It's a shame that a store with a good assortment has to give such a score. Let me explain why. Last night, my son and I went grocery shopping, we bought everything, but they refused to sell bread at the checkout, because it did not break through, and the exact same bread was already lying next to the cashier, one customer was also refused to buy. To my indignation: "Why put out bread that is not for sale? I would have chosen another one," the seller said: "What do you want from me, I'm just a cashier, go complain there (she pointed with her hand indefatigably)!!!" Such a ridiculous situation ruined my impression of the store. And it's not that the product couldn't be broken through. Tired of life and work, the cashier did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Naturally, there was neither time nor desire to swear, so I just ran to get another bread and punched it at the self-service checkout.

I booked trousers in Markformel, the only pair turned out to be in the store of this shopping center. I came for an order yesterday afternoon. I went to the checkout to clarify. The seller asked the last name three times, then someone distracted her, then she was looking for something. I said I had booked a thing. She replied that there was no armor. I showed the model and said the size. Twice, with both wrong, she said that there is no such size. I repeated the size again. She said that she sees according to the program, there is no such size. I say - a single copy is listed on the site and in your store. She said I was mocking her (only in thug jargon). I showed the order information on the website. Then she (already seething with anger) I asked the size again and....oh, a miracle, I found the same thing....here are your trousers. After such attentive, polite service, I do not want to visit this store. Rude, ill-mannered, boorish salesman - cashier. Having paid for the trousers, I advised the seller to at least cultivate speech.
Honestly, I can't even remember in what other store or shopping center I met such people. In Green, very nice, well-mannered sellers work for the Unconquered. And here it is necessary....

Well, it doesn't hold up for a shopping mall. The area is big, but the shopping center is not very big... The parking lot of the shopping center is completely packed during rush hour. Green failed! I decided to take the crackers for a sample, almost finished and a live worm was found at the bottom (see photo). The crackers were packed on 11/17/2023 and he lived and crawled there all week (he bought the package on 11/24), you know what he could put off there all week, it's disgusting. Also, some traces are visible on the breadcrumbs (perhaps from the same worm and remained). And I just bought a box, and how many of them could be in the batch itself. This is very bad and leaves very negative impressions. I hope this review will be seen by the administration and will take action about this point of their store on Belinsky 28, Mogilev, since I really like the store and don't really want to face this again in their other products, since I sometimes like to buy something from their pastries.
