up meat pancakes. We had dinner, thanks to the fact that the children had time to eat before, and they had enough draniki for the next day. I was sick in the morning, but you never know what, for example, I drank kvass in the evening. My wife took the draniki for a beating. After an hour and a half after lunch, she also felt sick. The weekend is crossed out by activated carbon and the inability to move away from the "white friend".
But the worst part is that it's not the first time.
Back in the summer, on the way from the cottage, I stopped by and took smoked carp and beer, then 4 days were crossed out of my life.
The store "came in" for us. There is a very large selection of goods, convenient Parking, where there are always places. I recommend even just stopping by to see the new shopping center.
Please change the staff in the culinary department, or remove the department altogether. The ingredients are not fresh, the meat stinks of rotten meat. I didn't want to write a review on the level of service, but because of the non-fresh products, apparently, even a review in Yandex maps will not be enough. San. is the station some kind of joke for you? The chefs look at you with such a haughty look, as if they need to be begged on their knees to give you a paid order. They don't say a word in silence, just stare with a stony face and rolled eyes, as if the guest should guess that this is exactly what he took. In 48 minutes (the cooking time set by the program) to pick up rotten meat and condemnation from the staff just for coming? Thank you.
Usually, the name Green alone means that it is at once a sign of quality and taste. But there is clearly something wrong with this store. It's more about cooking. For the umpteenth time I want to have a snack and believe that this time it will be delicious, but all in vain. The food is all very greasy, the salads are sour, the meat tastes spoiled. In fact, even Santa tastes better, although this should not be the case logically)
In general, there is something to work on
It's a big store, there are a lot of goods, the prices for everything are overpriced. The staff is friendly. You need to be attentive to perishable products, you can buy an expired product.
I recommend a cool store, a wide range, prices like in the city, good in-house production. I've been using their delivery lately to avoid standing in lines.
I came to the store the counter was empty with a loaf , but the price tag was there , while I was standing , a woman with her bare hands first rolls a dirty cart and does not wash her hands takes a loaf and lays it on the counter , how can this be?
I came and asked for a Green card at the checkout , I told the info kiosk , I went there , they turned it around at the checkout , meanwhile there is a bunch of 6 people of staff and they are tryin' how to find out what 's new
The prices are overpriced, the choice is small. There are few people, so the ticket offices are still free, but the prospects are like all Green chain stores, kilometer-long queues, and at any time. Another question confused me more: we were with a dog. They let us through at the entrance, but after completing the purchases, the guard caught up with us and rudely said that animals were not allowed. I understand the rules, but the attitude is clearly dismissive, and then dissonance arises: inflated prices, which they try to demonstrate their level, and the attitude of the staff, who are no higher than the kiosk in the transition. At the exit, we were met once again by a guard, another one and warned again that animals were not allowed. Another question arises: what does security do when people enter the mall? And if the level of the store is considered high, then why is there no issue for visitors with animals, since in the modern world this issue has long been resolved in public places, even in our country, staying with animals is not prohibited in restaurants, cafes and other shops, and some are even equipped with special booths where you can leave animals for a while visits. In general, the price and quality do not match. Also at the exit, the guard explained that they have a food court inside the store and therefore do not want to let animals in. But if you are already so fundamentally approaching this issue, then I want to note that the security of the store looks like they should not be allowed on the food court either.
The green store chain is attractive to me, but there are a lot of questions about this. It really gives the impression of working "in test mode". The assortment is diverse, but many products are not. And the WORST impression was caused by COOKING, unfortunately. The seller was polite, wished me a good evening, but the salad I bought turned out to be sour and quite obviously inedible. I had to throw it away, which was very frustrating, because the money went into the trash can, and I was still hungry after work.
Very pleasant and polite staff, but at the opening they took sausages for the promotion (and in other Hryvnia the same problem), only at home I realized that they stink of rotten meat.
And yesterday I bought my favorite cake, fortunately only two pieces, a Caramel girl, two cakes bottom and burnt in the middle, which really spoils the taste.
The store is disgusting!!! We have been waiting for its opening for a very long time. Now we are waiting a long time for it to really work properly. In the hope that, as in all stores of this chain, there will be good cooking, we tried a lot. To put it mildly, it is terrible and absolutely inedible, fat in fat, a liter of mayonnaise with cheese, it is easier to cook dumplings, more nutritious and tastier. The child loves pizza, but asked not to take pizza from the Green. I can't say anything about shawarma, I waited half an hour after ordering. An indignant cook came out, said there were no mushrooms, as if they had distracted her from something more important, preparations, as she put it. And all this in a far from polite way. It is not clear why the order was accepted.
