Complete disappointment from the service in this store. After many years of loyal customer service, I faced an unpleasant situation when the price of goods on the shelves turned out to be lower than in fact at the checkout. When I approached the employees with a claim, I received only vague excuses and a lack of concrete actions to solve the problem. The employee of the information center asked to apologize, understand and forgive. I forgave... but no compensation was offered, referring to the fact that "the girls did not have time to change the price tags, they are already being charged a lot." Due to this attitude towards customers, trust in the store and its staff is lost. I do not recommend this store to anyone who values their money and time.
Check the receipts and look carefully at the prices!

08.03.24 we visited the shop of LLC "GREENROZNITSA" in Brest on Makhnovich str., 6. For the sake of interest, we took a receipt at the checkout. Check No.11.1540.2999 dated 08.03.24 settlement at 19:34 (can be viewed by security cameras), terminal 1, cashier Bondar E. V.
According to the receipt, it is clear that there are weighed vegetables, fruits, bones, weight (sliced) sausages. At home, they found that 2 paid packing bags had been punched in the receipt. We did not buy packing bags at the checkout.
According to the rules of the trade, packing bags should be free, i.e. sellers are obliged to pack the bulk goods at their own expense (according to buh.accounting is the name of the consumable, additional.expenses, at the expense of the seller).
The next day, a message was left on the phone of the call center, because no one answered. An employee of a store in Brest on Makhnovich str., 6, answered a phone call on 03/9.24 and immediately realized which packages were in question and named the cost (apparently, customers are not contacting for the first time). The employee explained that the price tag is hanging, but on the remark that the price tag should be in a visible, accessible place, preferably at eye level, in a readable form and in an accessible font for buyers of any age, otherwise it may be regarded as a deception of the buyer and, I believe, there may be signs of fraud in this act. Is there even a price tag there? We haven't seen him. To my remark that this is wrong and misleading, the store employee replied that you can leave a review and there is nothing wrong with the fact that the price tag is not noticeable and the buyer is not warned that the packaging is paid and does not provide a choice-it's okay. This is outrageous to me. Such a country, with wonderful people and order everywhere, but this small situation raised the question: What is the traffic capacity in this store and how many such customers are punched in the receipt for packing bulk products? How are these funds credited? There is a large "field" for checking the Department of Trade, the State Control and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.

I will not be able to judge objectively, since I am not local (I need to compare with the shops in the district), but taking into account the choice and the number of customers, I probably have a good price-quality ratio.
Separately, I would like to add about the Warsaw shopping mall - shops and boutiques are great... There is a computer club on 100m2, but there was no place for a food court... For the whole shopping mall : a couple of coffee shops, and a burger King... And in vain - there is a hotel opposite, and a large number of buyers are worthy
