I liked the hotel, I would especially like to mention the friendly and competent staff, always ready to help. The room is clean and beautiful, towels, linen are changed on time, The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, there are fruits, special thanks for the sauna
I'll start with checking in..
1. there is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, it's still a pleasure to explain in broken English. 2. Next, we were waiting for a broken "key" (plastic card) to the room, which was not done after 5 days of stay. I constantly had to take the administrator with me to open the door with his card. 3. The hotel has 2 elevators, one of which periodically broke down and we got stuck in it three times, once with a claustrophobic person... It was scary. 4. There are 2 entrances/ exits in the hotel, one of them worked perfectly for the exit, but it was impossible to enter, I had to go to the main entrance on another street (only the motion sensor did not work) . And during all this time it has not been renovated ....... The rooms are small, neither turn around, nor turn around ......
Of the advantages - the hotel is located in the center, near the Grand Bazaar and the mosques Nurosmanie Hagia Sophia, blue, etc. attractions. Cleaning was done daily!
Good location, attentive staff. Breakfast matches the stars, everything is fresh.
I recommend this hotel for your stay, there are many attractions within walking distance.