There are not enough staff, in the departments, inattentive and absent-minded sellers pointed out incorrectly weighted goods more than once. This is either due to a lack of competence, or due to a lack of proper control and proper guidance. The assortment wants the best, the shelves are full, but when it comes to choosing, there is nothing to take, but we believe in the best). The prices are too high, for us this is a store within walking distance, so we go "for bread and sour cream." If there was a decent alternative, they would not have chosen this Green. For big purchases, we go to other hypermarkets and are cheaper, and there is more choice, and tastier.
PS there are nice and lovely employees, cashiers who work from the first day, but unfortunately this is an exception.
A large hypermarket, a wide range of products.
The only caveat is a separate entrance, which you don't find the first time) When he goes down the escalator to the shopping center, you go intuitively towards the ticket offices, expecting to find the entrance there) and he turns out to be on the other side of the escalator... Be careful)
I work nearby and I really want to be able to get a normal meal on the island, where this food should be. Sometimes it doesn't work, then they say they don't know how to make pancakes (which are on the list), then you need to wait for pizza for an hour (why?). The first time, the pizza of 5 types of cheese was very tasty and beautiful (30 minutes ready), the second time there were only 3 types of cheese, waiting an hour, and 3 slices without cheese at all. How is that even possible?) The cooking department is very important for anyone who wants to go into the store and take something for lunch. But this cannot be done with an hour's wait and such a service! One star for the first pizza. By the way, pancakes are also made it is unclear how, the first time with a bunch of mayonnaise (which is not specified in the composition), the second time without mayonnaise and without cheese, with a huge amount of mushrooms(although there should be ham and cheese besides mushrooms)
Green has always been an expensive store, I am especially surprised by the prices of fruits. But nevertheless, there is a large assortment of goods, if there are no other stores, then go to the Green.
It's a terrible store.Like a supermarket. There were no sugar-free baby curds, no sugar-free yoghurts, no sugar-free biolakts, no sugar-free bifidins. The oyster mushrooms are lying, the deadline has expired today.Collection date 05.02.,10 days are valid. The bread is not fresh, it's from yesterday.I don't recommend it.
Inspired by the new shopping center, we went to the Green at Chervensky on 08/15/2024 at 22:15. We collected a full basket of products (150-200 rubles), the cashier punched all the goods for us, but it turned out that one of the drinks "Local Famous" spilled in the basket. When we went to get a new one, a guard stopped us and in a rude manner demanded to pay for the goods. We refused to buy the whole basket and paid only for the demand. The guard offered to look at the cameras and threatened the police. I did my job perfectly - instead of the store earning 150-200 rubles, I earned 2 rubles. I hope the guard will be paid a bonus for the remaining difference! Congratulations, you have lost paying customers! Don't set foot in this "Green" anymore.
A great store, but the choice is small, it seems that the store is big, but there is nothing to choose, even new items are rarely delivered, you have to wait for them. Expensive.
The store is large, this is a clear plus since a large store has a large assortment, including related products. There are self-service cash desks, which is also convenient. Probably due to the fact that the store opened recently, it is not fully staffed with sellers, so sometimes you have to wait.... I hope the situation will change over time.
At the intersection of two avenues, Mayakovsky and Partizansky. If you happen to change trains when traveling from the train station, it is very convenient to come here.
The storage rooms are located in a corner very far from the entrance and ticket offices. They found it only with the help of a security guard. And since the Green is free enough, the staff is polite, the sellers are friendly.
About the Green store. Be vigilant!!! I bought sausages in a package (2 packages). If the packaging was damaged, or the deadline was out, but they didn't come up with anything smarter than how to print stickers in the color of the package and stick them on top. I looked at it after I opened the package and almost vomited from the rotten stuff.
It's a nightmare. There is never a salesman in the confectionery department. The question in the next cooking department is answered by no one in the kitchen. So the question is why are you selling something that no one can give to the customer. The customer orientation of the eprst.
There are not enough salesmen in the departments. There is never a promotional product - it's stupid to advertise for a lure. The departments remove the goods about 40 minutes before the store closes. I don't think I'll ever go here myself, maybe only if I go to other shops nearby.
It was someone who deceived you that it was called smazhanka. How can you create such a game with today's level of equipment. I tried to recall the taste of childhood. Smazhanka with sausage for the price of sausage. Who ate my sausage?
When leaving the self-service ticket counter, the anti-theft gate was triggered. The guard asked to provide a receipt for the purchased goods. I've already managed to throw the check out there under the cash register. I had to go look for it. Well, okay, maybe I made a mistake myself, but when communicating with the administrator, it turned out that there is no way to deactivate anti-theft sensors on goods at self-service cash desks. And why is this my problem? It was good that there were two goods in hand. What if there were full packages and the product with the sensor ended up at the bottom? Would I unload everything there in front of the guard? This has not happened to me in other gippers. It is unpleasant, having honestly paid for the goods, to prove that you did not steal it.
Against the background of even the small format of the stores of this chain, it looks terrible, the assortment is very lame, the staff is at the level of a village store, not trained from the word "at all", I am very disappointed with this store (((sorry
A new store on the site of the Chervensky market. There are not too many people yet, therefore not in all departments of the seller. There are also a few cashiers, but self-service cashiers decide (if there are not a lot of goods). Champagne refrigerators and its selection - special thanks.
A very large store, almost everything you need is in it, a large assortment of everything, you can't stand in queues for a long time.
the only disadvantage is in prices: where they are normal, and where they are not particularly
I want to leave a review for the store at 6 Mayakovsky Street, namely the department where they cook and immediately offer to use it. Just the most terrible shawarma tastes: not fried and, as a result, cold inside. The products were simply taken out of the refrigerator, wrapped in pita bread and heated for 30 seconds. It just tastes terrible. In addition, I waited for the order for more than 30 minutes, although it says when ordering that I have to wait 8 minutes. I threw it out, having finished to the middle… I ordered it here last time.
Before that, I once ordered pancakes with cottage cheese and ham/cheese separately. I threw out a pancake with cottage cheese, just tasteless, with dry cottage cheese, without sugar.
There is almost no passability, is it really impossible to cook on time, firstly, and secondly, to cook delicious ..?
We are all law-abiding citizens of our country.
If the decree is adopted, we are obliged to comply with it. That's right!
Why was I asked to leave the store because I had a Pomeranian dog in my arms?
The decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus to ban visits to grocery stores with animals, but comes into force on January 1, 2024.
Why was his answer to my evidence of the guard's incompetence: "I don't care"?
The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus is not a decree for this guard?
I'm not against following the rules, but only if it's legalized!
The assortment is weak. Prices are higher than in similar chain stores. There is almost no communication in the trading floor. Didn't you have enough money for a mobile phone booster?

What is going on in this store? Young girls arrange the goods, older women are placed at the checkout.
17 cash register (Olga Vladimirovna) , 18:00-18:15, served us for SO long (look at the cameras, how one potato was punched for 5 minutes), at first I did not find it on the computer, then I did not find it in my notebook, I still decided to call someone and ask about the product, after which I slowly I wrote down all the information about the product in a notebook, apparently the manufacturer, his address, index, etc., after which I entered it into the computer, and then only punched the product. In the end, without saying anything, I waited for the money with folded hands ( guess the amount yourself ), and of course we didn't hear goodbye either.
Appeal to the management

I don't see any advantages at all.
Disadvantages in almost all positions:
1. Prices for products are cosmic.
2. There are NO discounts for pensioners.
3. The application is slow, it loads for 30 seconds.
4. The coupons that are provided in the application do not work: 2 coupons came for my birthday, but I could not apply them. The store employee just spread her hands.
5. The choice of either discounts or bonuses is not provided, take what they give. And bonuses are practically not credited, how many purchases I made ran up 0.02 rubles. Funny.
Visiting this store is only a waste of time.
I have always liked the Green chain stores, they have good products, not only from Belarusian and Russian manufacturers, but also from European ones (which is not enough in other stores).
We ordered 3 pids today, all 3 are burnt, + the back side of one is badly burned
I ordered pide in other greens (Dana Mall, Greencity) and never had such situations, everything was delicious and beautiful
I thought that a Green had opened near the house and I would be able to order their own products there, but I was mistaken
Very upset
I do not recommend it
